I ordered the XXXX and Pizza Hut. Instead of BWS the transaction tracks as XXXX and Footy. Hope the $5 bonus will track successfully.

I've never had 1 problem with shopback tracking. Over 2k earned back so far. Not to say it never happens but bit rough to neg on 1 occurrence of no tracking where it could well have been on your end.
The BWS website has issues with the tracking that's been pretty well documented on here now, and even confirmed by the ShopBack rep.
GYB's response to that is to purchase through their app, but even then it's questionable.

You shouldn't have collected it until it tracked. No track = no collect.
Don't you have to call BWS hotline to get it cancelled otherwise it just sits at the store? Was told they can't cancel orders in the store nor does it get autocancelled. Such bullshit.
To my knowledge it will cancel after a week or so. Done it many times, but probably over a year ago.
@Repstar: Maybe just got a shitty employee lol but it's put me off doing this - has been at least twice that I haven't got a refund a week later (idk if stock is released back through or not)
havent had any problems with bws myself lately, if anything tracked -> confirmed times have improved

The 20% Cashback maxes out at $20 per purchase. Bank Bonus is also $20 capped (10% rate), but it is capped per account/user

suspect can only order for pickup within store opening hours… seems unable to take advantage of the bundle shopback with pizzahut afterall
They turned off C&C. Would happily let me order without cashback, but with it pickup wasn't available.

Hey there! We understand your frustration about the Click & Collect option. Unfortunately, the availability of Click & Collect depends on individual store operations. You can usually only place a Click & Collect order if the store is open.
It was only preventing ordering if going via SB though. Ordering directly via BWS didn't have any issues.

Well I got 2 slabs of Furphy for $100 down to $70 so I'm pretty happy with that
