Can confirm gift cards are included.
Link to activate is working now from the email and the $5 bonus is pending in my account after activation. (Can no longer see the link in my account. Activate via email.) I bought a $20 Chemist Warehouse eGift card. Tracked and $5 bonus has been approved after about 2 hours. I looked at a few gift cards and some have a minimum spend of more than $20.
I reported to Cashrewards yesterday morning who replied that they would be fixing the link. I asked if gift cards are included and they have replied today that they are included.

          When I activate, it takes me to Cashrewards website that says "The bonus is now activated and pending in your account". The link is unique with my email address.

            @trixieb: deal url updated to what i used yesterday, based upon similar past promos - now have multiple accounts, not all of which received the email, each with multiple cashbacks pending - however link now seems only valid for accounts which received email

          I removed email= from my link and tried to open it, but I got a 404 error.

          There are gift cards with cashback. Doesn't exclude gift cards in T&Cs.

            @trixieb: I agree with you, just wanted to state that it isn't 100% guaranteed.
            A previous post you did excluded gift cards but this post from 6 months ago didn't

    Be careful with Cashrewards. I'm in the middle of a sh*tfight with them as they're trying to walk back on an upsized cashback I'm entitled to, amounting to around $130. Dodgy bastards!

      Same here 4 weeks of emails to and fro with AliExpress Upsized 17% Cashback - agent initially told me no cashback as not affiliated product - sent her weblink of item purchased confirming affiliated product - then she approved cashback but at 4% Wrote back and sent screenshots of time of purchase/tracking/cashback rate applicable at the time Then she told me later 8% was until 8pm 16.12 Screenshot of CR shows 17% reiterated 17% resent screenshots last week - so far no response

    Did it track $5.20 against this gift card purchase of $20 frim chemist warehouse? Mine also got tracked but only $0.20 instead. Does it not meet th criteria for the bonus $5 Cashback?

      The $5 tracks separately and should already appear in your "rewards" tally as its own line entry. Regular % cashback will track as normal. It takes 90 days for this $5 bonus to be approved.

      The Chemist Warehouse gift card is an eligible purchase. Did you activate the $5 bonus?

      You have to first activate the $5 bonus via your email from Cashrewards or the link in this post. After activating, you will see the $5 bonus tracked in your account as "pending". This $5 bonus will automatically be "pending" regardless of whether a purchase was made or not.

      There will be 2 entries: $5 and 20c separately.

    Bought $20 Amazon GC yesterday ( via cashrewards) GC was sent quickly *already added to Amazon account.
    Noticed the $5 and 40 cents approved today, so stepped thru the withdrawal.
    Money should be in my bank account end of week.
