I am concerned about the warantee and returns
After a recent experience my daughter had I agree. JB adds a year to warranty iirc, plus you don't have to deal with HP's offshore "support" incompetence.

Does anyone know how many RAM slots this has? Looking to upgrade to 32gb, but I see it's already using up 2 slots.
As far as I am aware, it only has two. So you would need to ditch the 2x8GB and install 2x16GB.
