  • Your First Subscribe & Save Order will be eligible for the 10% Cashback rate, your reoccurring S&S orders will not be eligible.

Does it mean only valid for one item ? If I want to buy different item with S&S, in the next purchase, will I still be eligible for CB ?

  • are third party sellers eligible? as in, neither shipped nor sold by amazon but listed on amazon Au?

    • That'll be fine :)

      • Orders from Amazon US/UK sellers are eligible for Cashback, so long as the transaction is placed through Amazon AU.
      • thanks. just to confirm, not just amazon US/UK but all third party sellers are eligible?

        • Correct!

  • Other than using the wishlists, I also keep quite a number of items in the "saved for later" list, as I get alerts for those when prices change.
Is that eligible for the 10% cashback if I add to cart from there? Or must it be wishlisted first?
    Thanks!

    • +1

      Either is fine.
So long as it isn't in your cart before clicking through, you'll be sweet!

      • Thank you! I've always been paranoid about this 😂

        • hahaha all good!

  • -1

OK, search Amazon now and add bargains to cart,
but forget to buy between 6-8pm today,
it won't be the first time!!

    • or sold out at 5.55pm

    • +3

      Not cart pls xo

      • Items sitting in your Amazon cart prior to clicking through our links will not be eligible for the Flash Sale Rates.
I advise you to add the products you want to your Amazon Wish List for easy access.
      • Lucky I read this.

  • I'm a Psychic I bet CR does same rate some time today .
If I'm wrong 1% more to be top dog .

    • +3

If not either, will you finally profess your love for us?

      • +1

You tracked last years BF promo well so I already do :)

        • +2

          <3

  • Does this work with the Oculus Quest 2 promotion on Amazon that gives you $100 promotional credit? Eg not using the $100 credit with this offer, but you'd be able to get both the $100 credit and the cashback if buying this?

  • Thanks OP

  • ah crap, i just bought a bunch of stuff. i have prime. do i just return it and buy it all again?

    • +1

because now is not 6pm ?

    • +1

I have, but it's not live yet.
Once the Flash Sale is live, the link will redirect to the Flash Sale page instead of the Amazon Au page :)

  • Would this work on the Fire Stick 4K Max? Since there's no cashback on Kindles and Echos

    • Yes (Echo is included).

    • +2

Yes it will work on Fire Stick products as they're classified as an "Amazon Device".
You can get Cashback on Kindles and Echos, just not their subscriptions/accessories/ebooks :)

      • Thanks for being so responsive in comments!

Just confirming that the cash back won’t work for kindle ebooks? Because they’re being classified as “kindle accessories”? :(

        • No problem at all!
          That's correct :)

  • any chance of something better on black friday?

    • +3

Nothing has been confirmed at this time.
It might not happen, but it's your call if you'd like to wait and see what comes?

  • My thoughts tho…it's not even BF yet or Cyber Monday.

All these sales before hand normally milk you, until they have the best discounts.

Just a matter of what's left in stock tho 🤣🤣🤣

    • +1

Don't you know the secret ?
The best shit by far is in the lead up .

  • +10

I understand that people want to know every little detail of this to get the best possible outcome for themselves. But I just wanna thank gotyourback for being so on the ball with responses and taking the knocks. People complain it's not as much of a cash back, but it's something right?! They're just doing the best they can, so thanks ShopBack :)

    • +3

Thank you for the kind words!
      I really appreciate that <3

  • -2

Please confirm how this works with Subscribe and Save..

    • +1

      if you read the description:

Your First Subscribe & Save Order will be eligible for the 10% Cashback rate, your reoccurring S&S orders will not be eligible.

      • -1

So if I ordered Subscribe & Save before this promotion I cant order it again for that exact item?

  • +1

Just to clarify, can I get cashback on a product shipped and sold by Amazon UK as long as I do it through the Amazon AU website?
    Specifically this product: https://www.amazon.com.au/Crucial-Plus-PCIe-NAND-6600MB/dp/B…

    • +3

The last dot point of GYB’s notes states:

      • Orders from Amazon US/UK sellers are eligible for Cashback, so long as the transaction is placed through Amazon AU.

      To answer your question, yes.

  • Hmmm, haven't used Amazon in a while. Got the free Prime Mastercard thingy the other day.

I was looking for an EV adapter $80 on Ali Express and a infra red thermometer $11 on Ebay.

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/164895675233?

EV adapters are $250+ and thermometers are around $20. Am I searching wrong, or is Amazon.au much more expensive?

  • +4

Awesome! I was waiting for this <3

Cashrewards will soon follow as tradition. So once you hit that $25, wait.

Pro Tip: One product per order!
That way if you need to refund something, not everything gets cancelled.

    • will cashrewards do 10% uncapped?

      • No, it should be $25 too. But who knows…

      • that is one "big" question, "lenny".
        no one knows the future

  • Can be stacked with this deal? Thanks

    • +1

Not with the Promotional Credits recieved.
Any Gift Card Credits can be used, but Promotional Credits cannot be used.

      Cheers!

  • I wish the time will come so I can order. I'm killing time drinking cheap sparkling wine but just ran out so think I'll go for some pork crackle at Coles

    • the wait is killing me too haha

  • For orders over a combined value of $275, you will initially receive more than $25 Cashback, which will later be updated to exactly $25.For orders over a combined value of $275, you will initially receive more than $25 Cashback, which will later be updated to exactly $25.

    Do you mean $250 not $275? Because $25 is 10% of $250…

    • +2

GST isn't included in Cashback calculations.

      So $250 / 1.1 = $227.27
      $227.27 x 0.1 = $22.72 Cashback.

      Hence the $275 :)

      • I see. Forgot that GST doesn't count.

  • I just redeemed an Amazon gift card using Westpac credit card points.

The code comes up invalid!! Any tips? Does it take time to 'come online' or something?

In the meantime - I bought a 128GB Sand Disk SD Card for $0.99 ($15.99 with $15 off using PRIME15 code). I believe its an older slow write card, but will put in the SD slot in my TV as a TV recorder.
*Note - Dont get this during the promo, might void the cash back

    • Try typing it manually. I suspect its the dashes they use. I had the same thing with ANZ.

      • Cheers,

Removed the dashes, then typed manually. Still no go :( ??

        • Try typing the whole thing manually including the dashes. I meant the font of the dashes they used affected mine when I tried to copy and paste. Typing it out manually worked right away.

      • The Amazon guy thinks Westpac have issued a Amazon.com gift card, not a Amazon .com.au gift card.

Apparently can only be used on Amazon.com

Can I even buy something from amazon.com? and does my Prime membership offer anything on the .com site?

P.S -I had to do the redemption over the phone (as they closed my rewards portal). I lodged a complaint as its just dodgey

  • Purchase through app OK or just desktop?

    • +1

      Either will be fine :)

  • once per account?

  • 2 items I was planning to buy have both increased by 10%…really great deal….

  • Hey GYB,

So with the “first” subscribe and save order, if I put a order for 2 items for S&S and order together do I get CB for both? I’m not familiar so hoping you can clarify.

    • +2

      Hey @cloudy,
As long as the items are purchased in one S&S order, you should get Cashback across all items within that first order.

      Hope this helps :)

      • If I order several different S&S items clicking through you each order will CB apply to each of these orders since they are different products and the first S&S of each item? Thanks.

        • +1

Yes, but only for the 1st subscription cycle :)

  • Is purchase from 3rd party seller on Amazon AU eligible?

Edit: found the answer in previous discussions - YES. Thanks for the question and answer👍

  • Hello @gotyourback,

Will this offer work with Amazon Warehouse items?

    • Nothing saying otherwise, so should be sweet :)

  • Does Amazon allow using multiple gift cards in the same order / transaction?

    • Amazon Gift Cards get added to your Account Gift Card Credit balance.
So yes, you can add as many as you need :)

  • +1

Oh no the 4 Black Friday sale items on my wishlist from this morning are now out of stock :(

    • That's actually heartbreaking :(

  • Thanks for the quick replies @gotyourback, real MVP. Could I clarify for the $40 ShopBack referral, could I refer a family member living in the same house and still be eligible for the reward? Thanks again :)

    • No problem!
Could I ask you to please send me a DM?

      • I just made my Ozbargain account today. Looks like I have to wait 24 hours before I can DM you!

        • Ok, I'll need you to send me a DM once that cooldown is lifted.
Just send me your account email and I'll ask our team to keep this in mind.

          Cheers!

  • Hey GYB - how do we determine the cashback for temporarily out of stock items? (presumably, ones with this message has an ETA):

    Temporarily out of stock.
Order now and we'll deliver when available. We'll e-mail you with an estimated delivery date as soon as we have more information. Your account will only be charged when we ship the item.

Or, is there a way to know when they will ship?

    • It's hard for us to say.

Typically it doesn't take a seller more than 60 days to send out an item that was OOS.
I would say it's worth the risk, and if the time it takes is past 60 days then just cancel the order.
No love lost in that case right?

  • Im finding it a little hard to interpret. Im looking to get the Oculus Quest 2 which has a promo of Get $100 promo Amazon credit. Does that mean cashback is not eligible?

    • +1

The $100 Amazon Promo Credits aren't applied to that order, they'll be sent to your account for later use.
So in this case, the Oculus will be fine so long as no other Amazon Promotional Credits are applied (only Gift Card Credits).

      • thank you for clarifying :) only paying with amazon gift card.

  • You can stack Cashback with our Amazon Gift Cards to save even more.

I assumed above statement meant that we can buy Amazon gift card from SB and use the gift card to pay the goods still eligible for 10% cashback???

    • +1

      You've assumed correctly :)

Only Amazon, eBay & DoorDash allow Gift Cards to be used at checkout and earn Cashback.

  • Hey op.

Firstly thanks for literally answering everyones questions here! You are rad.

I'm looking to buy an Amazon Echo 8'.. which is showing 'In stock on December 14, 2021'

Am I good to order during this 2hr window and cash back will still track even though its not in stock right now and will be send some 3 weeks later?

    • No worries at all!

      Yeah that'll be fine.
If you run into any issues, just shoot me a DM :)

      • Thanks bud!

  • My sister doesn't have an amazon account but she has a shopback account. Would this work if she logs on using her shopback with my amazon account? I intend to use my own shopback to my amazon account so assume that the $25 cap will be leveraged on my amazon. The only difference here is she has her own shopback

    • +1

      That'll be fine :)

  • +3

Hey everyone, as the Flash Sale is approaching I thought I'd take the chance to say that tracking can take up to 48 hours.

Please don't stress if you don't have the order tracked instantly.
If it's not there within those 48 hours, please send me a DM so I can advise :)

I've also updated this in the post description, my apologies for not mentioning this earlier.

    Cheers!

  • Made a purchase 10 min before the deal started. Cancelled it so I can do this again after 6

  • 3 mins to go

  • live now

  • +1

    Charge!

  • +1

Shopback App is saying "Oops we couldn't connect because this merchant is currently not available on Shopback"

    • Can you try again by clicking on our homepage banners?
