    • When did you receive the order cancellation email?

        The order was placed 23/1/2025 at the same time as mine.
        I received a confirmation email on the same day.
        When she hadn't received her confirmation she began contacting support. She received an email from a case manager on the 28/1/2025 saying

        We have received your escalation in relation to your recent purchase through our Samsung Online Store and understand that there has been a delay on the order status request.

        Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay. Please be advised that that the order is undergoing additional checks with the external service partner. We have raised this to our relevant team who are currently working on getting this out to you as quickly as possible.

        If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me via reply email.

        This was the case that apparently was cancelled without notice.

        Cancellation email arrived late yesterday 29/1/2025.
        Refund email arrived later that evening.

      Please let me know how it goes with your wife as I am facing the same exact issue as her. Order was sitting on 'order accepted' for the whole week and received a cancellation email from Samsung last night with no reasons as to why it was cancelled. I chatted with their chat support today and told that my case has been escalated and that the case manager will get back to me within 7-10 days lol. I tried pushing for a quicker response but they say they can't do anything about it.

      Likewise, same thing with the code stuff and didn't cancel any accessories. Am happy to have those accessories.

    My cancel button for Ultra - Grey just disappeared and it now says Get it by 07 Feb 2025

      Noticed on Reddit someone status moved to Shipped in Australia.

    • Ordered day 1, still says Awaiting dispatch. Not expecting to get it before 7 Feb anyway, so makes sense

      • Ordered on the 1st day also & still states waiting dispatch. Did manage to remove the buds with instant email confirming cancellation. Invoice also updated to reflect cancellation. Let's see what happens.

    • My cancel button has disappeared today (was there this morning) but still on Awaiting Dispatch and has changed to the 10th of Feb (was 6th this morning). This is a Silverblue S25U 512GB with a couple accessories.

      Just temper your expectations if you see Shipped, usually that just means its boxed up and ready to go. It changes to On The Way when it is actually in transit.

        Same, cancel option has gone . Shows as 'Shipped' in a flash when refreshed orders page and then shows as 'Awaiting dispatch' 🤞

    • Pre-ordered on the day it got announced. Titanium Jetblack 256. Still listing as "Awaiting Dispatch" Hopefully it will be shipped soon!

      It won’t practically be shipped until Startrack picks it. Last year I had a gap of 4 BDs between status changed from shipped to the phone getting delivered.

        Exactly - going from last year, "Shipped" means they've allocated stock to your order. Nothing actually leaves the warehouse until it's "On the way". I'd expect first orders to be delivered by next Wednesday at the earliest.

              Assuming Samsung aren't up to allocating this exact spec yet or possibly delayed?

                @tobes311: I just checked my wife's order (ordered under her own Samsung account)
                Ultra 256g green, ordered with case and buds. Then cancelled buds.
                This has progressed to not showing the cancel button and also date changed to "Get it by 07 Feb 2025"

        I did, and I'm kind of worried that's why mine hasn't changed yet. Would love to know if anyone who cancelled their buds has had theirs change to shipped yet.

        • how'd you even manage to cancel the buds? I would have done the same but couldn't do it without cancelling the entire order.

      • No. I tried and although I could select individual items it would error. Tried chat and they said because it's a bundle they can't cancel it either. Hopefully they don't end up cancelling orders!

  • I made two orders. One for myself and another for family. The second order (family) was made on a family members EDU account, and was cancelled. I wonder if it was because of:
    1) eVoucher purchased on another account
    2) same delivery address.

      Probably an effort to combat people trying to re-sell for a profit maybe? But who knows.

      Received, Accepted or awaiting dispatch?

    • Wife and i both purchased on separate edu accounts to the same address. Both of ours have an allocated imei so are close to being shipped.

      • What do you mean allocated IMEI?

        I think the IMEI being displayed is the IMEI of the trade in device not of the phone that you have purchased.

    • Who knows because Samsung support wouldn't. Still waiting on the second case manager to find out why. The first was a dud and again cancelled without notification.

    • Have you got any update? It happened to my son too. No progress at all after he raised the issue.

      • Today we got an email from a case manager stating that 'the system automatically cancelled a couple of orders' and that we should place a new order. They gave us a new CSP voucher code and told us to use GALAXY2025 again. They said that since the GALAXY2025 code is now only $100 (as opposed to $200 when we placed the order) they will refund $100 to match the promotion in the failed order.

        We've placed a new order and so far so good.

  • Ultra 512GB Titanium Grey ordered Day 1 around 11.30 am (+ accessories) from Samsung - Still 'Awaiting dispatch' but changed yesterday from "Ships from 6 February" to "Get it by 6 February" and Cancel button disappeared yesterday. Delivering to Sydney.

    I think a lot of people ordered the Blacks or Silver Blue in the Ultra. Grey didn't seem to be that popular this year.

    • Depends on your trade in device cost. Likely $60. But could be $30 if low valued (not sure what the threshold is)
