I had a weird case this afternoon. Had a fuel lock and went into pay. Girl scanned the barcode on my phone and it beeped like you'd expect it to. Paid, walked out and got home and noticed that I'd paid full price. Wtf. Has anyone had this before? I know I can claim it, but it's more the fact that it obviously didn't scan. I've heard sometimes has to be scanned twice??

Not completely true, there was one time that the Spence store had the lowest price 98 in Australia. I was able to drive there and physically fill up plus lock it in!

I believe you also need Mac to use 3utools. Otherwise if you are a windows user, you can use ifakelocation on windows computer with iPad.

Going from memory, steps I took.
Install 3utools. Connect ipad/iphone to computer with usb/lightning cable. Unlock ipad (very important). Click virtual location. Search location you wish to apply price lock at. Click set/modify location. Open 7/11 app on ipad/iphone. Lock price.
Log onto 7/11 app on android phone, you should then see locked in price.

Was getting the same error today on my iPhone. Installed the app on my wife's iPhone and locked the price successfully with my account. Seems like they have locked my phone! :(

An alternative is to get a used iPhone 7 for ~$230 if the android option falls through.
There was a deal here from Loop Mobile that had it, check it out.
Mango Bango could go an older iDevice. The current new 7-Eleve Fuel app requires iOS 12 or later which is available on iPhone 5S and up, iPod touch 6 and up, iPad 5 and up and iPad mini 2 and up.
Yeah that's another option, although I'd rather get a slightly newer version, just in case they decide to up the iOS requirement like they did with android. I'll look into it though :)

I've got it working on an old nexus 5, bit more work to get it going on android than iOS though suprisingly enough. If you are up for a bit of tinkering that will be a cheaper option, should be able to pick up a nexus 5 for $100 I would think.
For anyone that has a JB iPhone, I am currently using Liberty Lite Beta (as stated in OP) from https://ryleyangus.com/repo/ to hide the JB and using Relocate Reborn for the GPS spoofing from https://repo.nepeta.me/
With this you can just change your location for a specific app so doesn't affect other apps. Both tweaks working perfectly iPhone X iOS 13.5

Make sure you are only using liberty lite beta and nothing else on 7/11 app, so make sure choicy, a-bypass etc aren't hiding JB for 7/11 because they conflict sometimes and in turn basically cancel eachother out.I just tried mine again and it still works fine.

Paid the final bill with WW gift card - so an additional 5% off.

The download is a lot bigger is the only downside but if you search on youtube how to fake location with xcode you can find a guide.

You cannot bypass Google's SafetyNet. Whenever you make a page request (fuel search, confirm price, possibly updating the offers etc - this is off the top of my head, I haven't looked at the app for a while now) 7-Eleven adds a header called X-Attestation, and in this header is the response that Google's SafetyNet had. In the response is the base64 encoded, SHA-256 hash of the certificate used to sign requesting app. That means that when you sign the APK yourself it won't match what 7-Eleven has signed their app with, which means that the SHA-256 hash won't match. To my knowledge you cannot spoof it.
The X-Attestation header is a JWT token, which if you look at it, the third part of the token is the verification key (SflKxwRJSMeKKF2QT4fwpMeJf36POk6yJV_adQssw5c). And that verification key verifies that the first 2 parts are legitimately signed by Google.
So we can't alter the SafetyNet message, which means that the Android app cannot be cracked like the previous methods that were released on here. Another way you might be able to do it is to make it think it's the iOS app. They have different headers for their app. You cannot simply rewrite the headers the Android version sends to say it is an iPad or iPhone because you get a signature mismatch response because the iOS app and the Android app have different HMAC keys.

Now if you can just finish off the studying I've shared above and figure out how you can modify the app for the rest of the community on here that'd be fantastic - I'm sure everyone would be proud of you! Heck, I'd even send you $10 for accomplishing it - I'm sure you did the same for me at one stage.
Maybe I'm sour grapes, I don't know, but when people just demand stuff then it really grinds my gears. Speaking for myself, and probably master131, but we do this in our own spare time. I have a full time job, and cracking/modifying apps is something I do in my spare time for myself mainly. The 7-Eleven app was the first one I published publicly and I've moved on from it. So maybe that's my sayonara?

There is no credit card required since the update, you are correct to have that concern before the 7/11 app was upgraded.

Looking at the older posts looks like IOS 12 is the minimum requirement is that correct?
I use iPhone but I don't see why it wouldn't work on iPad. iPad 5th gen and iPad air 2 are both on current iOS. iPad Air 1 is on 12.4.8 which should work for now but get one of the other two incase the app gets updated. Alternatively iPhone 6s will work too.
Just to add, iPhone 5s works as well, and those run significantly cheaper. But I do agree, probably get something that likely will survive another generation or two, although take into account the cost obviously!

Check if there are numbers in the coordinates. Click on the map if there isn’t and then numbers will appear, then lock.

No I haven't had any reported issues, it appears device IDs were only logged in the old version.
As a precaution, I will occasionally change IPs (Nord VPN) and also change android IDs as well (easy with a rooted android)am using an iPad and have had no issues locking multiple times..

Tried ifakelocation this morning and when I do, the 711 app keeps saying no fuel type available. No matter what fuel type I select.
Turn off ifakelocation and 711 app works as per normal. Is this method no longer working for people?

I see quite a few people are unable to teleport and require other people to lock in for them. I'm not very good with coding but has anyone tried to create an app or addition to the 7eleven app where people could upload their credentials to a database and some kind person runs this every few days to lock in everyone on the database at the cheapest price?
That's a pretty massive security issue. Imagine if 7/11 somehow got a hold of that info. GG to everyone.
I'm sure it has crossed people's minds, but one person or multiple to have all that access? Security risk and lots of trust involved. Not worth it.
The only way for that to work is for someone to create a whole farm of fake accounts and lock them all in weekly or so then 'dispense' one when someone wants a lock, and once it's been used the password is changed for a fresh lock.
We just need a new thread where people can ask for others to lock in. Reserve this thread for prices and workarounds.

Managed to get the Android spoofing works once again. If you’re using the App Ninjas GPS Joystick, try using Suspended Mocking mode instead, it worked for me..

Strange, I'm now getting Error E03 when locking using ifakelocation.
Edit: According to barnlord letting it sit for a minute and locking in again seems to do the trick with "Error E03". Will try it out, and then report back

For anyone using smali patcher that get the location error with joystick, try and look to make sure you turn off core only mode in Magisk and reboot. Core only mode won't allow module to work. I did this last night and it worked.

Sorry to ask, I'm a bit confused with all 128 pages… What people here are using on Android? I've tried a few GPS spoofing apps, set them as default for mock location, confirmed the spoofing with Google Maps, and even used a VPN through the nearest server, to no avail. I've also looked at the apps linked in the OP, and they seem mostly directed to MacOS and iOS.

I'm upvoting you because you at least tried to figure it out, rather than just asking.
From my limited understanding on what's going on with the latest 7 eleven app, it detects the spoofing and rooting, blocks you from doing so.
The workaround here is by hiding the root helper app (Magisk, in this case, is able to hide itself so that it won't get detected and able to fake the security check of recent android), and hide the GPS spoofing app too (GPS Joystick by App Ninja on Play Store / download it from their website). In addition to that, there's smali patch to make it work. Just follow the instructions on each steps, listed on the original post. Google the rooting with Magisk instruction for your android device. It might be overwhelming, but it's definitely worth doing.Hi there. I'm new to android phones.

You can always check XDA Developer or Youtube for the instruction to rooting your particular phone.
The most important thing to do first is unlock your bootloader, install custom recovery such as TWRP, make backup, then root away. Again double check if your phone can be easily modded or nah.

This is probably a wild coincidence but I used 3utools to do a lock for the first time last night and today I had an unauorized transaction on my card. It was a card I barely use for anything but I have used it on my phone before.

Across 7 accounts I've locked in 8 times in the last 24 hours but I've just received an Error A01. (code: limitReached) error when I tried to do a lock.
I'm not sure if that's because I'm trying for a 3rd lock in 24hrs on one of the accounts or if my device has been capped. Might have to make another burner account to test this.

If your device has been capped, assuming its a rooted phone, grab an android device ID changer (One by Silverlabs works fine), and test.
Please report back on your findings, info like this is important in this thread.

@cwongtech: Just tried the ID changer but I'm having the same limitReached issue with locking for a third time in 24hrs on the account I'm trying. Going to try another account I guess.
@cwongtech: Just made another dummy account and it locked in fine. So I think there is no longer a limit on how many times you can lock for per device/device ID but there is still a 2 locks/24 hours limit for each account.

They're referring to the https://trashmail.com/ service which limits to 25 "fake" email addresses for a free user. You can delete your old aliases to make new ones though. Has nothing to do with gmail specifically.

I think the new version has reduced the distance (i.e., range of stations) from your GPS point. That is my experience. i.e., I can't wait for other petrol stations to develop an app. So ready to jump ship.

The lock function has definitely resulted in me preferencing 711 rather than other stations (which I had in the past). So I see it as a good business tactic to attract more consumers. I don't think they'd make any losses, let alone major losses from misuse of the app

The variance in prices at the moment is insane. Looking at 95 it's 109.9 in one site and 162.9 a few km away, a 53c difference, 48% more. Blows the coles and woolies 4c discount, and even the occasional flybuys 10c.
its truly shocking being in canberra and looking at the differences outside of the state.

In other words, you can't do it yourself and you want a dedicated freebie fuel locker.
I've been pinged constantly weeks or months after the last time I mentioned I have the capability to do it.
I still carry it out, but I know there are many people who just shotgun message a list of of fuel lockers hoping one of us (fuel lockers) will be kind enough to do it for them.Locking fuel requires the following:
- reading the fuel lock request in PM
- typing someone else's credentials in (we can't copy and paste into a real android phone). Some of them are monstrous passwords as well (it's 7/11, not your banking password, why do you guys need to use a 20 character password?
- changing GPS locations to match the desired fuel type (might be different locations, especially for LPG, E10, U95, Diesel)
- checking the fuel lock price is right (P03 is not infallible, might need to switch to 2nd best price), and matches the fuel lock request then carrying it out
- acknowledging someone's lock request message by replying to themIf you assign one minute per action above (we need to either do this via iPhone connected to a laptop or a rooted android phone capable of passing safetynet test, which took significant time to set up properly), then on average, a fuel lock assist costs the person carrying it out for others, around 5 minutes of their time to help out a stranger.
All I get are people ghosting me after a fuel lock request without even a simple thank you.
Fuel lockers don't get anything in return apart from consumed time, I don't even get to feel warm and fuzzy because I don't get Thank Yous after I've locked it in for them.
What happened to basic manners?
In my eyes, those that don't even say a simple thank you after a lock (takes you.. 10 seconds at most, if you type sixty characters/10 words per minute), don't really deserve any further assists.
I've even helped someone configure their rooted phone (they were on a Samsung S7 on lineage OS unable to lock due to not carrying out smali patcher) via a Zoom session. What happened after?

I offered once and even now (despite it being a few pages back) people have messaged me going "can you lock". Sure, why not - I like helping people. Many have helped me on the way here - master has always been kind enough to respond to technical problems and pushed updates when I let him (or her) know there was updates that broke the program… I'm very grateful for the help I've recieved here despite like you said the $4-10 isn't really going to matter to me. I'm not immenently going to go bankrupt - I just like saving money.
So going back to the petrol lock - I boot and set up my spare iOS device, check the cheapest location, etc. sign into someone's account with a completely cooked password and then lo and behold someone already has locked in for them (one or two of them were literally like 30min after the message, some a few hours). I work long hours at the hospital (quite often 60+ hour weeks) and I don't have time to be locking on demand (when I offered it was because I was on annual leave and not much I can do during a COVID plagued annual leave - I'm in Melb).
It's just impolite that people message mutliple people at once - it means many people waste thier time. And if for those that do mass message - the very least that person could do is tell everyone else they messaged - don't worry someone else did it for me! Yes, you're welcome to request fuel locks from me every now and then because of this simple thank you, the message wasn't specifically targeted to you, I have like 5-6 pages of messages all requesting for fuel locks.
Around 80% of those have ghosted without a thank you.

I've done four locks this afternoon. Happy to do them as I was sitting here on the laptop doing not much but changing passwords after being nagged by ios14 for the past few months.
The limiting factor for me is when I actually need a lock for myself, but I have worked out my own account and password having initially not assigned any value to it, like you said, it's not a bank. Though the money I have saved, it might well become one.

There are 2 scenarios (that I have discovered so far):
I haven't received the confirmation email
- Check your spam folder
- If you haven't received it after 10 minutes, your email address might be on their secret blacklist. Try a different email!
So far I am using an obscure disposable email address generator that works but I don't want to disclose because it will get OzBargained… sorry :(
I have received the confirmation email, but when pressing the link, I get an error!
- You must press the verification link ON THE SAME DEVICE THAT YOU ARE REGISTERING FROM!!! If you are registereing on your phone, but open the confirmation link on your laptop or PC, you will get some kind of error and your account and email gets instantly blacklisted!
- If you can't open the link on the same device for some reason (I can't!), what I do is copy the link on my laptop found in the confirmation email (BUT DO NOT CLICK OR OPEN IT OR YOU WILL SCREW IT UP)
- Then, paste the copied link in this QR code generator website, that does not invade your privacy because it generates the QR codes client side, paste the link there, now use your phone to scan the QR code and open the link on your phone. This is how it should look like.
- It should ask you to "Open this link with My 7-Eleven app?" and you say YES because that is exactly what we want.
Now lock in that cheapo fuel price and enjoy!

Hi guys, i have not been using the 11-Seven chopper much over the last few months. With the ongoing inter-state travelling restrictions across the nation, has anyone been in an awkward situation where the cashier at your local 7-11 servo questions the validity of the lock simply because you've locked in a different state to where you're actually purchasing the fuel?
Since it's much less likely people have dodgy fuel locks, they don't say anything to me really. I just say they're just really expensive anyway and see ya later.

The voucher doesn't show where it was locked in. It's possible that information is stored on the back end but you can't see it from the app. They shouldn't know where you locked.

For those using iFakeLocation, I've issued a new update, v1.5.0, to address the iOS 14.1 issues. It will also give me more control over the ability to source developer images, without solely relying on specific repositories that are entirely out of my control.
tl;dr future support for iOS updates should be quicker and not require having to update the application itself.

Hi Master131, I have dowloaded the v1.5.0 and also created a folder in /Applications/DeveloperImages/14.1 and kept DeveloperDiskImage.dmg and
DeveloperDiskImage.dmg.signature files, I can then see iFakeLocation and map etc. But when I click "Set Fake Location", and later check google map, I still see my device GPS location. Some reason the iPhone 14.1 is not detecting now. Previously it was working. I am on Catalina MacOS.@master131 - Thank you for this!

Try clearing the data on the 7/11 app. Once it fails once, the app remembers it until you clear the data or reinstall. If you have xposed/edxposed, disable that as safetynet no longer passes with it.

Yeah this keeps happening to me after rebooting my phone. It was tricky trying to find the right sequence of when to toggle magisk hide off/on but I think these steps are working for me.
- Sign out of 7/11 app, reboot
- Test Safetynet with Magisk, should fail after reboot (can be skipped)
- Start your mock location/gps app
- Toggle magisk hide off/on, test safetynet with magisk again - it should pass.
- login to 7/11 appYou should be able to lock
same issue before, working fine after update to latest magisk, and pass safenet test.

actually finally got it working following ssjwill post above.
But it was only until i restarted my phone, disabled magiskhide and re-enabled again, that i managed to get it working

What are people using as the cheapest and easiest rootable android devices with at least android 9? From my limited research, an original pixel at around $80 seems pretty good on the ease/value scale. Unless there's something I'm missing?
My friend has the original pixel & works no problem for him on that. Grab it for $80 it will pay itself in a couple of locks. I've been saving at least $10 per fill. At the start of the corona price drops I saved $27 on my fill-up from petrol light being on.
Ended up getting one, was a complete nightmare. Had OEM unlock greyed out. Was android 10. After many hours of having no idea what I was doing, it's downgraded to android 9, and running magisk and small patcher. A massive thankyou to everyone who has provided info for this.

but .. another account that has no locked fuel was logging in fine..Could it be new app countermeasure function to stop people from locking in fuel from different region now?
Since you don't need to prepay anymore just make a new account and use that to continue locking

Edit: I was having issues on iOS 14 and I think it was because I had the default browser set to something other than Safari. I’ve had log in issues with another app and that was resolved with changing it back to Safari. I’ve also had issues with a third app that used Safari web view.
Tldr: If having log in issues on iOS 14 ensure default browser is set to Safari.
iOS 12.1 and latest version of app. Yesterday couldn't log into other accounts after logging into first account. Rebooted the iphone and it's fixed it. Locked in 98 today no problems.

Just a heads up for people planning on rooting their Androids- I just managed to root my HTC10, here are something to note.
If your phone doesn't have android 9.0+, then 711 app won't work. You need to find a ROM which will get your phone to the required android 9.0+ . I followed this guide as an example, you need to find one for your android https://theupgradeguide.com/install-android-9-0-pie-on-htc-1…
Otherwise, I followed linked guide (https://old.reddit.com/r/PokemonGoSpoofing/comments/a1d07r/a…) and it worked great. Needed to figure out how to install the latest magisk myself though.
Would also like to add, if you're wondering what Android 10 rom to install on your old phone that (most likely) doesn't have an official Android 10 update at this point, LineageOS is a safe bet, if your device has official 17.1 builds (https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/)

Android user - I'm prepared to be neg but "how do I root an Android phone" in an ozbargained way? Google it and I got even more confused between Magisk, Kingoroot, TWRP etc. Is there a straight forward way to root? & I suggest adding "how to root" instruction to the top "Working methods" will make it a lot more helpful.

There's no straight forward method. You need to google with your specific phone model to provide more detailed instructions on how to do it. Xda developers forum is a great resource for this.
Alternatively, if you do a search on your phone model here, some people have already provided instructions. Off the top of my head both samsung S7 and OnePlus One were really good

7/11 prep steps
1) Go to magisk manager's website and get smali patcher files on your comp
2) Ensure your device is connected (type adb devices to check its connnected), then run Smali patcher with admin rights, and patch
3) You should see a new zip file generated from step 2, copy over to phone
4) Go to Magisk Manager on phone, install modules from files, select Smali patcher files from step 3. Make sure the files from step 3 are NOT the same as the ones you downloaded in step 2.@cwongtech: Done & dusted!

Also, each phone is different in terms of what Android image is able to be used and the methods of rooting are not always universal.
The only things that are universal is Smali patcher after you've got the rooting portion out of the way

No one is going to attempt to spend more time to try and root other people's phones, especially when your proposed guide requires the author to write for a multitude of phones they obviously don't own.

@KingSlayyer: A full phone reset has cleared the error. I'd hazard. Guess that it's probably due to the fact that device does 10 locks per week minimum.

Wont run on my android phone, also when i lock on my iphone i use 3utools from a pc so just as easy to get it from projectzerothree. I assume the eleven me app is just pulling from their api anyway

I use v1.5, but it doesn't work on latest model of iPhone with iOS 14.1 or 14.2, however works on older iPhone 6 with iOS 12.3

Are people still just locking in using the cheapest location? I am thinking with border closures last few months it gives them more reason to block accounts/devices with impossible lock and usage location combinations. I just got it working and don't want the fun to end on my first use :-)
People are still locking, probably locking less because of WFH etc. There’s been no reports of account blocks or bans. I’m still using interstate locks.

Get to opening 7/11 app and it says "Your device is not supported" "Restore your device to factory settings"
Have also just tried without Magisk. Is there something 7-11 is picking up to assert that my device is not supported?

You need to use magisk hide on the 7 eleven app so it doesnt know your phone is rooted. Also check to see if the phone pass safety check (both of these are via magisk manager)

I couldn't get my android to work so switched to Iphone me not being an iphone person… and it was so easy I couldn't believe how simple.
Heres how I did it
1) Download the ifake software for your version of Windows
2) Install 3utools onto your comptuerRun the 3utools program and have your phone connected to your computer ( this will connect your device to computer , if it is successful then go to next step )
Run the ifake program, it is an exe which will bring up a map where you enter in the location and move to the location.3) Go to your Iphone and run the 7-11 app, look for best location and hopefully it should take you to the ifake location .

You don’t need both 3utools and iFakeLocation. With iFL you do need iTunes so maybe wchau was using 3utools instead of iTunes…

@Hero: trying on windows with iTunes. So I have got iTunes running and when i execute the iFL exe it opens in browser.
But I don't see any device in the drop down. What am i missing?

Then put the location you want to lock and click 'search' and then 'Set FL'.

iFakeLocation is installed on the PC, not the iPhone.
Managed to get the Android method working on my old Pixel OG. It's actually not as complicated as I thought, no need to flash a different ROM and no TWRP.
I'm a complete newbie who has never rooted any device before but this is what worked for me. FYI I'm running Android 10 on my Pixel, but I think the guide would likely work on other Pixel devices as well.The 2 guides I followed
Source #1 : Use this to understand the basics eg. getting sdk platform, usb debugging etc
Source #2 : Use this to get Magisk working.Method:
1. Unlock Bootloader
2. Download latest factory image for sailfish (Pixel OG) from here. If you have any other Pixel device make sure you download the right factory image.
3. Extract the boot.img from the above zip and move into your phone as per Source #2 instruction
4. I also installed the factory image into my Pixel at this point, didn't hurt but not sure if it helped.
5. Get Magisk Canary APK (it's called app-debug.apk) from here and follow instructions from Source #2
6. Turn on MagiskHide in Settings to pass SafetyNet Check, this wasn't described in the guide.
7. Follow the reddit guide in the main post to install smali patcher through Magisk. It took me ages to find out how to install a module, it was right in front of me but if anyone is as blind as me, it's the puzzle piece icon on the bottom right hand corner of the Magisk Manager main screen.
8. Don't get Appninja GPS app from the Play Store, it doesn't allow "Privacy Mode". Instead download the apk from hereThank you OzBargain community for helping me in the last few months!

This is in case when you flash the patched_boot.img (you install Magisk APK first, then generate a patched_boot.img based off the extracted boot.img, transfer a copy to your comp from your phones internal storage, because you need to push it to root)
When you reboot and use adb to push/load the patched_boot.img to your phone (while in bootloader mode), there's a chance you'll get stuck in a bootloop.
That's when you use adb to push/load the original boot.img to let your system start up again.EDIT: Oh just re-read this, you mean you flashed/reset your factory image to your pixel?

Are you certain that the 7/11 app is compatible with the iOS of the 5s?@andylch: I’ve got an iPhone 5S on 12.3.1 I was hoping to using checkra1n. Did you have any issues? I was using bootra1n and it timed out during “the real bug step”.
@sween64: The trick is: when you are stuck at the “the real bug step”, unplug the USB cable and then plug it back immediately. Then the phone will reboot itself with checkra1n running.
This is my only solution for 5s. Just keep trying again, or use another USB port, another USB cable, plug in the power adapter, etc.
A novice question pls, if I buy iphone 5s, would it work with ifake location without any jailbreak needed? There is a guy here who has been helping me lock my petrol but since I will be back to work I don't want to abuse him/her doing a weekly task for me.
There's nothing here to suggest that it wouldn't work. I can test it for you on the weekend if you like (PM me).
The only thing to note is that for the iphone 5S iOS 12.4.9 is the latest iOS and I believe the only one to be signed (check ipsw me) and I'm not sure if checkra1n works on iOS 12.4.9.
If you do decide to jailbreak, I've just been through it and you'll need to use checkra1n v 0.10.1 and unplug the USB at a certain step (watch this video).

I've always been a big tinkerer of devices. Have been jailbreaking iPhones since the first one and also rooting and installing custom ROMs and Kernels on Android phones since the Galaxy S2 so I would say I'm fairly confident with messing around with mobile devices.
In having said all that, I completely agree with andylch and you should get a cheap iPhone instead. iFakeLocation or 3uTools just works on a completely stock iPhone so you don't even need to do any jailbreaking or tinkering.
I've also got an Android phone setup for fuel locks and the entire process is very tedious. As mentioned by other posters, the Safetynet check fails constantly requiring you to reboot the phone, log out/in of 7-eleven, check/uncheck Magisk hide, etc. Just get yourself a cheap iPhone for less headaches.

Yes. Jailbreak + Liberty Lite Beta (to prevent jailbreak detection by apps including 7-Eleven) + Relocate by Nepeta (to fake your location).
@whey4000: Doubt it. App might be upgraded to require iOS 13 next year and 5S won't be updated to use iOS 13.

@digitalbath: Checkra1n is great, mainly because it’s a hardware exploit so it should work on the device despite any iOS updates.
I used it as my main on an iPhone 7 Plus and unfortunately it would reboot once a fortnight so I would have to re-jailbreak.
I’ve currently got it on an iPhone 5S and it’s perfect as a fuel lock device. Even the battery life isn’t too bad.

Getting the following error when trying to open ifakelocation on my mac with big sur and iOS 14.2. Feeling pretty terrible for not being able to get this to work like everyone else.
A fatal error occurred, the required library libhostfxr.dylib could not be found.
If this is a self-contained application, that library should exist in [/Volumes/iFakeLocation/iFakeLocation.app/bin/].

Yep im an idiot and i didn't do that. So now I did that and i am getting the unable to mount developer image. I have downloaded the 14.2 image folder into a separate folder titled DeveloperImage but the message persists.

Is your default browser set to something other than Safari?

drop down includes "Turn off Content Blockers". select and sign in. done.
This is once only turn off, every time you want to sign in you'll need to select this.raises the question, what is the blocker blocking that 7eleven want??

Unfortunately it doesn’t work for me😢The first time I launched the app, I’ll be able to click sign in without issues. But once I log off, I’ll need to wait between 30-50s before I’m allow to hit the sign in button again… it’s either the new app is making hard for people to do multiple sign in within a short period of time or my device has been black listed by the server…

I've done the following:
1) Installed .NET Core 2.2 on my Mac running macOS 10.12 "Sierra"
2) Downloaded and ran v1.5.0 iFakeLocation
3) Connected iPhone (w/o SIM) to the Mac
3) Device name detected successfully on iFakeLocation as iPhone 6sPlus; iOS 12.4
4) Searched location (Eagleby, QLD) and Set Fake Location
5) Both iPhone location and 7-Eleven fuel search still shows my original location in VICAny idea what I may have missed or done wrong?

Not sure. I assume you have an iPhone 6S, 6S Plus or SE 1st Gen, right? And if you do upgrade to iOS 14 it looks like you’ll have to jailbreak using checkra1n.
You could have a look at this thread on reddit. There’s heaps of comments and a couple of links to pastebin and a Google spreadsheet (the spreadsheet is usually the best place) of heaps of tweaks and their status.
If you’re still currently jailbroken you could also install TweakReviewsDB which adds compatibility status and reviews in Cydia. It defaults to your installed iOS but you can also look at reviews for other iOSs.

ios + ifake been working fine but today when I tried ifake comes up with "Unable to retrieve connected devices. Ensure iTunes is installed and can detect your device(s)." First time ever seeing this error, been working fine past couple months not sure what the problem is.

I even tried reinstalling app and it did the same thing. Very strange.
I ran into this problem too. The workaround for me was to quit the 7-11 app and also the safari browser. Then launch the 7-11 app and try to sign in again. Hope this works for you.
I had a sign in issue when using the app and I had my default browser changed to Edge. A changed it back to Safari and I was able to sign in on the app. A similar thing has occurred in two other apps.

Currently Running a jailbroken iPhone 7 on iOS 14.2 .
I have Liberty Lite and Relocate Reborn Downloaded, but cannot lock in fuel. I am able to spoof my location on the 7/11 app and see the fuel prices, but at the final stage when I click the 'Lock In' button, the 7/11 app pops up with 'Uh Oh! That didn't quite go as planned… There seems to be an error". Anyone experiencing similar issues?
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Anyone receiving an Error E03 when trying to lock-in the price via iPhone app? Trying location change via 3u Tools. Location change is successful since it shows on maps. Similar to issue reported by @zef above me. Any help would be wonderful!
Is anyone able to run ifakelocation on Mac 10.14.6?
I'm trying to get it to work on my cousin's Mac but I don't know anything about Mac (I use Windows) so have tried following the instructions on Github including creating the DeveloperImage folder but that hasn't worked. There's no error or anything
I was in the same boat, saw the advice to create the folder if it didn't work, hesitated, then saw in the Requirement section to install ".NET Core 2.2 (macOS 10.12 "Sierra" or newer)" and then it worked without having to create the folder.
There is a link in the Requirement section to install this .NET Core 2.2. Hope this does the trick for you.
I have an old Google Nexus tablet.
Not sure if someone asked this already. Can it be rooted and used with the Android option provided in the thread description?If it can install 7/11 app and lock normally now, and if it can get to a lineage OS equivalent of android 10, I don't see why not

Checked the tablet, its on Android 6 hence I think when I go to play store, 7 11 app doesn't show up.
Do u think if I root, install Android 10, it should work the 'we want to work? Thx.Can it upgrade to Android 10?

@bargainisg8: I ran this command "fastboot boot twrp-3.4.0-0-deb.img" (this image file is the latest) which restarted the device in TWRP mode, as per instructions, I tried to sideload the Lineage ROM but it wouldn't then I rebooted the device, and now its stucked at the Google logo and doesn't move on. Looks its bricked and my laptop can't recognise the device anymore.
Any one any idea to bring it back to life? Thanks.
@bargainisg8: Boot your tablet to fastboot and then use this command
fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.4.0-0-deb.img
After flashing run this command
fastboot reboot recovery
Inside twrp format all your partitions and then enable usb storage mode and copy the latest LineageOS for your device and flash it again

Download section takes u to the Google Drive.
Since above had issues, I searched for Lineage 17 for Nexus 7 tab on net but all of them giving page 404 error. If u know a reliable source from where to download, pls share.

Xda is the best source for any Android rom@Agret: Model = 2013 LTE version. BTW, I tried the ROM suggested from above xda page. Been getting Error 7, tried removing assert line but no luck.

I'd try switching your recovery to the one in that thread even if it's slightly older version if you still have problems after the repartition as some roms have strange install script that only plays nice with certain recoveries.
@Agret: Had to find the system repartition.zip, flashed this first before flashing the 17.1 rom, it worked. Linegage n gapps r now installed. Pheeeww…
Then I went to look for magisk n appninja gps aps on playstore, couldn't locate them. Whats the app name on playstore pls?
When magisk is mentioned, do they mean by twrp? If yes, I guess zip file created after smallipatcher's operation, u install it via twrp recovery mode.

Huhu…managed to install Magisk & a clone of GPS joy stick from App Ninjas. Downloaded the 7 11 app but login does not work. Same login works on my mobile but not on my rooted device.
Has anyone had any trouble around this?@bargainisg8: Need to ensure magiskhide in the magisk settings and add 7-11 to the list of hidden apps. Good work on your progress.

just tried … it is working. Didnt get any error
I am all set up with "Root - Magisk + Smalli patcher w/ mock location" but when I download 7 11 app n try to logon, it can't logon i.e. asks my uname/pwd, I punch that in but get ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME error. Same logon works on my primary phone but not on my rooted tab.
I also hide 7 11 app from magisk manager, magisk also pass the SafetyNet but not joy. I didn't even reach to the stage when I have to turn the mock location on.
HELP please?
EDIT: it turned out to be after rooting, device was trying to open the logon on its default browser. I made it open in Chrome and voila, it worked. Fantastic. I've got this working, thanks to all especially @ cwongtech and @Agret.

For any noobs out there, iFakeLocation is super easy to use. Just did it on a spare iphone 8 I had lying around (ios version 14.3).

Isn't the budget already calculated by the lease company based average fuel price history, your mileage and the average fuel usage of the vehicle?
I believe fuel should also be GST free like all your other running costs?

I have installed lineage 17 (android 10) on an old nexus 5. Did the method on the first page with the magisk and smali injector, made the joystick the mock location app but when I load 7/11 app it says. Your device is not supported, Restore to factory settings!
What else do i need to do or check to get it to work. Magisk report safetynet pass.
