  Guys Beware of centrecom. This company should be called ScamCom. Avoid at all costs.
  This shop is not trust worthy, they held my money for 3 weeks and they are complete liars.
  Judge for yourself. do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.
  and the REP didn’t even bother to respond to any of the complaints.

  They advertise cheap prices and then you pay and they never send the item or your money back and then you spend 3 weeks calling them daily trying to get a response from those scumbags. A bargain they cant fulfill is not really a bargain.

    Replying to this post on a computer I bought from Centrecom.

    No problems there.
    Not instore anyways.

    Oh and listening to music from an external HDD using an enclosure I bought from there too.

    Also no problems there.

    Can't vouch for online though, but I can go to the store no fuss.

      instore might be fine. Doubt they would help with an RMA if something goes wrong,
      However buying online from them is a big NO NO NO NO.
      They only replied once to me and said the manager will write me back and guess what 6 months passed and he never wrote me back.
      Had to call Fair Trade Office in Victoria to get my money back. and I wasn't the only one.
      and what is worst is that their rep never bothered to respond to anybody on ozbargain.

      SO SHAME ON YOU CENTRECOM.

        Centre Com has lost me forever! If you call the office and ask to speak to anyone, they will tell you to use the online form. Guess what no one will check your contact from that form.

        One rep even told me they are a DIFFERENT COMPANY and is not same back office. Liars!!!
