So I guess the trend is if there's a product with short date expiry, they like to keep releasing more at a later time and the expiry date will be longer in proportion to the stock they release

Update on this order. So the biscuits randomly just arrived today (standalone) with it’s own tracking number. It’s identical to the tracking number as per the order details. However tracking for the biscuits said it was delivered 2 days ago (the printer paper came along with another order), and now it also shows as being delivered today (So that one “tracking number” now has 2 different delivery dates lol). Which was why I called them up for a refund.

The below is no criticism of the work sircrumpet has done just an observation and something to keep in mind.
Sometimes people are quicker than the automation can scrape though and the item post never shows up on twitter but the item has been and gone.
This is of course possible.
It’s worth noting I’ve made some tweaks today to how conservative the tweets are around restocks.
It was previously just posting fresh deals to avoid being too noisy/annoying with notifications on, but obviously today there’s been more interest in the steady coconut water deals 😏
I do find it's much better to get notifications of restocks, otherwise I wouldn't know unless I have the listing on refresh, which I do anyway so it doesn't bother me much

No you can't, but I'm sure you'll find the credit for another use. It's not like the warehouse is the only thing we buy.
My success is pretty high. Nearly all of my phone calls result in credit. I simply just ask for it. If they can't do it, I let it pass, no big deal. Can't really complain when the item is refunded and you get to keep it too

It depends on the scenario, like if it’s a cancellation say “look, if I rebuy this item it’s gonna cost me [2x 4x 10x] the original cost, so is there anything you can offer to compensate for this situation?” If it’s a item issue, use the same quote but manipulate it a bit.
Their entire call centre is in the Philippines and they’re all nice people who are willing to help. I mean customer satisfaction is their priority right? I hope? They’ll do anything to keep you
Success with live chat or call is generally the same (or less as from my experience most of them are Indians and they tend to not give out as much) but so far my calls are 100% success

Cashew's are my go to.Sometimes it's a trick (it would have the price but still be OOS).
For example, I was refreshing the aoili page yesterday it had two in stock but wouldn't add to cart. It would disappear and later reappear (still "2 in stock") but still cannot be added to cart. It appeared a third time and finally I was able to buy the 2.
So sometimes it's a false signal but it just means it'll come back sometime later

That's what I was thinking as well. I like my cookies soft like the subway ones, so I don't think I'd like these ones.
I prefer soft ones too. I generally only eat 1 or two small cookies a day with my coffee in the afternoon so I want something good. Quality over quantity. That's not to say I don't eat bad stuff either. I hate wasting food so I'll eat super stale stuff if I've already bought it. Just when I have the choice at the checkout/cart, I'll go with something nicer. Still has to be a bargain. Can't pay RRP.

They have a good Italian cookie pack right now. It's pretty pricey though. $20+?
Edit: Also ratings shouldn't the be-all and end-all of your decision making but it can help. Most things I try to buy on Amazon are usually 4.5 stars+

@ozbs25: $3.15 via S&S is a good price. Coles don't stock them (at least locally), Woolies mostly does and IGA are more expensive. I've never seen them go half price but that doesn't mean they never have.
@pennypincher98: Have you had the Costco bakery choc chip cookies? We sometimes get them when the get discounted and freeze them. I wonder how they compare? Freshly baked vs supermarket shelf maybe not a fair fight.
@ozbs25: I don't go to Costco so can't say I have. Yea these aren't freshly baked so if you normally get those you might be disappointed but I'd rather have more cookies than the 6pk freshly baked at Coles/Woolies (probably similar comparison)

The caramel slice and brownies pack from the bakery is also super good. It's not that sweet and seems to freeze well.

I guess maybe stuff like the Black Forest cake, tarts and anything with lots of fresh cream wouldn't go well in there.
The cookies are even kind of nice straight from the freezer, if you like them hard. If you don't trust me just throw one or two in there next time you get a pack. See if you don't mind the taste. Maybe better than forcing them down over two weeks.

An order for my Werthers Eclairs was cancelled, and was an impulse buy that I didn't really need so didn't bother me. I messaged CS and they issued me with a $10 credit (6.667 times more than my order value lol). I have never failed to get a credit issued for a cancelled order, so figured I'd share screenshots in case I'm doing something different to you! All the best getting some cash from Big Boy Bezos!! Ignore the account name, it's the misses haha
Step 1: Go into the Customer Service tab of the app, then press something else, and then press other issues. Then you'll be connected with an agent.
Step 2: Ask the agent how they're going (always helps to pop them in a good mood), and then enquire why your order was cancelled. They'll say it was due to unavailability of the product and just reply "oh that's frustrating/disappointing/annoying. Is there any way that a credit could be issued for the inconvenience?". They will generally reply and say that a $5 credit has been issued, but this time I got a $10 credit, so is definitely up to their discretion. If you don't get a credit issued, then try again with a different agent! See below for my chat, took in total about 30 seconds of my time and just revisited the app every couple of minutes while I waited for their response.This is how I've always done it and I've had 100% success rate. Let me know how you go!

Yeah those pods are only for dolce gusto machines. They also use 2 pods to make 1 drink (1 pod is milk powder, 1 pod is chocolate powder).
You will need pods that say nespresso machine compatible for your l'or machine (avoid those caffitaly pods also, only for caffitaly machines).

Keep an eye out, mine came with a loose lid and the foil was unsealed (half open). They will be quite discoloured, due to being exposed to air for so long. Straight in the bin and got a refund on chat.
That's a bummer. My little brother opened ours so I don't know what it looked like, but I saw it was fully sealed with plastic around the whole tin
Same colouration as mine. Mine was perfectly sealed. I've never had these before so i just assumed its the coating they put on to stop them sticking together? The small little divots are the only part that don't have the coating

Just tried asking for credit, something I stopped doing for a while and started doing again recently.
The online rep went all apeshit saying I was in trouble, my account has a warning for abusing the system by asking for promo credit, its going to be escalated to the investigation team.The rep had no idea what he was talking about at any point in the conversation, talked how I was asking for credit on another order that was within the expected delivery time frame. I made multiple attempts to correct him that I was asking about a late order, gave him the order number and all. He kept referring to the wrong order, accused me of lying etc.
I doubled down hard, said I wanted to talk to his supervisor regarding his conduct in the conversation, formally requested his supervisor to call me to discuss this. Got a phone call soon after, it wasn't a supervisor but another rep who just handles the phone calls.
Got him to check my order, rep issued the credit and I asked if my account was flagged or had any warnings. Nope account is in good standing.
So take care out there asking for credit. Seems to be some cowboy reps who are trying to scare people into not asking for credit or whatever.
@pepsicles: Must be that reps first day on the job. So diligent. If I was a rep I'll just give out credits whatever lol not my money….

eBay's price beat is more of price protection where normally AFTER you have purchased an item you can message a Muzeeb and they will price beat by 5%. The only thing is you get the difference in the form of a coupon code kinda like Amazon credit. 3 month expiry.
What pennies did was before purchasing the item, you would check whether Muzeeb is willing to price match the scammer's listing and if yes, you can go through with the transaction via Muzeeb. Then Muzeeb will give compensate you the difference.

The problem is that the eBay coupon they supply is not stackable with anything.
So you can't use it with the monthly eBay Plus codes etc - you have to use it on a full price item. This is a deal breaker unless you can find something on eBay at a great price with no codes in the next 90 days.
