    • The Guinness deal from a few days ago would have been great with this. But looks like they fixed the loophole that let you order more than 2 singles.

      • Yes - now 2 cans per day limit.

        Setting up new BWS account was the trick for 1/3 off!
        (10 x $3 cans for $30 - $10 code)
        Which doesn't work for cashback.

    I've had some quick tracking recently through the Shopback phone app.
    BUT on my past 2 BWS orders I haven't had the Westpac bonus tracked… Which reminds me I need to go through their terrible terrible chat to get those tracked.

    Has anyone else received this message? I called my bank (both St George and Westpac) and they said the payment has gone through on their end but is showing up as pending? :/

      • Agree, tracking notification arrives the following morning for me.

  • Although they seem to jack prices when these offers come, it's still a good deal. I'm now over $2k with shopback and have never had an issue with tracking.

    • No. On many occassions I collected few days after and it still tracked.

      • No need, order goes through fine but there is no tracking. Has been an issue with the BWS website since last year and a lot of people had/have it. I called instantly to cancel as it is such a known tracking bug with BWS no point trying to claim, it gets denied (have been burnt in the past).

    Does the 1 order only for the bonus cashback count for Westpac and Bank of Melbourne? Or is it 1 order per bank?

      For comparison, I did the Woolworths Group gift card challenge using BoM card and it now shows completed for BoM and StG. Whereas the Westpac challenge is still available.

      So I think the promos for Westpac are separate from the others, which if correct would mean you can do 1 Westpac and 1 BoM for the BWS promo.

    Anyone know if things like non-alcoholic beer (which has been eligible in previous promotions), non-alcoholic cider, snacks and soft drinks are eligible?

    • Non-alcoholic purchases includes "zero alcohol" items but excludes all other things such as mixers, snacks, gift bags, accessories etc.

  • BWS substitued by order for a different Bentspoke beer. Would that be okay? Or should i cancel?

    • I think it should be OK but not 100% sure.

      In my case I ordered 2x1L bottles of Southern Comfort and they were OOS, but substituted 3x700L bottles. The lady told it would still say 2x 1L bottles on the receipt.

      I am guessing that is what happens most of the time with substitutions, i.e. they don't actually alter or make a new order in the system. Which should mean no change in how it appears to Shopback etc.

    Turns out you cannot order pickup when the stores are closed which is absolutely ridiculous and I am not willing to spend enough for free shipping or much less actually pay for shipping so it looks like im not ordering at all. Good job BWS!

    • I had the same problem and I’m fuming. Spent ages deciding what bottle to buy, only to be blocked by this stupid error.
      Works fine in their app, but then cashback wouldn’t have tracked.

        • I was caught out by this too, but then tried selecting a different store or refreshing and managed to place the order. Cashback still hasn't tracked though.

        Just couple of days before that my 1st choice bank bonus didn’t track…
        Just few days before that the bank bonus on BWS didn’t track…reached out to the rep and they manually added but kept showing as calculating for couple of days so ended up cancelling the order

  • I've done my first purchase using BoM card. Both cashbacks were tracked. The bank bonus cashback (BoM) does not show 'Available by' date though. The comment below BoM cashback says:

    "Congrats! You've qualified for your bonus and it has been added yo your Pending Earnings. It will move to your Available Balance shortly after you:

    • Have your withdrawal details updated
    • You cashback tied to this bonus has turned confirmed."

    Could someone please tell why do I have to update details?

    It's been over 24 hours now and Cashback still not tracked! Arghhhh!

              @gotyourback: Update: been over a month now since I submitted the missing cashback claim, and it still says "calculating". No update from the customer service team either.
              It's so annoying when material cashbacks don't get tracked and we end up wasting time chasing up SB for the missing cashback.
              @gotyourback, as mentioned in my pm, either the customer service team doesn't care about the customers, or are not equipped to help. If you can please help, that'd be much appreciated. And if not, that's still fine, we can move to better and reliable platforms for cashback deals.

                • @gotyourback: I have had the exact same experience @gotyourback - cashback did not track, so I raised a missing cashback request. My account says the funds should be available July 15th, but it is still showing as calculating. I have reached out twice via live chat with promises of responses via email, but no one has reached out. Really doesn't motivate me to take advantage of todays offer.

  • Made an order for BWS. My standard cashback tracked. But westpac bonus not tracked.

    Made an order with the good guys the day before and both standard and westpac bonus track.

    I used westpac card for both.

  • Chucked in a single can of $5 stout to get free delivery. Sent me an out of date can, by 6 months. Now if I ask for a refund on that can it will fk my whole $37 cashback. Sigh.
