Agreed! The most are craps. We should have seen 3-4 pages of ebay deals if it was in the old days, considering the days passed since this deal started..

        • @claud0902:

          5 Exactly

@TheClipIt: No game play on number or word please. The number of deals on the deal page is far more than deals per page (10) in search.

It is not hard to admit the good deals this time is far less attempt than before. Or you are free to disagree.

  • +2

All good stuff were removed, only craps are available

  • the lack of SSD deals is disappointing :(

i guess the Sandisk Plus 480GB for $156 is okay…

  • Any stores on here selling Thule bike rack equipment?

  • General question here: I have a targeted use the app code for $20 off a spend of $50 or more. Will it stack with this 20% off code or is it an either / or situation? Thanks.

    • +2

ebay codes are never stackable unfortunately.

      • Okay. Thanks.

Thanks Op bought two generic action cams for presents. Would go well with the gopro jr straps on sale in target. Just need to buy an adapter but that's the easy part.

    • Stick some of these on it, claim it's the new Hero 5. Nobody would ever guess ;)

  • Thank you, bought some puppy training pads (400pk) - genuine savings of 20%!

      • We you talking about the "FATHERSDAY" code?

        • Yep - did that expire? :(

  • "You're currently winning or have bought the maximum allowable number of this seller's items in the last 10 days."

Bought something during the 15% off.
Good work FUTU Online haha, guess I might wait till the next sale……

    • Use a second ebay account? eg a family member.

I did this to pocket 4 nas drives during a previous sale, no questions asked

  • The changhong 40 inch fhd tv - 396 with a further 20 percent off from Betta electrical. Might only be worth it if you pickup.

What is the consensus on changhong like recently?

    • I bought the 55" when DSE was still around from this deal
      DSE 55"

That's one year and 3 months of everyday use, no issues so far. I think they do 3 yr warranty and they were doing a promotion on 2 year extra, so I have 5 year warranty on a 660 dollar TV…

A bit of backlight bleeding in dark rooms but what do you expect with that price :)

    • that sound expensive for w 40inch FHD tv.

JB has similar for cheaper, around $299, even had a UHD for not much more (cant find on site but saw them instore on the weekend)

      • Oops I may have been unclear - it's 396 thentake a further 20pc off.

Makes it much closer to 299.

        My mistake

        • I guess go in store and have a look first, visit JB as well and see what they have.

  • Any good deals on external HDs? I want to buy one (first one ever) but no idea what to look for

    • WD my passport are fine. You will probably get them cheaper from officeworks if you have one local though. Using umart as an example with 5% off, a my passport 2tb becomes $131.10. The 4tb is cheaper with the ebay code at $223.20.

  • Are there any good deals on compact cameras? Or how do I search to see which stores sell compact cameras? Thanks

  • Asking a refund from futu. Was told it would take 3-14 days to process even with an eBay case :\

They could tone down from one sale to solve all their backlogs :(

  • +1

any laptop deals that has a decent cpu and does not lag and be quick when normal use (providing I put a SSD in there?)

Don't really want a 12" screen and don't really care about weight and battery time as it will be staying at home for couch use.

Just normal everyday use without any gaming capabilities. Light Microsoft uses etc.

    Thanks in Advance

  • Rebel Sport bumped its delivery price on an olympic bar that I was interested in. It was $12 a few days before the sale and is now $52… despite the fact that it's free on their website. And I can't pick it up from the local store either (ie. no pickup option on ebay).

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Dell-P2715Q-27-LED-LCD-Computer-M…
    This is a borderline deal,
    About $760 for Dell P2715Q.
Else starting from $772 on staticice.
    That's 20% OFF!!!!!
    http://staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=p2715Q&spos=3

I almost pulled the trigger but I loath to reward Futu_online for such a fraudulent "20% OFF"

  • SO ANNOYED!

  • How'd this get so many upvotes?

    • Because there are so many bargains. Why wouldn't it?

      • -1

Bargains or discounts? Pretty sure this site is called oz - bargains.

Not to mention the amount of price funkery by a lot of the retailers, I really hope the moderators ban this stuff. They're just using OB as a marketing tool.

        • +2

Bargains, lots of them. If you want advertising than look at a Store Rep post. 635 other users think this is a good bargain.

Why would the moderators ban this? These are the most popular posts on OzBargain. If you really don't like these deals than block eBay and stop complaining.

        • @TheClipIt: Like I said this website was created for bargains specifically. It became successful because it brought bargains to users but now it's been hijacked by the mainstream and people who can't distinguish between spams and bargains.

You see it as complaining but I'm only making a point. If you overlook that point then good for you mate.

Hate to sound old but I miss the old days :(

These ebay 'deals' are almost as bad as the Dick Smith ones last year…

    • -4

Not nearly that bad, there are lots of bargains. If you don't like them block eBay and stop whinging.

      • +4

I'm not whinging, commenting on the fact that these 'deals' are getting pretty frequent, and on the whole, pretty average. That's the great thing about these boards, people are you know, allowed to post their opinion?

  • Any suggestions for a good bluetooth headphone please.

  • Im trying to buy some stuff from super cheap auto but it keeps saying the seller doesnt have that many left. Im only ordering 1 and it says it on every item i have in my cart. Any ideas?

  • Hmmm PC byte is not working for me. I go to checkout and apply the code, showing the discounted amount but I can't continue and get an error saying "Log in to PayPal to use vouchers".

I am logged in. Clicking on paypal brings up the full price. Is this some kind of bug or is the code not applicable to them?
