    2GB RAM

just Don't buy this, even if its cheap

    • It's not even cheap. It's not worth it.

    • Idk who thought a 90hz screen and 2gb of ram was a good idea

      • What could possibly go wrong ⁉️😅

It runs the Go version of Android, so it might not be that bad. Maybe like running normal Android with 3-4GB.

Just because it "can" run on 2gb of ram does not mean you should give it 2gb

Absolutely great for a quick burner

      • What makes it a Good burner phone

          It’s cheap

    • Same measly amount of RAM as the $149 RUIO Blitz also sold by JB Hi-Fi-though unlike the Moto E14 with a in-box charger in this deal, the RUIO Blitz comes with a USB-C cable only, BYO charger.

Paid around the same price for a Vodafone pre-paid EQ14 late last year, was happy a charger was in-box.

  • Optus X Pro has 5G, 4GB RAM & 128GB storage for $149 delivered.

Optus locked but you can unlock for free if you're with Optus or Amaysim (confirmed by CeraVe)

I need something literally just for Spotify and YouTube (not even phone calls or social media).

    Will this cut it?

    • Why not buy a tablet?

      • Looking for something portable to have on hand for my autistic son when needed out in public.

  • 2 GB RAM probably not even enough for tweens. Maybe elderly will be fine

Motorola's will be free soon at this point.

  • Id wager they don't spend a few extra dollars on the extra RAM so it doesn't scavenge higher model/, more expensive sales.

  • Wanna buy a brand new Android phone for my mum, budget is under $150 and can be compatible with Optus/Vodafone/Telestra network (Mum's phone been useless now becuase of 3G network shut). And can download App (such as WA etc)

    Any suggestion would be appreciated!

    • See my comment above. It comes with an Optus SIM so if you're not already with them just activate it & you can unlock it using this method .

  • No-go for Apple's Apple TV app-not supported on phones with 2GB RAM.

Short review after 2 days using it.

I bought it as a cheap backup phone, in case something happens with my main one, and to keep some apps only at home (crypto accounts, banks, etc).

I had only two requirements: be Android and able to run these apps, and be cheap. It seems to be the cheapest unlocked phone available, so that requirement is checked. I was able to install and use all apps I wanted, and the device runs alright for that; no perceived slowness so far. Camera is merely alright. It is certainly nice that it comes with cover and charger.

So far, I don't regret the purchase.
