          How long did it take to go to your email after redeeming? I submitted and it brought me to an old order page which I exited. Tried redeeming again and said I already redeemed it?

            @seraphim64: To check if the promotion has worked go to "account" in the bottom right-hand corner and navigate to "Uber One".

            Under "Exclusive offers" you'll see the offer that you've claimed and that you'll recieve the tickets within the next 24-48 hours.

    PSA - Do it on your phone, clicking the offer on desktop doesn't seem to take you anywhere, but doing it on mobile will allow you to put in the 'GRU' promo and redeem.

      I did it on my phone, but when I clicked the button I did not get the place to put in the promo code? When I then go after signing up for the free 4 months into the promo code area I get "oops, that promo code is not valid". Done this twice now on different phones and same thing?

      Tried with my 3rd account and this time I actually get a message saying "you've already had uber one, so you arent eligible…"but the other two don't do that

    Tried to do on the desktop. Put GRU in to promo codes page. Started to display a popup of some sort but it disappeared without any interaction. Now when I put the code in again it says it can't be claimed twice.

    Anybody who completed the claim, did you need to manually need to put in your email address to receive/claim the tickets? Or after putting the promo code did it just notify you that tickets will be sent to the email address linked to your account, and if so, how long did it take for the email to arrive?

      It just says that the promo is added and I can see the promo on my promo screen. Haven't received any email yet, says 24-48 hours

      Edit: I received an email saying that my tickets are on their way, so if you redeemed then you should have that email shortly

      In the app I put in the code, it went back to the main screen then when I went to the "Promotions" (for existing ones, not where you put in the code) it has a congratulations for claiming and it'll be emailed out in the next 24-48 hours.

    Should open the Uber app, then it will pop up with a minion and automatically enter GRU. Says tickets will be sent to my email in 24-48hrs

    Just an FYI to anyone who is on UO and couldn't redeem initially. I tried again going through uber app and it worked on both. No idea why it didn't work the first time.

    It said "could not be claimed" initially.

            First by entering it in computer browser, then check again in Uber apps in mobile by clicking the link in this deal. There it is!!! 👍🏻
