Here I am again with my second VPN deal for the day. Maybe not as crazy as the 3 year VPN deal I posted earlier for PIA. However, if you are looking for a 'Lifetime' VPN deal and can make a good use of the US$30 credit from Stacksocial on something you "need" from there anyways, then this will make it a great deal. I ended up buying this one as well to have some optionality/choice (or that's what I have convinced myself to buy into it, haha). Happy browsing :)
Not sure how long this discount code will last for but it appears to be giving 15% off on StackSocial (reducing it from US$39 to US$33.15). Hope this helps some of you. Regards.

Update: Just realised that KeepSolid is one of the very few VPN providers allowing the much faster WireGuard® protocol configuration in VPN Client mode on OpenWrt routers like GL.iNet. The deal keeps getting better!

    KeepSolid

Not a deal for ice then.

    • I don't think OzBargain will allow deals for 'ice' mate. Reach out to your conventional contacts ;)

        What about vanilla 'ice'?

Reach out to your conventional contacts ;)

        Most petrol stations sell ice.

Problem is it wont keep solid as it will melt.

        • Do they? - must be a popular suburb if you have been finding ice that easily.
(I sincerely hope I won't need to break down the joke any further, haha).

my second VPN deal for the day.

Why would you need more than one?

    • +1

Who knows jv, who knows, haha. Just like how most of us have got so much additional stuff lying around the house from various 'deals' on OzBargain. The only reason/excuse is that if one of them has slower server for a particular location, then the other one 'might' come to rescue.

  • Highly recommend KeepSolid VPN ++++++

? How is it with Netflix, prime ,Hulu, etc

    • +1

not working on prime and disney plus.

I am using for last 4 years very happy with what I get from it.

  • Admittedly I didn't research this in depth, but initial findings indicate they have just one (1) server in Australia (in Sydney), and reviews relative to use in Australia seem generally unfavourable especially with regard to findings about speed and latency … eg - https://cybernews.com/best-vpn/vpn-unlimited-review/ .

On the other hand, reviews from a year or more ago indicated they didn't have even one Australian server at that time so, with a lifetime subscription, I guess one could hope that things can only continue to improve (for an Australian user)?

Cloud infrastructure is not a one time purchase. If someone is providing a VPN service on that infrastructure, how on earth can you sell it as one time and give service for lifetime. Please don't get caught in this BS.

    • Wow, so your perceptions and conspiracy theories are reason enough to neg the deal?? Remember Windscribe started with 'Lifetime' deals to get popular but they are now very much an established VPN brand. Not saying KeepSolid will go on to be an Windscribe, but at the same time your comment is nothing more than a conspiracy mate.

      • I removed the neg. Happy? By the way It's no conspiracy. It's a fact.
Also thanks for sharing your previous deal PIA. It's an actual deal and I got 3 yr sub from it.

      • +1

It’s not a conspiracy theory at all.

Would you also believe a company promising a lifetime supply of water or electricity to your house for a once off flat fee? Because it’s the same thing.

If you don't want credit (or have nothing to buy), use VPNUJULY21 with https://stacksocial.com/sales/vpn-unlimited-lifetime-subscri… to get it for 13.50USD. Still gets you 5 devices, but doesn't include store credit.

You'll need to log in first before applying the coupon though

    • Thanks. Tried this, order total changes to USD17.25 (adds $4 as tax) as soon as I say 'card' country as Australia. Paypal also declined saying 'does not belong to Country'

Any ideas to get USD13.25? Thanks.

      • It worked for me?

      • Used my USA PayPal account but encountered the same "does not belong to country" error trying to check out with my usual account.

        • Got this working ? I’ve same error

  • I’ve had the lifetime version for a while. It blocks torrents and I had some trouble viewing a bbc site, but it has good performance and a fair range of servers.
Works for what I use it for as an occasional user when at a public wifi etc.

  • Is this deal still alive? Anyone can teach me how to apply the code? Cannot find anywhere to apply it.

    • +1

1.Make sure you are logged in…
      2.Add to cart.
      3.Checkout.
4.Under order total, a text field saying 'coupon code' should be located. Insert respective code in there….
5.Check total is correct and pay.
      6.????
      7.Profit!

      • +1

        I sorted it out. Cheers!

  • anyone got some VPN rankings ?

  • I've been receiving the "does not belong to Country" error as well.

Is there a way around this?

    • Got this working ? I’ve same error

      • +1

Yes I did. From memory I used a credit card (couldn't get PP to work no matter what) and put my address in. Zip code is the most important. I used my postcode and added a zero at the end, then looked up what that zip code was and set the city to match.
