    "Arcade credit loaded is valid for 12 months from the last in-venue use." So i havent been since feb, so if i reload from app my expiry will be feb the last time i played a game in store, ??? Instead of being tomoz when i reload the account with the $$

      From the timezone website:

      Powercards will expire 12 months from the last in-venue use date, at which time any unused balance and Powertickets will be forfeited. App reloads do not count towards extending your Powercard expiry.

      If you last tapped your card on a game in February 2024, all your tickets and credit will be wiped February 2025

        Go to the Kingpin website and click on the deal and you can log in with your Timezine credentials. Then choose the Powercard you want to load up and there'll be an option to load $250+$350.

    Sorry for the maybe dumb question but how do I get a powercard? I've downloaded the app but I can't see a way to load credit without having a powercard? Is there a way to get one online so that I can then load credit and get the double dollars? Thanks!

      No, the cards are only given out by Timezone staff, and you can attach them to your App login via the "add powercard" option after getting one in store. Putting money on them in-store will also benefit from Double Dollars but only on 27-28th July.

      That's correct. There's no option to load up a card online on Kingpin or Timezone with a Gift card (even though Giftz.com explicitly says you can redeem gift cards online with Kingpin)

      So if you want to combine a gift card deal with a Double Dollars from Timezone, Kingpin, or Zone Bowling, you have to physically go to the store and you are limited to the Double Dollars quantities based on the venue you visit (the three stores all have different Double Dollars increments but your account is shared between the three of them)

      Yes that's correct. Once you have made an account and have a powercard on your Kingpin or Timezone account you can log into either and reload on either and your balance is shared.

    I did loaded at the Kingpin website and no problem used the credit at Timezone after loaded.
