You only need to add 1 slab. The Hahn is one of the 'eligible items' and counts towards the $65 spend even though it becomes $0 in the end.
Just QLD or other states too?
The Shopback app says QLD only, so I'm guessing it's tracking the BWS store locations.

In mine, clicking on the Shopback banner and scrolling to the bottom list shows 'Only available in Queensland'.
It may have changed since yesterday; at the time they also had lower/varied cashback rates (like QLDers getting 35%, instead of 30% on the Summer Brights) so it might be national now and they've not removed the state-specific header. Maybe @gotyourback can verify.

BWS will only let you place an order when the store is open; they don't do 'normal' click & collect. It's a chronic problem for all BWS orders.
This cashback does have a couple of weeks to run so you should be fine to try again tomorrow morning once the store is open.

I have had 2 other recent BWS claims track but not paid out. Im no longer surprised when there shopback and BWS have issues.
After all this time and all the reported issues the ongoing lack of resolution is a bad look at best.
2 weeks went by and it did not update to the correct rate.

Why can't you update everyone with the fix/progress on this here. The amount has still not updated to the correct amount for several people not just me despite your assurance it would be resolved after two weeks. DMs do not show any transparency to the wider audience about what is happening here or the extent.
@pointnlarf: Yes I don't know what has happened at Shopback but ever since GYB left the service has been lacking. Problems do still get resolved but it takes a lot of back and forth and it really shouldn't be this way. We are all in the same boat here with tracking that has not updated to the correct 40% rate. Please look into it and resolve it.

Nothing tracked at the correct rate here also. Previous experience indicates gyb will be laying low until things have cooled sufficiently to post another dodgy deal.
As I asked at the time. Why would we need to wait 2 weeks for a tracked purchase to be updated to the correct amount. How would they know it would take 2 weeks? Or is that a convenient period for people to forget about it??
