@Ham Dragon: It's a fair comment you make and I did consider it myself. For one I'd argue it's not a good deal. You can get decent beans at Aldi for a lot less, as just one example. I'd also argue that the product and its marketing aren't created in good faith and they were very likely hoping it would stir up hate in order to get noticed. I just don't think that's a good thing for society. I'm trying to engage in good faith discussion myself and I hope others do the same, despite my downvote. My first comment was probably a bit much though; I'd redo that one if I could. The Trump stuff taking off here has really gotten to me and I'm getting fed up. I have lived in America. My wife and kids are American, watching what has happened to America in the last decade is depressing. People taking pleasure in “destroying” another group of people who believe something different politically hasn’t helped the country or society at all.
Feeling superior to another group or sub culture drives us to behaviour that doesn’t help anyone long term. I desperately hope Australia avoids this divided future, but it’s not looking good. This division and creating of “otherness” distracts us from the very real issues at hand that are causing massive issues.
