What will stop me getting my cashback

  • You must empty your TEMU cart prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback.

What else is essential

  • Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

What to do and when

  • Missing cashback claims must be lodged within 100 days of purchase.

      more like 3-4 months to see them reject it.

      My order from 29th Oct is still in "Missing Cashback Claims" with status "Waiting for Retailer". I know I'm never going to see this money and TCB is at the mercy of temu who is not even looking at these claims.

          I appreciate the energy but despite raising cases, some of which have come through, I'm still down about $130 in cashback I was expecting to get but was eventually rejected. There is just too much gamble with Temu cashback.

            @anthman: If it was as reliable as Aliexpress orders it might be worth the risk. Aliexpress tracks usually within 30min for me, and when it tracks I can atleast submit a ticket to get it looked at in a few months time (in my experience I only get the cashback to process after getting it reviewed). I never had a Temu order track on it's own for comparison. I'm curious to know if ANYONE has even successfully got their 40% Temu cashback and not just have it sitting their in earnings page waiting to get approved.

              @cmanc: Actually, yes, I did get 100% Temu cashback as a new customer but with another site. So, if TCB is having issues, you may want to try the other sites.

              @cmanc: You may want to check and adjust your purchase routine. I originally had tracking issue using my PC (which had normally been pretty reliable). I since changed to using my android phone connected to mobile network, TCB APP, which directs to Temu mobile website. Over a dozen orders since then tracked 100% and receiving cash each time, and im guessing here as not followed it closely, but i'd say 10-12 weeks to receive. My oldest one pending cashback is from Nov 11. Dont make a fibber of me TA :D

    Shady, shady, shady. My last purchases at Temu and topcashbackau was for around $375 aud on the 14/01 40% cashback, tracked at ~$175 with ~$70 pending and no news since lodging claim for the remaining $200 worth of items.

    Claim process is painful (need to put in claim for each item) and can't figure out what the tracked value is for.

    Not worth it. Last 3 cashbacks with Temu resulted in claims that still aren't approved. Shopback tracking is much better

    My missing Temu cashback from 11/11 has been solved and claimed for withdrawal today :) There's still 1 missing cashback from 26/12 waiting for retailer in missing cashback claims page.

    I bought mostly what I need from Temu. So, I purchased something again today.

    Same, submitted a Temu claim to topcashback over a month ago and still no update or resolution. Funnily enough, it was this very same 40% cashback promo. Won't be using TopCash/Temu combo again

    For what it's worth I've had 3/3 Temu CBs tracked, 2 with TCB, and usually within a day of payment or the order being shipped.

    Always happy to see these 40% deals pop up

          Mine hasn't tracked either. Always gives me the heebeejeebees when this sort of stuff happens; happened on my 2nd order last 40% off deal.
          I also activated the $5 on $30 spend and will have to argue that if putting in "untracked claim" that was looking for the bonus $5.
          Disappointed, order was for AU$207.73 inc GST so presumably $75 worth of cashback missing + $5 bonus cashback on $30 spend.

          Will start the missing cashback claim in a couple of days, but not particularly hopeful.

      Just lodged my missing CB now. Took forever having to enter each claim individually. Now, can't figure out where to lodge the $5 bonus ($30 min spend) that I activated alongside it.

        Here's the term in the $5 bonus ($30 min spend) post.

        1. The bonus cashback may not automatically apply to purchases where a missing cashback claim needs to be lodged. If this is the case and your claim is successful, you may need to raise a separate support ticket to be awarded the bonus. Do not lodge a missing cashback claim until at least 7 days have passed.
