Lol
S10 poops all over it. Android One is nice (I have the 8.1), but Nokia (HMD) refuse to unlock the bootloader, so 2yrs of OS updates and another of security and that's it.
Also, they don't update their own camera software, so what you get at launch is everything possible.
Qualcomm SDM845 Snapdragon 845
Same as Samsung S9
It depends on your use case. If it is digital photography where you want to perform post processing to create the perfect shot then the Nokia 9 has impressive capabilities, otherwise it is probably not for you.
Nokia use AndroidOne so are a great choice if you like a clean UI and monthly security updates.
There are rumours of a Nokia 9.1 being release soonish.
Considering the camera is its main selling point the reviews are pretty poor
That is a decent descent!
a new low for grammar police 👮🏼♂️
SHOW ME YOUR HANDS! HANDS! HANDS! HANDS! SHOW ME YOUR HANDS! HANDS! HANDS! GET DOWN ON THE GROUND! GET DOWN! HANDS DOWN! GET DOWN!
BANGBANGBANGBANGBANGBANGBANGBANG.
When will the grammer police stop?
Ha
What a terrible fall from grace from a once-loved pioneering brand. Such a shame. Still holding hope Symbian can be resurrected some day to compete.
What a terrible fall from grace from a once-loved pioneering brand.
That was Microsoft.
HMD is improving the reputation.
The dirty sale to Microsoft was the final nail in the coffin but their decline started years before that. They launched the N97 as the 'iPhone-killer' several years after Apple's launched and just couldn't compete/were out of touch on where the market was revolutinising and heading (like Blackberry). I bought one at the time to replace my N91…
Nowadays they're just slapping Android on mediocre specced me-too phones. Disappointing.
I agree.
Since HMD got busted for using Evenwell on their phones it's just been further downhill. They don't even feature as a brand on global IDC sales as well.
And 7.2 that was just launched has a two year old processor that noone uses anymore. A 3500mah battery that has no quick charging, which every other brand has for the last year and a half.
They can't compete.
I still miss my Nokia N900. I would like to see Nokia release a new phone with Sailfish OS.
Symbian? Whut? It was terrible. Maemo was better.
Wasn't this $599 a few months back?
Allegedly it's receiving nite view camera with Android 10
Lastly does jt come with the Nokia buds too?
$551.20 a few weeks ago
Yes it was $599 but also Don"t think it comes with buds.
Those bezels though, and the screen has colour shift when viewed at an angle which is funky for an oled.
I'd get a Oneplus 7t.
Will be $199 in no time
Put your money towards a better phone instead
unicorn Nokia 7 Plus $299
I don't have Trypophobia but this phone has me triggered
How does this compare to the Samsung S10
