  • These have been going on and off for the last few months, but has anyone yet received their cashback? Tracking comes fast but the actual cash is sloooow to appear.

    • +2

ShopBack says 90 days is the estimated payable date, similar to TopCashback (84 days) and Cashrewards (95 days).

I don't know enough about previous deals to know if people have had issues though!

    • +3

Yeah, I've had about 6 that have paid out (all that should've so far).

      • +1

Awesome, that gives me a little more confidence :)

    • Yep, got many paid out now from the earlier promos across SB, CR and TCB.

    • I had to escalate the tracking but it came through on tcb

    • Bought 4times all paid out already

  • Hodl, I see a countdown timer on TopCashback as well

    • never seen a countdown timer on TCB, for what and where?

      • Here

        Online Purchase
        Ends in 12 Hours
        3%

FYI 3% is their everyday rate

        • +1

Ohh countdown until the current bad rate expires and a potentially good one is available - got it! Good thinking.

  • I need buy something with about $250 cashback. I will wait for a higher cashback deal

    • FYI, Shopback have put it up to 35% now with a $350 cashback cap per transaction

  • +3

Let's hope ShopBack will do better than TopCashback, as my claims via that platform did not track well (tracked quickly, but got declined 2 days later). Still disputing since 31 Oct.

    • After TA's help, my 2 claims from TCB got fully resolved! @tightarse You're CHAMP!

If item says Sold & shipped by MyDeal

Is that the right one to get cashback?

    Edit. Probably not.
Cashback for Everyday Market from Woolworths is eligible only on items that display the orange Everyday Market logo and "sold by" branding.

    • Yes that should be fine according to what i've seen on here. I assume you're talking about airtags they have the "sold by MyDeal" with the orange logo in which should be fine

      • I thought have to be sold by a random store name not mydeal? Idk… confusing.

        • +1

have a look at this thread here where multiple people have done it https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/879473

I also just bought them about an hour ago and it just got tracked.

          • @ThatNintendoKid: ah yes that airtag is a very good example. i wasnt referring to that but yeah same thing. sold by mydeal.

            • +1

@CyberMurning: The order I placed before posting this deal was for a product sold and shipped by MyDeal. No issues getting the cashback tracked!

    • Think of Everyday Market as Westfield, and the cashback as a Westfield gift card

There’s all these different stores within Westfield, some you know and some you don’t, but they all take the Westfield gift card - excluding Woolworths for groceries

      • oh, so mydeal is one of the different store in your example? i thought the stores need to be like Mezon in here
        https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/1076153213…

        • It is - Big W also sell through Everyday Market, cashback is valid when purchased through this (as opposed to Big W Market, which is its own side thing - I do see how it can get confusing aha)

mydeal.com.au is its own thing, but when you buy on Everyday Market it’s valid for Everyday Market cashback - same as buying from (any store) on eBay

          • @linkindan: i got headache reading your comment hahaha okay bro i get it - if that airtag is good then the item i want will good too

            • +1

@CyberMurning: Basically, anything NOT sold by Woolworths for collection or delivery from a Woolworths supermarket or BWS (so any groceries or alcohol direct from Woolworths online)

You can filter by “Sold By” and select “Everyday Market Partner” to be extra safe

  • Playstation 5

  • Sony WH-1000XM5, only $285.35 if cash back works and you use 5% discounted Woolworths gift cards.

    • +1

      Redeeming gift cards invalidate cashback

      • On looking deeper, it may actually be valid this time

Honestly can’t keep up with the changes they make each time they bring the offer back

        • +1

realli? well dont risk it is the best rule

          • @CyberMurning: I’d be interested to know if anyone used one and it tracked, then if it gets confirmed

I know from experience that Woolworths have confirmed cashback they shouldn’t have, but of course there’s no guarantee that will happen again

    • how much if without discounted ww gift card?

    • previous deals says
This Cashback deal is NOT valid together with:
      Any Gift Card payment method
Promos or Vouchers not featured on ShopBack

  • Does it stack with "10% off with Everyday Extra"?

    • +1

I would suggest no, there is no 10% off code listed on ShopBack:

This Cashback deal is not valid together with:
      * Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform

      Perhaps a rep could confirm, @gotyourback ?

      • +2

If you are required to enter a promo code upon checkout for the 10% off then no it wont be eligible for Cashback - sorry about that

    • I decided not to risk it.

  • +1

Would everyday rewards points be considered a voucher that is invalid for cashback?
Im looking at buying an xbox controller with my points but if cashback doesnt track, ill just go in store to big w. Thanks.

    • On the same boat here, got $50 worth of points and wonder if redeeming it would invalid the cashback

      • +3

Unfortunately, using promo codes or reward points isn't eligible for cashback.

        • All good, many thanks for the confirmation.

        • Thanks for the reply. Off to big w for pick up.

  • +1

    KSM150 is ridiculously cheap..

  • +1

Thanks OP, bought a set of Switch Jon Coys.

    • how much ? omg… 99 before cashback are they really that expensive?

      • $99, and paid for using credit card (not ER dollars) and no codes (so there is no argument).

  • It seems that the same item is at least 20% via the everyday rewards app (even without everyday extra's 10% off) so this is really 10% cheaper in comparison. Bit disappointed I gotta say.

  • Think this means a new ATL for Galaxy Buds3 (non-pro model).

    $179 - 30% CB = $125.30.

Pretty sure it is an international model, same as the previous ATL of $169, but for that price it might be worth it as local stock is $299 at most places.

Where is says new Woolworths customers 30%, existing Woolworths customers 4%. Does that apply to Marketplace or its that just normal Woolworths online shopping.

  • Up to 35% now with a $350 cashback cap per transaction!

TopCashback have 28% while CashRewards have 25% so this remains the best for Black Friday.

    • This has been posted already: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/880960

It was difficult to see with the Amazon offer. I had posted it too as a duplicate.

      • Damn didn't catch that one. Can delete this one if it is more straightforward!

        • Just edit back to your original post. The new post has been created.

Can't trust shopback, still waiting for Everyday market cashback, Reported missing cashback, but according to them "Your investigation can take up to 120 days so we appreciate your patience."
    Thats BS.

  • +1

Happy to report back that my cashback transaction from the deal back in August-September was confirmed. Can cash out the $117 I saved buying a Nintendo Switch. Stacked with TRS refund from my holiday overseas and I'm winning!

I also was able to use the new customer discount coupon. Didn't pay on gift cards though

  • I still have missing cashback from Shopback for the 35% off Everyday Market.
Logged tickets and submitted missing rewards on the app but no response, just some automated feedback saying 1-2 days but then nothing.

Absolutely terrible service at Shopback, no phone number, just an automated assistant and an email that no one responds to!

  • +1

I have 7 transactions from 18/19 Sep 2024 supposed to be confirmed by 17/18 Dec 2024 (1 week ago) but only 1 has been confirmed.. others still shows "Tracked".

  • +2

    Shopback is shit

Just invalidated one of my orders even though it was tracked when it first purchase

This is the second invalid transaction

Now I have to go through their non existent customer service

    • totally agree. i still have no response to any of my emails to [email protected] which is supposedly their contact listed on their socials.

i had some sort of response from messaging user gotyourback here on ozb, but that was fairly empty also with:

"Hey there! Understand your concern however the standard validation period for Cashback from Woolworths will be 75 days from date of purchase.

Therefore the Cashback is expected to complete its investigation by February 12,2025

You will receive an email from our team once the investigation is completed."

So yeah, this company is a sham, definitely use any other cashback company wherever possible!
