Important: Cashback is eligible on select Postpaid and Prepaid plans for new Vodafone customers only. The service must be activated within 30 days of purchase and must remain connected & active for a minimum of 90 days for cashback to be approved.

Prepaid is excluded from the minimum 90 day connection

  • New vodafone customers only?
anyone purchase multiple sims for each new transaction and still got the full cashback amount?

    eSim?

Have to activate as physical Sim before being able to transfer to esim.

  • When do these SIMs need to be activated by?

    • If you want the cashback it's 30 days, otherwise I don't think Vodafone sims have an expiry but I could be wrong.

  • Yes, good price, but I can sense that the prices will go up not long after Optus' move on 28 April.

  • How long does it take for the cashback to track? Bought yesterday and still hasn't.

Whoa, there's a Pay and Go option when activating - 180 day expiry. Good alternative to amaysim if you're looking to park your number.

It is better than amaysim, especially when you have a faulty SIM, lose it or other mishaps. A Telco having brick and mortar store can fix it on spot. I always buy non-MVNO plans where price gaps are minimal, not to say sometimes better.

I ordered two Sims (separate transactions) on 16/03 and got the cash back approved (not pending) on 19/03. Both Sims were delivered on 18/03.

Looks like we don’t need to activate it within 30 days. Anyone else got the cash back approved without activations?

    • Never mind, both got approved today but were already activated. Nonetheless you may be right, they might not look at whether the service has been activated.
