The quest cookies are a different beast. They have more protein but they also have a lot of fat and are probably half the size of the lenny and larry ones. I use these as a cheat meal as they are a good size and taste pretty good as well.

To me it sounds like a stock issue. e.g. they thought they had 100 but only had 80 therefore a bunch of users are still waiting on their protein bars?

Not to make fun of you or anything. But my last few orders "without Prime sub" have all arrived within 2 to 3 days. I don't get it as well because when I was on Prime before the items arrived in the same amount of time, some orders were next day but yeah only some. Sometimes on Prime I get items in like 5 to 6 days. I assume either stock issues or the item is coming from further away.
Yeh the local warehouse stock is ok, still next day or 2 day. It's just the wait for items to ship from the east, on top of the Parcel Post delivery time that's annoying me these days. Sometimes it might be a stock issue, but sometimes I change the destination to Sydney or Melb and it shows next day so it's in stock. I've got Milo cereal that I ordered 10 days ago, that one looks like a stock delay.
The kicker is according to The Grocers feed the protein bars were back in stock at some point today.. only 4 but that's still more than I ordered… 🤷♂️

Yeah but you can't go by that info from another City. Pretty sure there is a complicated algorithm giving stock/delivery estimates and so stock could be arriving as it runs out on one side of the country, but majority could be allocated for Sydney etc.
It's not just one big warehouse so you need to consider this together with being run very efficiently (on their end e.g. receive and dispatch) that things might not add up once in awhile. For example I have ordered stuff before as "backorder" and then I look at the link the next day and it's in stock with next day delivery, but I probably don't get my order before others who are ordering while it's "in stock".
Most of my warehouse food stuff is arriving in March so… yeh I won't have long to eat them xD
Surprisingly I just got shipping notification for 1 of the 2 Carmans bars ordered, and only 32 days after order. Had let them ride to see what would happen, wonder if they are the same expiry (or if the other box will ever ship).

Light based zappers don't have a great record in controlled tests at eliminating mosquitoes, other than having them simply blunder or get blown into the device by accident, but they do eliminate a lot of other bugs that are attracted to the device at night.
You are much better off taking a look around at your gutters, old flowerpots, etc, for any sources of water nearby.

The watch DOES NOT have GPS like the Amazon page might suggest. In the App it has an activity tracking option where it piggy backs data off your phone GPS (need to take your phone with you) the watch does not have GPS onboard.
Not an instant buy price, but a good price for this watch with brilliant MIP display. The classic has 27% juice. I know 100% cranberry juice would be incredibly acidic and tart but I happily have 100% pineapple juice. Would've expected more than 4% cranberry and 2% pineapple. Seems to be more like a pre-diluted cordial.

It's like a 4 star hotel isn't just "less bad than the others", it's one star off perfection. A place might not have accommodation above 2 or 3 stars, but they're not going to bump them up to 4 just because there's nothing better in town.

Using the star system, it was easy to work out options that are better than LCMs (35% sugar vs 12%). It works if you are comparing similar items. It doesn't work if you compare it against wild caught canned tuna with organic almond milk.
If I'm at the shop with my son, I have a minimum of a 4 star rating for breakfast. It's much easier for him to understand a star rating, rather than for him to look at the back of each packet and work out an outcome based on a formula of energy, sugars, fats, fibre and sodium. He wants coco pops? Tough luck, its a 2. Sultana bran? It's a 4, you can have it. It works well for me and gives me son a kick out of choosing something himself. Blanket statements like "Health stars don't mean anything" from spackbace is so impractical for some people and out of touch with reality - hence why it was introduced it in the first place.
It's not perfect, but a practical alternative.

99.8% Apple Juice, no added sugar has 3 stars. A 4 pack of Rockstar energy drinks has 3.5 stars. A chocolate flavoured Up&Go gets a perfect 5 stars somehow.
Now I'm no expert here but having 2L of juice will do nothing except give you the runs lol. Yet it is less healthy? And a chocolate flavoured Up&go is the (equal) healthiest drink?

I didn't realise energy drinks had a rating. I agree that's a bit ridiculous as they're all horrible for you. I have a lemon V in the cupboard and it doesn't have a rating, so it must not apply to all of them (I think it is voluntary actually).
The sanitarium drink you referenced is dairy free and is mostly water and soy milk with some added stuff. I'm not an expert but soy milk has less fat than cows milk right? Compared to others in the liquid breakfast category it must be significantly better. Normal up and go chocolate tastes fscking horrible anyway so good luck to whoever buys the soy variant, it must be even worse (normal vanilla is bearable).
Again if it's in the same category, it mostly works as a good quick indicator. It's not perfect though.
Maybe they should indicate the category group on the packaging as well? Dunno. There's surely improvements to be made but saying they "don't mean anything" is ill-informed.
Also I agree having 2L of juice would give you the runs, but its probably not assuming you would drink it all in one go? Probably uses the "Per Serve" amount or whatever.
Edit 2: I think what's important to note is that the star is just based on a formula that takes into account energy, sugars, fat etc from the ingredients and it spits out a number. It's then ranked against other items in that category. It's not some arbitrary number that someone just rolls and dice assigns. It's available on the website.

How do you find these items (low quantity and price?)
are you checking all the categories and items?
All categories link from price low to high.
However it gets flooded with books, many which have been there for months. So yeah I also check each category separately from price low to high now and then too.
There is a lot of junk in there though for stuff with no expiry, some items might be package damaged but only 10% off full price. Whereas the grocery item always seem to be at least 50% off.
Most of the stuff in the warehouse will be low quantity. I don't necessarily think you need to go for the bottom though. You can get a lots of great bargains in there but timing is important. A bit like fishing, don't strike too early. On the other hand, you can watch something slowly drop in price then, bang, someone else picks it up. Seen a few items go just above my threshold, when really, it was already a really good price.
I really only get stuff that's Like New or Very good. It'll either be the packaging has been damaged or it'll be a return. I've had one lemon, but I returned it no questions asked.

My understanding of the pricing used is generally its a purchase (or several) that triggers an increase, not just a traffic increase.
@scatman00: Correct! Sometimes I buy something (and surely I'm the only one looking at it at 4am) and the pricing jumps shortly after I buy it. I also know Amazon international profiles drop prices erraticly and exponentially each day until a certain point (probably when someone buys it) and then it sharply shoots back up. I've been able to obtain some serious bargains in the past from this
