    • I spent $56.75 and it now shows as "no purchase found" so whooever told you that is full of poop.

      Ive lodged an enquiry.

      • it was actually gotyourback….so I was very surprised to be told this, as it never mentions anything about having to spend $50 (excl GST) unless that was stipulated in this particular upsized deal (which I don't have details for now to be able check)

        • I dont remember seeing that anywhere and if it was tucked away, that very misleading advertising.

@Clambabula: yes, I thought that too. If you check the normal cashback it just mentions min $50 spend, nothing about GST not being included in that….unless like you said, there is some small print that I didn't notice. I knew the cashback calculation is ex GST but not min spend.

        • It's the new GYB telling you this though… he/she has been clueless on a few things in case you haven't noticed.

          • @MiscOzB: I didn't know it was a different person doing it now… answers seemed the same phrasing.

  • Still not tracked after a couple of days, neither the base cashback or bank bonus

    • Sorry to hear that @CheapBrah! Submit a Missing Cashback report here http://www.shopback.com/account/missingCashback

      • I did around the time I made the above comment, its been on 'calculating' since

        • Cool, got it! The team will be checking on your cashback. It'll stay as "calculating" while we look into it. We'll update you by the date on your cashback page

All my bank bonuses tracked correctly. All my BIGW purchases tracked as calculating. This was fixed on a previous deal, so hopefully it's fixed again. Thanks @gotyourback

Thanks for your patience! We expect an update soon and will keep everyone posted.

  • My BIGW purchases now all changed from calculating to the correct amount. Thanks @gotyourback

    • Glad to hear that it's sorted now @Repstar

Hey ShopBack Fam! We identified and fixed an issue that was causing Cashback to display at "calculating". ️

Your Cashback should be showing accurately in your account within 72 hours. If it's not there after that time, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at [email protected] or drop a DM. We're happy to help!

    • @gotyourback, glad its resolved. I have DM'd you. Mine was never tracked so end up logging missing claim. Getting close on pick up timeframe as well. Also, total amount spent was $50.50 (incl. GST), assuming its not an issue from above discussions. Appreciate your help when you can pls.

      • Got it! Thanks for letting us know @s0805

  • My calculating amount is now corrected but bank bonus never tracked @gotyourback

    • Hey @CVonC! Let's get this sorted. Shoot me a DM with the details and we'll take a look.
