    • I have a 46" dick smith LED. Its a good tv especially for the price but you may need a soundbar if the speakers are as bad as on the one I have.

Great price at Good Guys on Garmin 10 if anyone is chasing one. $117 before 20% discount ($93.6 after, if my maths is right). Think it retails for $159 - just got one myself a fortnight ago from JB for $146 (doh!).

  • +2

PlayStation TV for $108.80 (pick-up) from DSE. Something that's actually cheaper on eBay as opposed to their actual site :o

Not a bad price though for something that's new and RRP ($149) in most places.

  • Canon 70-200f4L lens just on $700 from GG is a nice lens if you can live without IS

    • +1

      I couldn't so I didnt

    • +1

I'm sure the world would be a much better place without IS

If you are not happy with the fake "deals" from certain merchants then vote here : https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/172420 and tell the ebay CEO what you think.

You're raging at the wrong machine. They know this is happening and it has happened before. They're in on it (or more to the point, permitting it).

  • Galaxy s5 $949, geez

    • +1

~$608 at TGG which includes the 20% off and 2% cashback. ;)

    • $500 or nothing

    • Seems pretty expensive considering it's launch was in what, late April, early May. It's at least 2/5'ths through it's life. Likely closer to half - but depends if Samsung S6 so quickly this year (again) or not. (They may not, apparently the S5 sold like crap)

  • Am I able to buy now and pay on the 4th with the 20% off?

    • -1

Don't quote me on this, but I believe I read back a few pages that you cannot.

(Because the coupon is applied at the payment page)

      • What if I was to pay tomorrow?

        • -2

          @adelee:

Well I cant find where it says that. Can you just answer the question?

        • The sale ends dec 2 so that would be fine, but you would have BUY then, I believe.

        • @18: It's on the second line:
2.This offer commences at 10.00 (AEST) on 30 November 2014 and ends at 23.59 (AEST) on 2 December 2014 (“Offer Period”).

        • @adelee:

That seems to be very broad since it does not state whether or not you have to pay by the 2nd of December. Obviously you have to buy it within that date, but do you have to pay?

Just bought a Breville milk frother (bmf600) for $105 delivered from TGG store.

Best price I've seen for these, though that's practically setting a challenge here lol :). The bmf600 is much better than a standard ~$30 frother imho if you have an Aldi pod machine at home or in the office. Greater capacity too.

    • +1

Yep, I've got one of these. Probably the best milk frother on the market. So much better than the Nespresso Aerocino's and the Aldi ones. Enjoy!

    • Thanks for the gift idea!

    • How did you get it for $105? It's listed as $139 ($111.20 after discount)

  • Anyone having paypal problem???..

    Cant check out:

    "Unfortunately, your payment was declined
You can select or add a different payment method within PayPal and try again
If you encounter this message more than once, please contact PayPal customer support for further assistance"

    Pick up some good deals:
    a. Galaxy Note 4
    b. Onitsuka shoes from CatchOfDay
    c. SunBean Stick Blender
Cheaper price than anywhere after 20% discount.

Not to offend anyone but I think it would be more productive if people list out bargains here rather than mostly whinging how they jacked up price and blah blah blah. I thought we established that months ago in previous sale.

Wouldn't be better if we list genuine bargain if there are any. If none. Lets move on.

  • Any black galaxy note 4's available? It wouldn't let me check out as no local store stock…

DW5343TGBWQ samsung dishwasher bought today from appliances online for $487.20 delivered.

    • +1

I looked at that but we need SS. Ended up with this Delonghi for $431.
GG's price of $539 was the best I could find before the 20% saving.

      • Same here. Just about to purchase! Looks like best lower priced stainless steel unit on Goodguys and ApplianceOnline.

  • Can someone suggest me a good fridge with 1.7m in height at a good price? Thanks in advance.

  • I forgot to get my 2% cashback, I paid through paypal, can anything be done about that?

    • +1

No its too late, you have to start your purchase from https://www.cashrewards.com.au/ebay-australia to receive the 2% cashback.

Also also another important reminder/thing to know is that in order to make sure you receive your cashback DO NOT VISIT ANY OTHER WEBSITES between linking through to eBay from cashrewards and completing your purchase on eBay.This results in the cashback not being awarded.

      • Shoot, my carelessness cost me $7!

        • Send them an email. You never know your luck if they can verify you made the purchase.

        • @wxyz234: They only "verify" if it comes back through their referral link, not with the merchant themselves.

So as it's not linked through to them, their verification would show no record of it.

  • So has anyone been able to find a great deal on any decent phones so far? The S5 from TGG is OK price, but i think i've seen them cheaper…

    • +1

Where have you seen it cheaper for an Australian stocked phone, that is not a grey import?

  • This only applies to retailers right ? Or does it apply to consumer sales?

  • Is there anyone selling High end headphones IEM like Shure, Westones?

Make sure if you are a Qantas FF member you login through Qantas to earn 2 points per $1

    • It's actually double points at the moment - so 4 points per dollar spent.

    • I remembered this just in time!

    • can you still get the ebay 2% cashreward if you go in via QFF?

      • No you can only choose one. Must log onto their web site first and then to ebay.

        • So if qantas points can be spent to give a value of around 1c per point then the QFF 4 points per $1 would seem more worthwhile than a 2% cash back from Cash Rewards

  • has anyone who bought from ebay today via cashrewards, got an email confirmation about their cashrewards 2%?

bought a tablet, logged in via cashrewards, went to ebay via cashrewards, bought the tablet, but no email confirmation yet

worked 2 months ago, with email from cashrewards within 10mins

    • +4

I usually receive my Cashrewards email within a day or two as opposed to on the same day. This is for eBay purchases; I have no idea about other sites.

    • did anything on the invoice identify it as an ebay sale?

      • No. Looks like regular sale

Sennheiser Momentum Over Ear for $233 delivered is pretty good!

  • -1

I'm so confused. I bought Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear Headphones. The price came to $122, but after completing checkout, I've been charged $151!

    What is going on?

    • +3

The price remains the same, BUT you only paid $122 and EBAY paid the difference.
Look at your payment source EG Bank account and see they only took $122

  • is this convection microwave ove a good price for $380 shipped? Panasonic NNCF770M
    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Panasonic-Convection-Microwave-NN…

    • Be warned, to my postcode, it's cheaper direct from their website:

      $479 v's $533.20

      • it's free shipping on ebay and plus 20% off for same price

  • Has anybody seen any of these stores stocking LG G3s? I've checked a few, no luck!

    • +1

You're too late. Sold out earlier.

      • Sigh. All I want is for people to take my money :(

  • How can you take advantage of the CashRewards and FlyBuys at the same time?

  • -4

Massively annoyed (or maybe I'm confused) - After putting the code in for Sennheiser Momentum's (on ear and over ear) the 20% coupon hasn't worked, yet when I was checking out it had applied. So dodgy!

    • Are your eBay and PayPal emails the same? I read somewhere they should be the same.

I tried to order a 4th item, and the code/discount applied on eBay, but failed when I logged into PayPal (a little error at top of screen) but if I hadnt noticed that, I could have paid full price and not realised until later.

      • I was wrong. Should have read the notes.

  • +3

    FYI (rory)

If you paid by paypal, you can only see that you actually paid -20% if you look at the details of the transaction. The amount will show the FULL amount and in the details you'll see the funding source is a "voucher" and 80% your money.

Everything about these transactions looks as if the 20% was not applied if you view the ebay order.

    • +1

      Thank you, LordRichington!

You're right. Thanks for explaining this to me. I probably should have read Notes at the top!

  • Yeah, I'll be cross checking the prices of any particular item of interest before making a purchase.

  • Wow. These were $147 just a moment a go, now look
