I feel closer to Athletic data vs Whoop. Like, if I do a 10 KM run, Whoop will tell me that I'm done for the day. However, Athletic willā¦

The sensors on AWU are much better than Whoop - though it does not monitor 24x7 like whoop, but the sampling data is still better IMO

Used both for trial - then brought Athlytic. I felt Athlytic was more inline to what I felt and the workout stress was much better.
