    1. items "sorted" in a weird way. It's really hard to find something, filtering is not implemented.
    2. layout done in a buggy way, so big portion of phones is not visible and not possible to select.

    Won’t be going anywhere near the Galaxy Watch Ultra until reviews of its accuracy or lack thereof are in

    • Battery will only be 2 days 💀

      • No matter how accurate it wont be s good as garmin or standalone devices for example chest stap. They are not built for it.

        • I like the design ultra but I heard Garmin watch battery lasted a week. That more practical.
          Do you own Garmin? Any recommendations?

    Hold up.

    If you add a Watch 7 40mm as part of your $400 Accessory credit when buying the Fold 6 I think it also applies the $150 credit for Preordering the Watch 7 as well. Basically making the Watch free. Is this known?

    I was playing around with adding different accessories to the cart that basically came out to be $400 and couldn't work out why my cart was about the same price as adding the Watch7 40mm even though its $150 more.

  • I have gone ahead and traded in my Fold5 512gb for the Fold6 256gb in Navy Blue from the EPP store together with the Navy S Pen Case. I also cancelled SmartTag2 - 4 Pack to get a refund on that after utilising the $200 accessories eVoucher. Total price breakdown below.

    The Fold5 is great but I don't mind spending for a fresh Fold phone to see me out for another year.

      • Damn that sucks, they must have fixed it. I could definitely cancel the smart tags on their own and some others had done it before me.

      Seems like the EB4 code doesn’t work with the new buds but works with the new watches.

  • got an email about the delay on Galaxy Buds3 Pro. I paid $279 for it. I can still cancel it. Can someone confirm. If i cancel the order, i will get full credit of $279 and won't be charge anything extra for the Fold 6 i bought with?

      I had ordered fold along with bud pro 3 witb cases on 11 july which is still awaiting dispatch. This morning i called samsung to enquire about the delay & then asked them to cancel the buds which was possible since the status is awaiting dispatch.
      Got an email with the credit note but funds will be transfered only after i get the delivery of phone and case.

      Its a waiting game:)

            • @kcool_00: Got tracking details today & delivery is for tomorrow . Suggest you contact samsung and cancel if u intend thereafter u should get an email of cancellation.

      • @ReDDevil2684 , For the buds cancellation request, what is the form of payment of the refund and any particular details on the credit note that you received via email?

        e.g. will they give you a refund on the full $279 to your credit/debit card (the one used for payment at checkout), or did they give you another $200 samsung store credit and the $79 balance will be refunded to your credit/debit card, or did the credit note say they will give you the full $279 as a samsung store credit.

          @dealsucker , oh, interesting that you got the refund on the same day as your phone delivery. I find it interesting because I had cancelled my Buds3Pro (cancellation confirmation email 23-July) and received the ZFold6 on 24-July, but as of today (3-Aug), I still haven't seen any amount come back from Samsung. I thought it would take them a few business days after the delivery to get the refund, but interesting you got it same day.

          When did you cancel your Buds3Pro? and when did you receive your phone? Was it the Fold or the Flip?

          Did you get the full $279 refunded into your credit/debit card? or some other/pro-rata amount?

    Got a cold call from Samsung trying to sell me the fold/flip 6. I asked about the SR6 discount code and the lady went to investigate. Came back saying their friends and family discount given to specific people.

  • Does Samsung not allow partial return anymore? I tried requesting return for the Watch and keep the phone but their website doesn't let. The whole order must be returned.

    • Try contacting customer service via chat. I received the phone yesterday and managed to cancel the Buds3 Pro via chat. no issues. i was not able to do it online. will get a refund in 5-7 business days.

  • anyone know what this means? i went through the trade in process the other day but at the payment page for the fold 6 decided not to go ahead (also cancelled the trade in so got the refund from the security deposit). decided i would today and it went through with all the discounts including the trade in but i dont have an active trade in and the order says error under the trade in.

      Yes. They were unable to give me a reason. Ordered on the 13th and they cancelled it this week.

      Me too, but they sent me a tax invoice after 15 min today, and also sent an app notification "We've delivered Galaxy xxx and x other items."

      And the status in the app changed from "Order accepted" to "Picked up".

      Called their CS to complain.

      The trade-in coupon is tied to the phone - so if I give you my trade-in coupon, I'll need to send it to Asurion or they will charge me for the value of the phone.

      Why not get your own trade-in coupon code by using your own phone…?

  • Bought the Fold 6, camera is atrrocious, worse than my old Note 10+, and doesn't come anywhere near my S24Ultra. Quite embarrassing. Will be keeping the S24U and consider upgrading to a fold in future if the camera is upgraded. I'm even willing to look past the fast charge, larger battery and integrated S pen too!

      • Not everyone buys a phone just for the camera. And for plenty of people, the Fold camera works perfectly fine.

        • Not in my experience, it was woeful. Indoors and in low light they looked like a 480i picture. Like I said, my 5 year old Note 10+ was miles better, the S24U is in a completely different league. It's a real shame as the camera is an important aspect for most

    • Yea I just want transparency, even an update with a delay email is better than nothing.

      • My order was also cancelled after multiple escalations, while my wife's order that was done after mine was delivered on launch.

        They finally came back and said it was an issue with the trade-in, even though charges were processed on my accounts.
