    Such a pain, received the phone but Startrack forgot to mark the parcel as delivered so my order is in limbo…. and wont auto refund my cancelled accessories. Anybody else have this issue with Startrack?

    • It takes few hours to see status updated to delivered in auspost.

      • ahhh took them overnight to do it. just checked and it is delivered. haha never had that issue before, usually it gets marked within 5-10min from delivery…… I have had some Auspost ones show as in transit even when delivered….. cuz the postie forgot to press the button

  • Ordered 512gb silver blue on 31st January and just got the order shipped email. Startrack tracking shows delivery on Monday. Whenver I buy something, it always gets delivered on Monday agh!

    I contacted Samsung regarding the refund for the cancelled accessories, they told me to wait 3 to 5 days.

    • You did well, I was told 7-10 buinsess days. Everytime with these muppets. My order seems to be stuck in on its way despite being delivered.

    So - I was one of the ones who cancelled the Buds but the phone and other accessories were still sent out.

    Got all my stuff yesterday, minus the buds. Chased up the refund on Samsung chat

    Samsung: Upon checking on my end, the cancellation status on your order is still pending. Just to set expectations, the cancellation may not push through as our system is not allowing partial cancellations on our Paradigm promotion.

    I asked her what that means and I was told to "send the buds back" but when I told her I never got them as they were cancelled I was then told to wait 3-5 business days and I "should" be refunded.

    ah. Looks like Samsung live chat have no idea what to do/say.

      The questions are (1) On your online summary, did it show the buds already cancelled? Mine is; (2) Does the tax invoice reflect the online summary total? This is because my online summary (and the delivery email) did show the reduced amount but the tax invoice is still showing full amount with the buds; and (3) Did you receive the cancellation confirmation email? If you did, then basically it is done deal and they should issue the refund.

      The primary issue is the fact that the amount you paid is > than the updated online summary total.

      • Yep. Took about 3 days after I did it, but the Buds showed up as "cancelled" on the order and the total price paid was updated to reflect the correct total of what was left on the order.

        So yeah - All invoices and orders match what I go, just not the ol credit card..

    • I got an app notification and email today saying the buds were refunded

      Going to try sending back the cases today too

  • My order is still On The Way but now I have an option to return just the buds in the Order page. Is there a risk that I won't get refunded if I return the buds?

        didn't have to ask at all, but I did get a "Samsung - Payment refunded" email followed by the order completed email in less than a hour.

        and my order was placed on the 24th

    With all the issues on refunds and such, I think this is the last we see of the good ol accessories cancelation after order made for next year… It was a good ride..

      Especially with the snowflakes getting all upset about it and saying they'll report Samsung. It's clearly a bug that the accessories discount comes off the Phone and not the accessories, moving forward Samsung will definitely fix it given how much pressure people are putting on CSA's.

      This is why we can't have nice things honestly.

    • Funny thing is from when the preorder started mobileguru has increased the prices of the s24. Base has gone up from 650 mint to 670.

      Ive booked it in to drop off. Did they do a cosmetic assessment?

      • They gave it a quick lookover when I dropped it off but said a full assessment will be compelted either later today or Monday

            I booked the trade in nearly 2 weeks ago so needed to get my old phone in today to maintain the price I was offered at the time.

  • Silver S25 256GB w/ white Buds 3 Pro ordered on Day2.

    Was on "Awaiting Dispatch" and "Ships from 06 Feb" till yesterday morning when I got email from Samsung saying it will ship from 11/02 and the status in the app changed accordingly.

    However, yesterday arvo status changed to "On the way" and "Get it by 07 Feb". Also got "Label created by sender" in AusPost app. No movement since, but hopefully will get it today/tomorrow or Monday here in Sydney Metro.

  • My order status is showing "Get it by 11 Feb 2025", but progress still showing "Awaiting dispatch".
    No emails with tracking received.
    Anybody know the likelyhood I will actually receive by 11th Feb?

  • Anyone get the screen protectors? The samsung ones are leaving lines in the middle of the phone :(

      Get the ESR ones from Amazon, bloody easy to apply.

      Highly recommend ESR screen protector, using it on my phone now.

      If you watch the Samsung video they give the QR code for in the box, it tells you that you will get a slight middle line which will disappear within 24h.
      Mine disappeared within about an hour when I put it on yesterday.
      I used the same protector on my S24U for a year - no peeling, nil issues, and antireflective.

      • Had no idea there was a video instruction…

    • I had the same issue when I installed the first screen protector. I thought I'd messed it up, so I removed it and installed the second one. I still had the same line in the middle of the screen. It was quite annoying, but since I had no more spares, I just left it as it was. Fortunately, the line had disappeared this morning. I wish Samsung would include a note about this issue in the instructions.

        Startrack does offer their premium service for Saturday deliveries.
        According to my package, it has PRM on the CONNOTE, so samsung did pay for premium services.

  • I'm half happy my order says Ships 20 Feb. Seems like everyone here can suss how to deal with all the returns. Although I'm not 100% sure if I will return anything, though I am leaning towards returning my protective film and clear magnetic case and getting something different/better from ebay/amazon. Probably planning on keeping the buds3pro I ordered though.

    Though I am a bit confused as to why my order says 20th Feb, when I ordered Day 2 (24 Jan 2025)

      Supposedly they don't charge you for not returning the trade in device since they updated the T&Cs in July 2024. There's been a lot of discussion in here but I don't know who's right.

      When I didn't return the device 3 years ago, they did charge me $60.

    Boo. I received the phone ystd and have 3 accessories in the order. I was able to select 2 accessories for return on web & app and requested refund, change of mind, uploaded pics.
    Just got an email reply that request for return has been REJECTED as null :(

    Anyone successful with return after delivery?

      • Technically Change of Mind should be enough. As they do allow for that.
        However since they caught onto the promotion hax….. they look at the coupons being used…..

        Now my S25 Ultra looks like the S24 Ultra.

    • I got flipsuit case. it looks funky but it looks and feels very solid. has 2 interchangeable backs, too, one can choose which one works better for their colour

      I liked it so much that I got a "rugged" flipsuit version from Amazon, it's coming from US. hoping that its interchangeable backs are the same and I would get more choice lol

    Got my S25+ yesterday with the Silicone case and Buds. The case is a lot better than i expected, and the buds are a good upgrade from the gen 1's.

    Stoked with the deal and hope we can keep doing this every few years cuz i hate paying retail!

        It took just over 24hrs for the rejection email to come for the change of mind return request i submitted on their website.
