    • Rage inducing! I finished paying at 1155pm and had to do a double-take when checking shopback at 1205am.

Trying to find a way to cancel the purchase but doesn't seem like something we can do ourselves.

      • Yeah have to return the online order in-store. I'm gonna repurchase lol.

                      • @CVonC: No, I had to file a missing one

                        • @twig: Mine is only one entry of calculating :/
But my order from the 16th has tracked both (with a calculating entry too).

                          • @CVonC: @gotyourback you able to look into this for us?

I haven't seen any tracking for my bank bonus at all even when paying with the st George credit card

    • Thanks updated :)

  • I assume you can’t use a BoM/StG card immediately on opening like Westpac?

    • +1

      probably need card details

    • St George bank card is a physical card that is mailed out to you. There is no digital version that you can use immediately. I don't know about Bank of Melbourne.

    • +1

My St George card needed to be activated in a branch for whatever reason. Wasn't even surprised given how ancient their systems are

  • +3

Be aware! My last bigw 20% is still `calculating'. Won't buy again until they sort it out.
Who get the tracking right last time?

    • How long ago?

      • +1

        Mine is since June 04.

    • +1

Same here, still stuck at Calculating…

      • +1

Same. Will follow this up with GYB.

  • Boo. Just bought with 20%+2% bonus

  • +1

    So much for westpac wtf

  • +2

Big W marketplace items also included in the cashback? Thanks.

  • Does the StG, BoM, BSA 20% Bonus / Westpac 10% also have a minimum $50 spending requirement as well?

  • is the westpac capped at $20 or only one transaction allowed. used mine yesterday

  • $110 spend for max cashback.

  • +3

Just had the bank bonus cashback track and calculate at only 2% instead of 20%.

  • Can you stack with 10% everyday rewards?

Will it work on the tonie pre orders?

    • +1

I think the use of the 10% rewards code for the month will invalidate the cashback as the code is not listed on shopback.

    • No

  • +1

Unfortunately bigw cancelled my order. If I do another order can I still get some cashback as long as I am under the caps?

  • +1

Ordered $65 worth of stuff and Big W predictably refunded $36 worth of stuff that were out of stock. I assume that means my order no longer meets the $50 minimum and I get nothing back now. Mint, love your work big w

    • Return it.

      • The only item that wasn’t cancelled is shipped by bonds hahaaaa

All good but I was planning on buying it anyway

  • Big W staff are too lazy to unpack their store stock and simply marking the Online order item as unavailable when their website clearly showing more than 7 in stock.
Buying from Big W Online is a game of chance!

  • Spent $99.70, lets see how much refunded

    • Do you know if part of the order is refunded, will the tracked cashback be rejected later?

      • Yep. return it.

  • +2

    Stuck in "calculating".
Ordered 9:14pm, at 4am next day the bank bonus showed up but not the base.

    Anyone else?

    • Same, still calculating

      • Same. Seems to be a common issue with BIGW @gotyourback

    • +1

Same, only the bank bonus tracked

    • same. I have messaged gotyourback about it this morning.

      • glad it’s not just me!
let us know if you get a response.

        • he asked for a screenshot of the order info and my shopback info and he is going to look into it. I also mentioned that it seems I am not the only one with this issue. Not sure if it is because it has to be an order over $50 and that means it has to be manually vetted? IDK

    • I just found out that the min spend is actually $55….due to the fact they take into account the GST for the min spend….I spent $50.15 and gotyourback has now said that I didn't spend enough as the GST is taken into account for the min spend….must be the only on on Shopback that is like this?? Very deceptive. I knew GST wasn't included for the cashback, but not the min spend amount. I am going to cancel the order today.

I have double checked wording for BigW min spend….it doesn't say anything about excluding GST only min spend. I am asking him to check this info again, as it doesn't seem correct

      • That’s pretty poor of them.
My order was $110 and nothing rejected - still calculating. Don’t like my chances! :(

        • seems this is a common thing that has happened for BIGW. gotyourback said they are working on it. You might end up finding a separate correct amount for it later, and the one saying calculating might stay there

  • Part of my order got cancelled, making it under $50.

Has shopback gotten back to us to see if the 25% cashback will still apply on the remaining order.

I think it should as it's out of our hands.

    • Nope, will be rejected. Return item.

  • Bank bonus tracked incorrectly

    • did you take into account it is ex GST? might be the issue

      • No I paid with St George card and it tracked the westpac bonus

        • strange, mine just shows as "bank bonus cashback" This is the first time I have used the st george card for these deals. I normally use Westpac. Didn't know there was a Westpac bonus on BIGW yesterday.

          • @souths123: I use both cards to get different cashback and it only tracked the westpac one for the wrong order

  • +1

Made an order of around $90 and one $8 item refunded due to no stock, so the order is still way above $50. Does the partial refund mean I will be rejected for the cashback? Or will the cashback be adjusted accordingly?

    • Rejected. Return everything.

  • not tracked yet

  • Only bank bonus tracked. Main one is still calculating. I wonder how these two are being tracked differently? @gotyourback

    • Same, bank bonus tracked (with the correct amount - $20 max) but standard is again "Calculating". I see that my order from last month (not that it matters now anyway as I decided to return for change of mind) is still "Calculating" and the bank bonus never tracked. So it seems this still hasn't been fixed @gotyourback

  • My order from Tuesday (20% + 10%) only tracked today. So I'm expecting my (re)order from yesterday to track tomorrow.

    • Was it initially showing as "Calculating" (or it's showing that now)?

      • there's still an entry for the 16th showing as "Calculating". But today (18th) I have 2 entries shown as Big W (bank bonus Cashback) + Big W (Westpac bonus Cashback). Correct amounts for ex-GST total.

  • I'm not collecting my order until i get the "calculating" issue sorted. When that happened ages ago with bws it would stay that way and would eventually be rejected. Shopback had to manually do a the correct amount for the order, with the calculating one stuck there.

  • @gotyourback are the westpac and St George bonus separate like u get both of them if u use 2 different cards

    • Yes! If you use separate Westpac and St.George cards for your purchase, the bonuses will be credited as two separate entries in your account.

      • Hey @gotyourback only one bank bonus has tracked when it should have been 2 as I can see that both my orders tracked cause they’re both calculating any idea when this will get fixed

        • Hey @StarPlatinum, thanks for the heads up! To dig a little deeper into this, shoot us a DM with your account info. We'll be happy to hop in and help!

  • PSA: my order didnt track at all, had to report missing transaction to shopback.

  • +1

Hey everyone! We hear you loud and clear about the "calculating" Cashback for Big W purchases (while Bank Bonuses are tracking).

We're truly sorry for the inconvenience. Our team is already on it, investigating any issues with Big W tracking.

    Thanks for your patience!

    • Hi @gotyourback

Can you confirm that the min spend for the ShopBack to be tracked is $55? And not $50 because of the gst not getting counted into min spend?

      • You're right, the minimum spend for Cashback is $50 (excluding GST), which comes out to about $55 with GST.

    • Hi @gotyourback, any further update, base cash back is still stuck in calculating as of now, bank bonus has tracked properly. Thank you.

      • +1

Base cash back (and previously bank bonus) all tracked now

  • Mine is ready to be collected. Didn't had any of the bank cards so even with standard 25% its not tracked. Not sure if I should pick up now? Mine is not even showing 'calculating'. @gotyourback, mate i think that's difference to what others are experiencing.

    • +1

Hey @s0805! Totally get your concerns about Cashback. Team's working on a fix for the Cashback that affected most of the users.

In the meantime, it's totally up to you:

      • Wait and see: If you can wait a bit, check if the Cashback starts showing with the amount later.
      • Pick up the item: If you need it now, that's fine too! Hopefully, the Cashback gets tracked later.

We'll keep you updated on the fix!

      • @gotyourback, thanks mate. Understand things go wrong, can wait few days. I can always pick up and don't open things and return as they are if needed. Appreciate you response.

      • logged a missing claim.

  • note, anyone who purchased with less than $55…..Shopback is now saying that the $50 minimum spend is sans GST, so it is really a $55 min spend….nothing anywhere that says that, but that is what gotyourback has told me. Anyone with a "calculating" on their BigW purchase, shoot a DM to gotyourback to sort it out. It will never to an actual amount.
