TEMU 40% Cashback (Uncapped)

TEMU orders may take up to 7 days to report into your account.

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • You must empty your TEMU cart prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback.
  • Any orders that are made from outside Australia or that are perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie using a VPN) are ineligible for cashback. This is at the sole discretion of TEMU (not TopCashback).
  • Cashback is ineligible on the portion of orders paid with TEMU credit or vouchers.
  • New customer rates & offers are limited to one (1) cashback per member.
  • Accepting a TEMU best price adjustment after your order has tracked will affect your reported cashback, and in some cases will reduce it significantly or be declined. Please do so at your own discretion. TopCashback has no control over this process.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.

What else is essential

  • Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

      The non-tracking issue seems to be with Temu as it's also reported with Cashrewards and ShopBack. You would usually wait for a few months before you hear back from TopCashback. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info. You would have received an email when you lodged the missing cashback claim and this is mentioned in the email.

      Looking back at previous comments, as long as T&Cs are met, many members have reported their missing cashback claims were approved. Some examples in Sep 24, Nov 24, Jan 25 and Jan 25.

      Mine didn't track, raised a ticket, and a few month's later I had the money. Was no communication between the initial track and when it was approved, worth the wait. However I'd just buy it knowing it MIGHT not work at all…use the mobile app for better tracking

          This upsized rate is available to both existing and new customers. TopCashback would’ve mentioned if it was capped at what rate or how many transactions are permitted. However this isn’t the case near the “Online Purchase”

            @BargainsGrabber: @vwka The term "New customer rates & offers are limited to one (1) cashback per member" does not apply to this upsized offer. This offer is for everyone and is not a "new customer rate". You can do multiple transactions.

            Not to be confused with, TopCashback has a long running 35% cashback for New TEMU customers. That's when the term "New customer rates & offers are limited to one (1) cashback per member" would apply.

      I haven't experienced this, last time I took a screenshot of my cart before emptying, then added each item back at the same price. I haven't done it yet this time, but if they're doing this it's a new thing.

    For what it's worth, I had a relatively large order (around $70) track and payout via ShopBack, so their tracking and affiliate program do definitely work sometimes

      "sometimes" doing a lot of heavy lifting here.
      Every time I've done a Temu order I've had to raise a separate request for the cash back. One has been pending since August. For a site so desperate for new sign up you'd swear they'd make these work eventually.

      I bought a 14inch portable touch screen, a stud finder, car phone mount and a square rule for $100 before cashback. I had a $50 off $150 spend coupon, and yes, cashback has always worked when I've used coupons.

    Too inconsistent - id rather buy though coupons (~28% discount), have guaranteed savings, use credits to pay and be able to use price adjustment, as well as not be worried about returning an item causing some of sort of ineligibility. The only reason the run the risk of using a cashback is if the desired saving is more than the coupons allows for (coupon max is $60 saving on $200 purchase, from what I've seen). Even then you might not even get the cash back so it's a big risk/reward! Why must there be a gamble for a "deal"?

      I use both. Cashback has always worked for me even when using a coupon. There's no harm in you trying anyway; keep a coupon up your sleeve and use it when this kind of cashback offer appears. If it expires, just ask the customer service bot to reactivate it.

    Does it work for multiple transactions in a day? Trying to minimise losses as some products are inferior and needs to be refunded. Dont want to ruin cashback on whole order

    I find Kmart during specials and runouts cheaper than Temu now. All the same crap from the same factories with different names.

      Yes agree i have found this too!! Although our local kmart is unreliable af with stock. When we online order with OnePass have had several instances of damaged goods. The staff are just incredibly careless packaging, but the refund process is simple.

    I did a 50% cashback on temu, new users only. I was a legitimate new user, but my house had received deliveries before.
    It was with cashrewards.
    Item didn't track, but after contacting support they manually added.

    Item purchased: 11/10/2024
    Cashback claim manually lodged: 24/10/2024
    Cashback approved: 27/02/2025

    126 days total to approve.
    Item cost: 280.48
    Cashback amount: 140.24

    I bought the item knowing it was unlikely to approve, so I was willing to accept full price, but surprised to see it can work. YMMV.

      Wish hated me. I ordered a few items from wish at different times and never received a single one. I got the refunds fine. Never had an issue with receiving items from Temu or Aliexpress. I did get an inferior product that looked nothing like advertised from Temu back in the early days, but it was an easy refund.

      @cocomelon Sorry to hear. None of the cashback sites have 100% tracking. I've had untracked purchases with all three of them.

      Unfortunately Temu has a reputation for more non-tracking than other retailers. As you are probably aware, there are many comments on OzBargain that mentioned non-tracking with Temu via TopCashback, Cashrewards and ShopBack. The problem seems to be with Temu rather than the cashback sites.

      As long as the terms are met, many TopCashback members have reported their cashback claims were approved. Some examples here. From my experience, TopCashback provides the best customer service with tightarse as the rep compared to Cashrewards or ShopBack.

      I'm surprised you recommend Cashrewards today. On 16/01/2025 08:55, you downvoted Cashrewards Temu post and commented that you have 2 cases, no replies and an untracked order and will stay away from Cashrewards:

      whats happening with cashrewards, their support has gone downhill?? they never answer their emails? i have 2 cases no replies, and jsut found out one of my hotel bookings via AGODA wasnt tracked, i will stay away from them from now on!!

      Then in the TopCashback Temu post on 21/01/2025 08:13, you mentioned your transactions had tracked in the past without any issue. You have 2 untracked transactions recently but you did have successful tracking before. You probably have more orders tracking than not tracking with Temu.

      so far my transactions in the past tracked without any issue, did you all pay with pay 4 instalment by any chance?

    Take advantage of the refer a friend feature, you get $40 back if you refer a friend and they reach $10 in cashback. Your friend will also get $10 in there new account. In order for them to reach $10 they would need to spend $25 at temu, this will result in you getting $40 plus your friend will get $20 in cashback resulting in $60 returned by spending $25 netting you a profit off $35.

      it's better than nothing which is what I've had tracked for the past 3 months with TCB and Temu, which has amounted to $0 tracked and a page full of missing claim items.
      Like the fool I am, tried again yesterday as had a few things to purchase, 4 items totalling $92.40 but 0 confidence I'll get anything back :'(.

        @MorriJ You would wait for the missing cashback claims, wait for the purchases from yesterday to track or submit another missing cashback claim if untracked after 7 days. Temu tracking can be a hit or miss with all the cashback sites as mentioned.

        Why the 0 confidence when TopCashback has always honoured your previous untracked purchases? On 02/12/2024 14:02 in the TopCashback Temu post, you commented that your shopping tracked on the 30th and they've always honoured your untracked purchases including the new user untracked one.

        My shopping on the 30th is tracked already, took ~48 hours.
        I've had them in the past not track, so always grab the transaction ID just in case and a screenshot.
        They've always honored the purhcases for me (even the initial new user untracked one).

          6 months since they manually approved a purchase (my new user purchase).

          Other platforms (cashrewards, shopback) have tracked my temu orders on the same browser (chrome), same ISP (starlink), same DNS (google), never any extensions loaded, during the same period of 3 months + of multiple orders being not tracked by TSB on their 40-50% cashback offer days.

          Gaslight users as much as you want about whether they are frustrated with TSB, but I'd leave it to the reps … unless you are a rep of TSB - maybe I am confused? I've had no traction on my last claim.

          I was simply stating that like an absolute idiot I trusted TSB tracking would work and purchased again. Regretting that decision.

          Negging deal as TSB using the same browser, ISP, DNS, Extensions (none) seem to lead me to having order not tracked, whereas other cashback sites still track my Temu orders,

It seemed to suggest you had more than one untracked purchase including the initial new user one and cashback was always honoured for them.

            It seems reasonable that you would use TopCashback/Temu again as your cashback claims haven't been rejected in the past. However the screenshot that you just posted shows only one approved claim which contradicts your previous comment about "always being honoured for the purchases" i.e. more than one order.

            I don't know why tracking has failed with TopCashback only and not the other cashback sites. I use all three cashback sites but had non-tracking with all of them too.

            As mentioned previously, please contact TopCashback with your concerns. The rep had replied to you with their contact details.

      Yeh mine tracked this time. I was looking at the value and also noticed the difference was more than just GST. Looking back a few previous ones the % is always different, I'm guessing maybe something to do USD conversion.

      Now, just need my last 50% to go through. Last claim I had to put was approved in just over 2 weeks, this one not so quick unfortunately (but at least not denied yet)

      Are you in Victoria by chance and your delivery is being handled by ubismart?
      I have a delivery from AliExpress that's been stuck "cleared customs since 7/3" and "handover to last mail carrier since 11/3".

      In the meantime I've already had another order placed 2 days after the other arrive at my house but was processed by imile.

      I fear ubismart has used aramex for this delivery but who knows really.

          WA here. I don't think I've had one managed by iMile. Only YC Log (via Auspost) or YTO. This order is onboard for delivery today, which is a great turnaround from having ordered only 5 days ago.

            @puffinfresh: Yeh normally it's very quick. Literally right after getting notification of your comment, got a tracking update from Temu that flight has departed so guess that's that.

            As far as last mile carriers, had a few. Fast Horse, YTO, PFL, Auspost but recently iMile.
