Noticed this in email. I haven't tried Temu yet and am praying that this will track properly.

N.b.
I'm posting on mobile so the terms are going to have basic formatting.

What you need to know
Tracking Tips

Return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction
Finalise your purchase on the page opened by Cashrewards. No new tab or new browser
You cannot click in another rewards website
VPNs can break tracking
Allow third-party cookies
Disable your ad block software
If you experience payment issues while making a purchase, please revisit the merchant's website through Cashrewards to ensure that your cashback is tracked
Complete shop within 3 hrs of clicking from Cashrewards

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.

        Yup. I was reading an article saying these loss leader stores managed to dent the western economies in a measurable way, explicitly via postage.

        Anecdotally of couse because I dont remeber the source,
        It was a tiny amount, in the decimals of percent, but the economists was explaining its rare to be able to time things so close to a cause and effect.

    Never gets tracked. So annoying. I am going to call their (temu) tracking a scam. It’s not an isolated issue at all….

    The last one from 23/12/2024 did not track for me and Cashrewards has not bothered to respond to my enquiry which was made 10 days ago. Temu is a complete scam and if you're game enough to give cashback a go with Temu then I suggest doing it with TCB. At least the support from TCB (TA) is way better than Cashrewards.

    I purchased on the last 100% CB offer, did not track. I raised a ticket and CR manually added to my account. Currently shows as pending. Hopefully will get ultimately get approved.

    Bad deal, I got absolutely nothing back from Temu. I rasied a ticket with cashrewards and for the first time ever, they said bad luck so sad because Temu didn't register the click even though cashrewards clearly showed that I clicked through and registered it. This is a scam, don't bother, go with another reward platform that actually cares about you/avoid Temu's el cheapo products go with Aliexpress for quality.

        To be fair, there are a lot of official stores on Aliexpress that do sell quality products. For example, the last thing I bought off Ali was an 8bitdo controller from the official store. Same as the one you'd buy on Amazon but it was almost half the price. Their return policy seems pretty good now too. On my last change of mind return, they sent me a return label to send it back cost free. They also refunded me the same day they got the postage tracking number, without waiting to receive it back.

        Their customer service has been notably better than eBay for me.

        Anything below a few hunded dollars, they side with the buyer.

    Caution!! Don't do purchase!
    Cashreward doesn't track the purchase and even after creating ticket, they don't reply and give you cashback. It is scam!

    Well Sorry guys bit got lucky as my 80% cashback was tracked and got confirmed and 100% cashback got tracked and hope so will be getting confirmed early next month.

    Anyways has anyone faced issue with CR that the purchases gets tracked but then after few days it gets vanished from click history?

    I made 2 purchases on Trip and transactions disappeared from click history…🤷🏼‍♂️

    Another in the same boat of bought on previous deal. Didn't track and cash rewards never answered claim. Not worth it because temu product quality was horrible and nothing like the picture.

    I make a new account doesn't work this time
    In November I make 2 new account with two cash reward my account and my mother account and it all tracked
    Last time I use PayPal for all 2 account same address for delivery

    This time I do the same
    It also tracked but it didn't give me new member reward I cancelled the other right away 😢

    whats happening with cashrewards, their support has gone downhill?? they never answer their emails? i have 2 cases no replies, and jsut found out one of my hotel bookings via AGODA wasnt tracked, i will stay away from them from now on!!
