          ask your credit card company to reverse the payment and refuse accept package, or open a paypal dispute if you used pp. they will stonewall you if you call them up

          I always prefer credit card chargeback to PayPal, but if you open a chargeback, the PayPal dispute is automatically null & void. Chargeback has a time limit, so if you aren't getting love from PayPal, quickly launch a chargeback claim.

          Here is the thing I am not sure if you guys agree. The code is meant for the person who has a Grays account. If you use PayPal express checkout without signing into your Grays account that means the discount code is not supposed to be applied on non Grays account orders. I always login before applying the code and so far i have never been charged full price.

          @wtfnodeal i did sign in. it said the code was applied successfully. it showed me the discounted price but for some unknown reason when it reached the end it was charged full price

          The difference is you probably paid by Paypal?! I saw the full price at check out when I chose Paypal so I ended up paying with credit card stored in their system and I got the $20 off. Ps. this is for my last purchase with $20 off voucher.

          Did you have the PayPal set up as your payment method in your Grays account? This is what I do:
          1 add items to cart
          2 on the view cart page, click login (right next to promo code)
          3 login on the login page
          4 enter promo code, click + after it redirects you back to the view cart page
          5 after seeing the code has been applied, check the total, discount $-20 and net payable, click buy now.
          6 on the order confirmation page, click place order and it is all done
          Note that because my Grays account already has the PayPal set up so I don't need to enter my paypal password to login to my PayPal account.

          Edit: the PayPal receipt i later receive in my email acoount will show total, discount $-20 and net payment you paid.

          Has Grays set things up like this to catch people out?

          Why can't they do what everyone else does, and allow PayPal authorisation on a per-purchase basis, instead of me having to authorise them forever until i actively cancel?

          I want a blender, to make banana smoothies, but can't get one, cos they're prats.

          I think it has to do with Grays Online auction part of it so in case you win the bid the payment will go through automatically to prevent non payments for bid winners.

      To be honest I'm not too sure but I refuse to pay full price for them. I got size 10s to be on the safe side and if they don't guess I'll resell them on eBay considering I only paid $24.95 for the singlet and RRP $50. I'll make a small profit. You can always try them on in store at rebel sport.
