Ordered one from black friday. The UI is so clunky. Much preferred the google tv interface.
grabbed a couple of 4k max sticks for old 1080p TVs…must say very impressed.
kayo/plex work fine (kayo only 1080 but fine for old TV obviously)
minimal UI lag, dedicatred app button on remote and IPTV picture is better than terrestrial FTA + can add dozens of channels for free…whats not to like?

Easier to get bbc iPlayer working on the firestick than ccwgtv.

Set Amazon location to UK
Fire up the firestick
Get iPlayer
Set Amazon back to Australia
Set vpn to UK and set it to t run with iPlayer app explicitly.
IIRC it can install without it the iplayer but it needs a VPN to running to see content.

they stopped making them, replaced with a box whihc is a little more better, a lot more expensive.
if you need something, just grab a firetv 4k max - you wont regret it.

Unfortunately, my Kogan TV does not support the Fire TV remote. sound up and down rewind movie. have to use both remotes.
