    Happy Friday everyone! Just a few tips if I may. If requested to accept cookies on PureVPN's landing page, please accept them! This holds true for any retailer.

    Also important to remember that should tracking fail for whatever reason, please cancel using their free 31-day money-back guarantee policy. No point lodging a claim to possibly have it rejected by PureVPN as attributed elsewhere.

    At the moment tracking is taking around 60-90 minutes, but always allow 24 hours due to varying factors (API stalling, reporting delays etc).

    • Yes, I would also like to know how it compares to others such as Nord VPN, Surfshark etc.

    • I found PureVPN really slow, less than 10mb/s. Got surfshark today and tried it on my phone, didn't see much of a speed loss at all. I would just use PureVPN for profit and cancel after you get the cashback.

    2 yr Max paypal charged $180.26 and $234.05 tracked in under an hour. Took 7 emails to cancel previous account so no way giving them any card details. Thanks for the deal!

      • I asked them to delete my payment info and they wouldn't do that without closing my account. Chat referred it somewhere else to email and each rep sent some standard response that ignored the request or directed me to send another email to a different email address. Anyway I cancelled the payment authorisation on the PayPal side so it was OK and I nearly kept it as a backup VPN but they were being difficult so better to close it.

          • @TeamSAXON: Yes, go to subscription you'll see a fill for refund at the bottom then you submit a ticket. They will try convince you to stay but just insist you want full refund. Others have done successfully via Live Chat too.

  • Can I buy it whilst connected to a VPN in Australian server? In the past, I've not had any cashback tracking issues as I do not block cookies or trackers.

    However, as of late, I've seen some deals explicitly requiring no VPN.

      There's a clear recommendation not to use VPN to avoid issues with tracking as some VPNs might block tracking. The question is: are you willing to risk it? If you do, just don't come here to complain that it didn't track…

    New TCB user here - I’ve signed up for a PureVPN account with my Revolut card via TCB, and the transaction in TCB is sitting at ‘pending’ - is that what everyone else’s is? Or should it be at the status of ‘Confirmed’? Its been a few hours

      Pending means it’s been tracked, confirmed takes around 12 weeks and then you can cash out :)

          • @apple0604: Sorry, to be clear this was a copy of the TopCashback account. Actual charge from bank was around the $173 mark. Assuming just exchange rates/conversion is the difference.

  • Oh man, 2nd attempt on a new email but still not being tracked 4 hours in. I'm on iOS. 1st attempt I used the browser + PayPal but no tracking after 24 hours so I asked for a refund. Then on the 2nd attempt I used TopCashback app + CC form using a different email but haven't still not being tracked after 4 hours. Asking PureVPN for a refund is kind of a pain because their support try their best to dissuade you.

      • Ah wait actually I think I used a computer on my 1st try. Because I remember disabling all the adblockers and VPN on my computer before signing up.

    • I used tcb app on iOS using mobile data and it tracked. Try that next time if you’re having issues tracking with tcb on wifi
