      A few people got 50c in the last deal.

      The problem is there's just no way to prove anything, having 75K rewards is undoubtably another way for them to minimise their payout and manipulate the odds in their favour.

  I have found out why everyone is only getting 10 cents. You have to go into shopback settings and turn off the maximum 10 cents bonus cashback.

  anyone else getting no responses from DMs to gotyourback? I have done 2 over the last few weeks, but I haven't had any replies. I emailed Shopback direct about something (not being able to scan the Coles efgift vouchers I purchased end Nov(click on open PDF file and it shows as a black page, and it won't scan the barcode in the voucher showing in the app…..had this issue in May as well) They replied 15/12 to send a screenshot of the issue (which I did straight away) and that is the last I have heard about it. A pain to use them in store atm, as the person at the checkouts has to manually enter the card details…..and that card number is LOOOONNNGG, so it is always a cross your fingers that they entered it correctly.

    Regarding Coles eGift cards, they are a pain as they don't scan with the older scanners. The newer scanners work though.
    I've downloaded the Stocard app, added the Coles gift card numbers and they seem to scan at all the Coles I've been to. Stocard does not ask for the PIN so you would still need to keep a copy of the eGift card with the PIN. Don't need to sign up to Stocard as I didn't and was able to use Stocard.

    P.S. Just wondering if you are a SB Plus member. Plus members may receive priority customer service 😂

      p.s. thanks about Stocard…I had it on my phone but never used it. I have added two of the coles cards and put the pin in the notes, plus the balance of the one that is partially used….will see how that goes next time I am in there
