  • Shipment of orders may also be dependent on the availability of the accessories that were ordered along with the phone. Samsung doesn’t deliver phone and accessories separately, hence, if any of the accessories included in the order are out of stock, expect a delay in the delivery of your whole order.

    • My last phone and accessories were delivered separately. The case was delivered one month after the phone got delivered.

        That might be a special scenario where may be case was OOS for too long time. I remember when I ordered S23Ultra, I faced this issue and Samsung rep via chat told me that order is being delayed due to accessory being OOS. Hope this time it won’t be the case.

        • May be. The point was if one of the accessories is out of stock, samsung can still deliver phone and ship that accesory later as they did with my order previously. They won't hold on to phone as there is a chance that they may lose out on one customer if he/she choose to cancel it out of frustration.

        • My accessory was delivered first before the phone for s22U launch.

    • Hope not as saying Buds 3 Pro shipping from the 27/02. When we ordered on the 23rd it said 6/02

    If I get edu access somehow, what's the final value I can achieve now for S25 Ultra 512GB - with $80 trade-in of Note 9?

    Just wondering if it's worth it to try to get edu store access somehow.

    • Pretty sure it's worth it, specially if you are not planning to change networks and all those shenanigans.

  • Odd that people without epp/edu/go/westpac aren't able to pre-order the S25U 256gb yet whereas we are already seeing "arrives by 7th" for certain S25U 256gb.
    i missed the boat for the ships from 6th Feb jetblack and went with another color that still said ships from 6th Feb when i ordered on the 25th.

    also it appears that ships from date is no longer showing on the ordering page for both normal and edu store.

      jetblack 256GB S25U ordered placed on 23rd Jan 9pm. Only one accessory Buds 3 Pro included in the order and I didn’t cancel it.

      Normal samsung sute has double storage as their pre order bonus. So they cant select aelect the 256 version

  • An update for all whom have cancelled buds.

    My order is now updated to 'get it by 7th Feb' with the 'cancel order' button not appearing.

    Hopefully the same will apply for all out there with their orders whom have cancelled the buds post purchase 👍🏼.

  • Ordered 2pm on Day 1, no cancelled Buds as it wouldn't let me cancel without cancelling the phone.

    Orders page is also updated to 'Get it by 7th Feb' for both the phone and the buds, with IMEI registered against the phone. Cancel button has disappeared.

    S25U 512GB, Silver Blue - pray maybe it comes earlier than the 7th!

      Are you sure it's IMEI for S25U? Mine shows IMEI of my trade-in device, not the S25U.

  • Cancel button gone on my S25 U 256g Jet Black for me too and changed to Get It By 7th Feb.

    Ordered 23rd Jan (Day 1) before 9:30am

    Same pinch - S25 Ultra JetBlack 256GB. Cancel Order button gone and status changed to 'Get by 7th Feb'. Cancelled Watch FE via phone call on 23rd before Samsung closed loop hole.

  • Does anyone know how soon after the delivery of the phone the Jotform entry will be delivered?

      There was a jotform, but only for first 50 preorders. Filled up pretty quickly on day 1. It was on the members app. Not sure if there will be another one

      edit: just re-read your question. My jotform watch 6 classic was delivered about a month after my S24U last time

        Manually on the Samsung Order Page. I know from yesterday these orders can kick along until 4-5pm so you might get shipped today.

        • That will only be received from Startrack once they actually pick up the package. Till then its just marked as shipped in Samsung system.

    • Wtf mine too, was showing shipped half an hour back and now awaiting dispatch. Samsung really needs to fix up these launch offers.

      • Regardless of what it says, it will still arrive at the same time. It doesn't really matter what the website says as you'll be emailed the tracking info once it is officially on its way.

          Bad frontend logic on Sammy's website. That's all.
          It corrects itself as soon as backend responds with right status.

            @dealhunter-007: there's a javascript set to change it back every second.
            If you change it to Delivered it stays that way, but Shipped is set to change back to Awaiting dispatch

              @bohn: Yes I tried to oversimplify it without going into details. That JS is actively overriding it from Shipped to Awaiting Dispatch possibly because the backend is returning status to display as "preparing-for-dispatch" and in the mapping it's mapped to 'Shipped' status when it's not actually shipped.

              Feels like they have done some kind of patching in that override script to fix the issue on their orders page.

      And also, I received a separate trade-in email saying this: "If you do not ship your device, Samsung will charge you the full amount of the Trade-in Value, and any applicable promotional trade-in credit, that was applied to the purchase of your new Samsung product."

      I am actually handing in my device though, maybe some big changes coming this time for non hand-ins.

      • That would be against their own T&Cs. Doubt it'll happen.

      • It's usually a "may charge you " , never has been will charge you . It's the standard trade in terms every year .

        Yes, this email was from Assurant NZ so not really applicable to Australian customers. Sorry for any heart attacks :) I found it amusing though because they really emphasised in the email

  • Mine is still showing ships from 13th February. S25U 256GB Jetblack ordered on 24th Jan from Sydney. I think it’s because of the buds 3 pro😔

    • No, plenty have a shorter ETA with the buds 3 pro.

      I wouldn't be surprised if it gets updated and comes sooner though.

  • Mine recently updated from "ships from 10th Feb" to "Get it by 7th Feb" with no cancel order button anymore. Exciting! Ordered 512GB S25U Titanium black on the 27th, a lot later than folks here, so I'm surprised it's changed in line with those that ordered earlier.

  • Anyone have a screenshot of the asurion checklist of questions about the condition of the phone being traded in? I want to record the phone i'm trading in being perfectly functional before sending it in. Bit worried after reading so many horror stories.

      Just do another order trade-in and it will show conditions and done need to go all the way to checkout

              - I had the $100 E voucher purchased for $20
              - My Galaxy2025 was worth $200 at the time.
              - I got a further $150 trade in bonus. What happened to your $150? I thought this is still available.

  • I am still trying to register the .edu.au email for Samsung Education but The code/pin for Verification isn't coming in email. Anyone knows how to get the code/pin for education account verification?

    • normaly you should get an email with a link to activate your account. maybe check the spam box?

      • nah, school is blocking emails from outside.

    • Reinstall the app/clear the cache or use Student Beans.

      • Seems you need to be 16+ for student beans? I have id of kids :(

    • The school probably blocked Samsung emails if you arent getting them. If they blocked samsung, they may have also blocked Asurion emails so you wont get the trade in verification email and wont be able to trade in anyway.

      • So how does everyone else is doing it? Mostly, University id's and they don't block external emails?

    I ordered it with buds3 (not pro) and one case, tried to cancel the buds but it never happened, errored out and then support refused to help. tried to cancel the whole order but it completely got stuck in their system lol they promised to cancel it but it just never happened, and I decided to hell with it, I will let it be haha

    $1168 paid with trade in of galaxy watch6, getting buds3 (might just keep or resell), and a fancy case

  • Ok guys so I ordered another one just yesterday at 5PM(Sydney). It’s the S25U grey 256GB and the status has changed to get it by 7th February!!
    But my other one is still showing ships from 13th February. S25U 256GB Jetblack ordered on 24th Jan😔
