  Wouldn't it be better to get the Mi Box, which has proper Android-TV, and does high-def Netflix & youtube? And voice remote.

    I'm not sure what you meant by 'proper' android TV. From a Bang for your Bucks perspective, I believe this is the better buy than Mi Box. 32GB eMMC ROM, WIFI, better GPU, Octa Core CPU, 2x USB ports.

    The Mi Box may have a more polished interface out of the box experience but you can do all that from customising Skins etc…

  Don't know if I'd want the "Shine On Me" logo while watching movies. There's probably a switch/setting to turn it off - our you could use a sticky plaster to cover it up.
