A friend is looking to fit some cameras in a massive shed.
He wants to capture footage inside the shed and maybe 1 or 2 camera on the two entrances.
Question is…. if he needs more than 8 cameras, does that mean he would need 2 Reolink NVR devices or is there a way to have more cameras connected to one NVR?
The best course of action would be to transition to use an NVR that can handle more channels. Reolink also offer 16 and 32 channel models.
Nowhere near the cheapest I've seen this package, which has been as low as $550 in the past.
Note that the RLC-800 cameras share the same sensor hardware as the 810 and 820 cameras, but unlike those models, the 800 requires connection to a Reolink NVR and can't be used as standalone cameras with their own interface.
