      • Great question. That's what I'm worried about if guest checkout is used.

        • Doesn't make sense if tied to account if you can guest check out.

    • Thanks, such an annoying bug

    • Please try again
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver in your area at this time.”

got this error on the app as well.

buy new house and move - quick before it get sold out…

    • +1

Damn.. this applies the 5% first time shop on app discount.

I want to buy the voucher but want to save my 5% discount too.

  • Probably skip this year, not much of an upgrade from S24U.

    • in the same boat but tempted to get the voucher if I can use my reward points on it

    • What was the upgrade for standard s25 phone?
      Decent update?

    • +1

the CPU chip is a massive upgrade, but yeah, everything else is a bit of a dissapointment

  • +1

I wanted to buy $20 voucher but I couldn’t go to Payment, they said “ Please try again
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver in your area at this time.”

My address is not PO box, not sure what happened

    • Yep getting the same error. Tried to add a new address, which was the same one but still comes up with the same error message. Might try again tomorrow hopefully they sort this out.

    • Same

    • Same error. Will try again each day, should work eventually

      • Same issue, Samsung chat said try again in 24-48 hours

  • Anyone got a code yet? I registered 2 emails but still haven't received any.

    • +1

No. There's plenty of time. Don't stress.

    • Got an email reply this morning. Still haven't got the evoucher code (did get the order confirmation email yesterday)

      • +1

        Awesome me too. Can't wait.

  • Will it be Exynos or Snapdragon?

    • +1

Snapdragon for the ultra. The others not sure.

      • +1

Current rumors is that Snapdragon will be for all the others too as they Samsung couldn't get the production rate of exynos up in time. That the new Exynos chip will be ready for the Flip and Fold which is usually released later in the year.

Similar situation when they released the S23 where all the versions used Snapdragon due to bad production rate of the exynos chip.

Although the S24 Exynos performance wasn't bad compared to the Snapdragon. Whereas in the past the gap between exynos and snapdragon was much wider. For a majority of users, they wouldn't really even notice the difference.

        • +1

+1 moderate reason to upgrade from the S24 base (Exynos) which has a weak modem

  • Thanks OP, something to look forward too 😊

  • I got my ordered 'delivered'. No code in my email. Anyone else in the same boat?

    • +1

      Maybe check your letterbox? 🤣

    • yuo. reached out to support, they said it will be emailed within 24 hours

  • Tried ordering the $20 evoucher+ but kept getting an error, "Unfortunately, we cannot deliver in your area at this time." doesnt make sense, will try again later.

    • Same

    • Same for me too

    • Same here..

      • Got it working now today for me, should be working for everyone hopefully.

  • hmm payment is pending (paid via google pay) however didnt get any confirmation in the email or on the page.

    Anyone had the same problem?

  • -4

Beware Samsung's support is terrible and will void warranty in any way possible. I was burnt by this and it was too much hassle taking it to QCAT. Many others have had similar issues. If always go with Amazon or JB if price is similar as their return policy is much better.

    • What did Samsung deny?

        • -1

They gave you a reasonable reason for denying your warranty claim and you couldn't be bothered following up with ACL. This is on you, bro.

          • -1

@wombat81: I did followup with ACCC and QLD fair trade and even spoke to a free lawyer for legal advice on the matter. It came down to the fact thay I would have to take it to small claims. Pay a $200 application fee. Likely need an assessment report on the phone for evidence, extra $99. And the time it takes to deal with all that. I also had a baby due in a few weeks so i decided it wasnt worth it and used the samsung care to replace it and just sell it at a loss.

    • The key scratch voided the warrantee.

Do you have a pic of the key scratch?

      • See the link to my post above. I commented the photos in that thread.

"Unfortunately, we cannot deliver in your area at this time."

Lol ok. Oneplus 13 it is then.

    • +2

You're choosing a different phone because you're having trouble buying a voucher that you have another 14 days to buy before you can use it anyway?

      Ok bro, you do you.

    • +1

Beware with 1+ and the whole shamozzle with VoLTE

  • Can you purchase and use multiple vouchers if you intend buying more than 1 phone?

    • It's in the t&cs:

      Exclusions apply:
      a) Limited to only one (1) eVoucher per transaction
      b) Limited to only one (1) eVoucher per user

    • +1

imagine if can…. everyone will but 10 vouchers and pay galaxy s25 for $200

  • +6

Just got the sign up code and it doesn't appear to be unique.

    GALAXY2025

    • same code here also

  • +2

Received the same coupon code too. Updated the deal accordingly

  • Why do I get that it can't be delivered to my area at this time?

    • Yep still getting the same error today

      • Try through the app. Worked for me that way

        • Tried that, same error. Shouldn't be this hard, Samsung.

  • Just got my $20 ($100) voucher code in my inbox.

    • +1

      nothing for me yet

  • +1

lol the unique code for sign up is GALAXY2025

    • +1

It never said unique, not sure where people are getting it from. Terms clearly say a generic code.

      • +1

that is what the Samsung email says mate

"Use this unique voucher code below at checkout: GALAXY2025"

        • +1

          Stupid as Samsung

          • @abs898: probably unique as it is galaxy2025 not stupidgalaxy2520 for example. so yeah, unique of what they tell us

            • @CyberMurning: I think they are just using a generic email template so it says unique while the terms clearly say it's generic.

  • +1

"Unfortunately, we cannot deliver in your area at this time." during the $20 voucher checkout - how do people work around this??

    • +1

I am getting the same error like many here. As far as we know there is no workaround because it is a website issue.

You can try different Web browsers, PCs, phones or guest mode. Some people claim there is a chance it may work when you try different things but nothing worked for me so far.

  • How do you get/apply the evoucher+? got the 200 offer but after buying the evoucher+ not really clear where to use it.

    • if the interface is same as last year, it will simply be used as a coupon code when you check out.

      • That's what I thought, so we need to use 2 coupon codes? 1 for the sign up 200 and another for the evoucher 100? only got the sign up code so far too

        • +1

you need to buy the $20 e-voucher via the link provided, then use it during the promo period which will deduct $100 instead of $20. Use both at the same time.

          • @lplau: I bought it, got the order confirmation but theres no code or anything

            • +1

@KINGBARBOZA: it says when you buy it, it will take upto 24hrs to deliver to your email.

              • +1

@lplau: bought it 27 hours ago, no email

                • @KINGBARBOZA: be patient. i guess it will eventually come through. If it doesn't in a few days (as you still got plenty of time) then contact support. Some people are starting to get theirs now.

    • and only can apply 1 voucher in one cart

  • +3

I have figured out a fool proof way of getting this to purchase. The error is likely caused by a system glitch when they added the delivery method type of "Digital Delivery Mode".
    1. Download Samsung Shop app on phone
    2. Do not log into Samsung Shop using Samsung ID, and if it does auto log you in, then go to "Account" and "Log Out"
    3. Scroll to "Offers" and "Learn More" about the Galaxy eVoucher+
    4. Add to Cart
    5. Go to Cart and "Continue to checkout"
    6. Choose "Samsung express Checkout"
    7. Choose "Shop as guest" (sign in will result in non-deliverable error)
    8. Manually enter in all your information
    9. Check out …… DONE

If it still complains there is an issue with delivery, then clear the app data and retry those steps. Don't perform any other steps in between and it should work.
Best to do this on your cellular network, and not off Wifi. As some routers / home wifi has script and ad blocking, and there is 2 domains which are commonly blocked which causes either sign-in issues or payment issues.

    • Thank you that worked!

But silly me I forgot to note the Order No. so now I can't see the progress.

      • +1

wait upto 2hrs and you should get an email saying "completed order" and a tax invoice for it.
They will mark it Delivered but it does take up to 24-48hrs for them to send it through. Got a feeling its a poor soul in the head office manually generating all of these codes. haha

    • +1

Thanks mate. Checking out as guest without logging in worked for me this time (yesterday did not btw) You do not need the app though, I used incognito tab of my phone browser.

  • +1

My $20 code just came through. Ordered at 10:29am yesterday

    • Is that linked to your account? Hmm, who’s brave enough to play guinea pig and try snagging multiple $20 vouchers? Looks like nothing’s stopping you, but who knows if they’ll actually stack

      • Doesn't look linked. I am going to order a few today but considering as only one can be used per order.

Still better than reward points as these can't be used on edu store but this voucher can be

        • Good one! If you snagged more than one, maybe you can test the waters before the event ;)

          • +1

@djprima: Can confirm the $20 code is not tied to an account.

            • @abs898: Hi, I received two emails: "Your order has been confirmed" and "Your order has been completed," but I haven’t received the code. Was it sent in a separate third email?

                • @abs898: Ah, thanks! I was a bit worried after all the issues with the errors yesterday. Will keep an eye for that email

            • @abs898: Does that mean I can give the voucher code to somebody to use?

        • I am going to order a few today but considering as only one can be used per order.

Is it possible to order additional vouchers with the same email?

          • @fring: Try and let us know

            • @abs898: Well, I tried. It accepted and confirmed my second order on the same e-mail address.

  • Are people seriously getting excited about $200 voucher for accessories? What accessory do you need?

    • where does it say accessories only? because in previous years this contributed to the deduction of the purchase price.
The special $20 to $100 e-voucher has the conditions " eVoucher can be redeemed across Samsung Galaxy Products (Galaxy Smartphones, "
and the email with the $200 generic voucher says the following " eVoucher must be redeemed in the same transaction as the purchase of a smartphone device from the Galaxy smartphone series"

    • +1

Doesn't matter, using the voucher will reduce the costs overall and then you cancel accessories. Eventually lowering the phone cost.

      • +1

If they don't close that loophole this year

        • You can still return. But yes, it depends on what cost is reflected in the checkout. The year before they reduced costs from accessories, that year lol I cancelled the phone and for accessories for dirt cheap

Last year they fixed that and reduced cost from phone, people ended up cancelling accessories

          • @abs898: Oh interesting approach to get cheap accessories lol
Ive always cancelled accessories to get the phone cheaper

            • @0 0 0: As in - you make the order, pay etc, and then request the accessories be cancelled? Or add to cart and then remove?

              • @dbglt: Yes pay for all of it then cancel

                • @0 0 0: You're assuming there will be free accessories this time around.

  • So to recap we will get the generic GALAXY2025 discount for $200 off plus $80 ($100 less $20 payment) eVoucher, for a total of $280 discount for the device?

Any other stackable discounts we can add, because I noted some people were able to get the S24U for $900 last year?

    • Sometimes there is, but hard to say right now. As they change the stack-ability every year.
