      You know you don’t need to cancel the order with Amazon. You just need to go to the order and ‘update payment method’.

      Their swap mechanism is very secure in the sense it takes about 50 steps to receive and be able to use your gift card.

    If you still have the $110 worth of swappable gift cards from the last deal, best way would be to get 4 x $30 = $120 amazon gift cards by paying $110 from them leaving you with just $4 out of pocket

        It requires you to have good management of all these eGCs to do so. People often forget to redeem them later.

        The way of Card.Gift delivering eGC is far less friendly than Prezzee. I would say more likely to be left out to be never used.

        So you basically have $100 + $10 gift card codes (works just like this 5% code) from last time

        Just add 4 x $30 = $120 to cart then apply AMAZON5NOW for 5% off $120 = $114

        Then apply your $100 and $10 gift card codes (all 3 stack) for $110 off $114 = $4

        In summary you just got $120 Amazon gift card for $104 ($100 you paid last time + $4 this time) which is 13.33% off

    5% becoming pretty standard for Amazon gift cards now that they don't price match nearly as much and usually only price match lower quantity stuff with their highest quantity offering. I find I buy a lot less at Amazon these days.

      Most likely your order has been flagged as fraudulent and you'd get a refund. I've never had a problem with any gift card providers, yet these guys cancelled all my orders, even through PayPal.

        I've sent an email (no response yet) I didn't see a phone number. A customer buying gift cards shouldn't really have to call to get what they bought though should they? I won't buy from this vendor again.

          They told me that there should be an update today.

            @leefire0023: I called them and yes they wanted to ask me all questions about my purchase and implied they have to do this with every purchase and he confirmed that there is no automated process, they are going through each transaction manually. Even though I spoke to him and gave him the answers he still said it needs to go through a further process in a que. The implicaton of the phone call was that had I not called him I would have at some point had to provide the information verifying my purchase. He said this is done because of credit card fraud but sorry it seems sus. I asked when I can expect to get it and he said possibly by the end the day.

              @tete: Thanks for sharing. While I get that they want to be vigilant, so are many other gift card companies with much faster turnaround. I am waiting for the GC to purchase on Amazon right away. It is frustrating to check my email now and then to see if the GC arrived or was cancelled. Yes, I used Mr and Mrs email and cards to order, and they cancelled one transaction at 5 am today.

              Unless they sorted out their mess themselves, I am not interested to go through the same experience again.

    Mine just got canceled. "Unable to verify this purchase and was declined out of caution". I was attempting to buy one GC worth $250, paid through PayPal at 9:47am Sydney time and got rejected at 4:53pm.
    I just tried to purchase again and get the following error when I apply the code "The AMAZON5NOW discount code has already been used"

    My order got cancelled as well on 'security' grounds and surprise surprise, code no longer working when trying to buy again. If they had just been honest and said the limit had been reached but they forgot to stop it or something like that, I'd understand, but the way they are doing it is just poor form.

      I also purchased a $500 GC, received it, can't open the link, getting a 404 Error code on their web page. The only option is to contact customer support.
      Hopefully Paypal refunds me if things don't work out

    this company is a joke. After 24 not getting my gift cards and a phone call and an email I get 3 emails tonight for the 3 gift cards. NO gift cards numbers in any of the emails just a link to redeem them. FOR EACH of the emails when I click to redeem some dots bump around ro a while and then it says "Oops an error has occurred. Our friendly team can gift you a hand."

    I feel like I have been had. None of them working.

      now when I fill out their "help" screen they want you to provide a screenshot as evidence but their system will not allow you to upload it saying error. Has anyone actually been able to redeem a card from these people for this offer???? Got a card number, put it into Amazon and got credit?

      I actually got an automated reply to my message, it contained this:
      "𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞; TCN will be undergoing a system update from 9pm AEST 4/4/23 - if you are experiencing difficulty with activation, swapping, registering or checking your balance, this will be the cause. Please try again at a later time. Payments being made with a physical or digital card will not be impacted."
