Arlo subscription required I'm fairly sure
It holds files up to 7 days which means you have time to download anything you need before it gets trashed.
Arlo needs subs basically now for anything useful.
Notoriously bad at firmware updates and you having to reset the kit to work.
Ditched arlo when this happened whilst i was away and had no camera coverage for almost 2 weeks.
Support was only available to paying subscribers.
what did you switch to? I have Eufy which i like, need to set up my folks
Ive been using arlo pro 2 for a while now but am also looking for something simple and free of subs for the folks.
I own some arlo cams, but looking to switch when it's time. What is the alternative to Arlo? Idc about initial investment slightly more, but hate the idea of having to pay infinite subscription to get the features to work properly.
How’s the app for these? I want to get my mum some cameras for her house (preferably wireless) so they don’t need to be hard wired in.
Will this do live detection alerts and ability to does it record continuously for the last x-days or only record if detection?
Do you need to pay for online backup or is it free like eufy?
