  I ordered a kit from them on Friday and have received a shipping notification. But they don't seem to provide tracking information. Anyone else experience this?

      Called and chatted to sales. Apparently the order has been passed on to the qld warehouse. Thats what the shipped notification means. Now I have to wait for another shipped notification or tracking number once it really gets dispatched. They said they would chase it up yesterday but no updates yet. Interesting system.

  Just a quick PSA for all who purchased Katana tools -
  To get your 5-year warranty, you must register your tool within 30 days, otherwise you will only have three years according to their Warranty page:
  https://www.katanapowertools.com.au/warranty

  So don't forget to register your tools via https://www.katanapowertools.com.au/register-tool to make sure you get your full 5-year warranty on the tool. Batteries appear to be 3-years regardless. It doesn't matter if you purchased via a reseller or via their webpage, it seems you need to do the registration process. After registration, it should come up in your tool bag - https://www.katanapowertools.com.au/my-tool-bag
