Saw the other deal post about the 100 / 200 trade in bonus, but there is actually a $450 bonus as well.
Mod Update: Original deal was 'up to' $450 bonus trade-in credit. Bonus trade-in credit: Fold6 is $450, Flip6 is $250 and Watch Ultra is $200.

Same case with you. CS did say I can reorder the same thing and need to submit a request to reimburse the difference after the items are delivered (via chat again). Not going to risk that. They stuffed up this time.
My other order was stuck at "order accepted" (with estimation of Aug 5 but never changed) and as per other thread, there's no news/notification/progress for that either. Had to contact their CS and all they can do is escalate and wait.
I haven't heard from the case manager yet, and am moving house so I'm not going to deal with it until that's done 🤷♀️
Update: I eventually got my refund from Asurion without further interaction from me.
I'm currently going back and forth with a case manager, they've theoretically approved me getting a refund of the price difference between the presale price and the current price, but it'll depend on whether they're willing to also refund the difference from the "bonus value" Galaxy Buds3 Pro, which aren't currently available to order 🙃
So if you plan not to send in your existing phone/tablet/watch to Asurion, you can avoid the $60 fee if you read the terms and conditions carefully. The conditions for them to charge you the Late Return Fee of $60 would not be satisfied if you do not send in your device.

"5.7 If You: (a) fail to post in Your Existing Device to Us within fourteen (14) days after the date on which You receive Your New Samsung Device at your nominated delivery address, You may be charged a Late Return Fee in accordance with clause 7.3(a) below; or…….
7.3
Late Returns: (a) If You return Your Existing Device to Us more than fourteen (14) days but less than ninety (90) days after the date on which You receive Your New Samsung Device, We will:
(i) accept Your offer to transfer ownership of Your Existing Device to Us (in which case You enter into a contract with Us for the sale of Your Existing Device to Us and ownership of Your Existing Device will transfer to Us); and
(ii) charge You a Late Return Fee."
See, 7.3(a) will only be applicable if you return your existing device more than 14 days but less than 90 days. So, if you do not return the device in 90 days, they would not be able to do what they stated in 7.3(a)(i) and (ii) as the condition in 7.3(a) was not satisfied. So, they would have no ground to charge the late return fee.
What??

There is no number. If you took photos or video before send the device, open a charge back dispute .
I will have to go through this process when mine ships next month…
What do you suggest taking photos/videos of? Just that the phone turns on etc.? I heard some even take video of themselves packaging up to send away
All of it. Photos of the phone, video turning it on and then packaging it.

everything. serial number, camera function, screen on, wifi function, body front back, sides, corners, ports, yeah, basically wasting lots of time, and no guarantee they will not disputing your case and you will be spending the next 60 days fighting with them.
or…
after spending time with photo video… then they claimed they get an empty box from you HAHAHA saw story about it on reddit.
no phone just online message system but i found they are okay. 2-3 days and got a reply.
Second this. They do reply our email in reasonable time, better than Samsung themselves in that category (of replying email)
Thanks all. Emailed them. let's see what they have to reply. Atleast they should return my traded handset.
Any reply yet? Please keep us posted
@kcool_00 but please share with us. is your device really having that lcd issue or asurion (as usual) making things up and lies? did you check before you sent? take video? photos?
I don't think there was any issue. I was using phone since long time until i got my fold 6. Had no issues. I didn't take video or photos.
I have escalated the issue. will update with the response from asurion. It's disappointing that only way of communication is the email. No live chat/phone call option.
oh well at least you know you are not the first one there are so many horrors stories about them. wish you luck
Finally.. got my full deposit refund back. first they only transfer $15 out of $220. As they said my device having ICD issue.
But i escalated and sent them the email back about the rest of refund. And surprisingly i got an email after 4/5 days that they will refund the remaining deposit in next 14 business days even though my device had LCD issue.
And after 10 business days, i did get the remaining $205 in my bank account. Finally… but i will be very careful dealing with them in future.
My pre-order got cancelled without notifying me, according to support it's due to "issues with the Trade ID".
Told to reorder same and they'd refund the difference, but I can't because the Buds3 Pro are out of stock. No solution to that except a small voucher, so I've asked to escalate. Waiting to hear back from a case manager.
Asurion has my security deposit and I'm not looking forward to chasing them about it.
