  • Pretty good deal, play the pokies while you're there have a win👍

    • +2

      have a win

      That's the plan but…

      • +3

…. then you bust out those Balaclava from Amazon

        • The Fiskars machete saw helps boosting the process…

          • @bcYield: Well that escalated quickly

      • I'm not touching this. Says it's served with jus but I'm pro Palestine.

    • This is only a deal if you manage to avoid caving in to the hidden cost being the psychological draw on you to gamble against the house edge

  • My local 5min drive club offers Mondays steak for $19 and 2hrs crowded floor dancing. Will need to be with luck to find a seat on the day. For Kitchen at Treasury club, I've walked past the venue many times but never had a chance to check them out yet. Tempting with this deal.

    • What’s the local?

      • -1

        probably Inala hahahahaha

        • +3

          nothing wrong with Inala

          • @Yaren24: pretty good pho not sure about steak…. been meaning to try that Pho Queen place with the wagyu pho

          • @Yaren24: Someone suggests Darra. I had a quick google but couldn't find the place. Darra got more younger ages from the said. Can't remember what deal they have there.

I will look around when I visit Inala next week. Any similar deal in Inala?

My local club is in Sunnybank. Only been there a couple of times. Most of the dancers were seniors at the time. The environment is great. It's actually a sport club mixed of many things. Only $5 joining fee and lifetime.

    • @Bo
Mind to share name of your Local Club? Sounds interesting.

      • A lot of clubs around Brisbane offer Monday steak night at $15-20. As I remember Inala, Forest Lake, Richland, Eight Mile, Sunnybank, Mt Gravatt, Carina, Annerley… many others I reckon!

  • +1

Great price. Must be a loss leader.

FYI, rib fillet = scotch fillet = cube roll (and also boneless rib eye in the USA).

    • Only loss leader if you decide to give them more money in that establishment

      I just eat and GTFO

      • It's great for city office workers… 1hr lunch break is stretching it so no time to gamble.

Not that I'm a gambler. I get more joy from watching my offset account go up.

      • Loss leader to the restaurant/store.

        The opposite is a profit.

  • +1

Deal, even better it’s 10AM til Midnight

  • +1

I got there tonight 2nd day of the deal at 6pm.. and the wait was 3 hrs 😂. Apparently, at 5:30pm the wait was 2 or so hrs.

    • This afternoon it was 1.5hrs

    • Do they call you when it's ready or do you have to stay there all the time?

      • +2

They will call you when ya ready and hold the table for 10min

  • +1

Later this month they are moving to the new casino so maybe this is to clear out all their old stock

  • What personal details are required for membership?

      • Wow. The amount of personal info they want is staggering. And a scan of your id!

        • How is this any different to prove you're over 18 or when you apply for anything major

I mean I guess you don't have do apply if it's a concern but pretty sure other companies have your ID already

          • +1

@Poor Ass: I didn't neg you, but I am not keen for a casino or a club to have so much information about me on their system, ready to be hacked (including a scan of my drivers licence). Especially when there is absolutely no need or requirement for them to.
I suppose it is unavoidable for a bank, insurance or phone company. Even then look at how easy they get hacked and how much trouble they cause people when their personal details are compromised.

            • +1

@Mad Max: Well that's the thing. I don't think anyone wants to give more personal details than they need to for all sorts of reasons but then if they require it then you have a choice to join or not.

Surprisingly insurance you don't need ID for buying

  • Team lunch sorted at work!

  • Just went there at the restaurant and was told there is a four hours wait time.

    • I'll just keep playing the pokies till my four hours is up. So far the steak has cost me $435.00.

    • and generally they call back in 1.5 hours later XDDD

  • +1

Went tonight on a weeknight 9.30pm.. 1.5 hour wait. No thanks

    • Thanks for your sharing.
I cannot understand the mindset of these people….
Since the OP posted this, many people I know have gone berserk.
Those are the ones who can well afford a much better meal at full price, not queuing required.
I'm struggling to understand why these people are so mean to themselves. Dont they value their time?
I've eaten in the various outlets in this Casino, really nothing special to mention.

They're gonna be the Richest Person in the Graveyard!

  • Sunday 4pm .. 4hr wait ridiculous and they didn't even call back
