        It's been that for a while.
        I'm on that deal and I keep getting spam about that offer for the last couple of months.

          The $4.99p/m for 12 month deal is for the basic plan with ads (usually $10p/m).
          This deal is for the 4k standard no-ad plan (usually $19p/m)
