  • For the life of me I can't get this to work. Doing it from mobile, hit the link, goes to Uber and automatically enters the GRU code in > add button > 'promotion code is not valid'. Tried yesterday and again today same result. Anyone had the same issue? I'm an existing Uber One member

      The GRU offer works for some and doesn't for others.

    • Still haven’t gotten mine even though I checked spam inbox too. Commented on their FB and they replied asking me to DM them and when I DMed them. They took the time to reply only to tell me to be patient as they are “looking into it”. 5 hours later now and 0 response.
      Some people mentioned here that Uber already assured them that they will get vouchers at least or even sped up the process and sent it to them

    Didn’t work for me, went to help and support stating a promo code isn’t working. Next day got an email saying they “made an adjustment” to my account and now the promo code works

      Offers are only made to a select number of customers at a given time.

      If you are unable to see any Eats Offers at the moment, it means there may be no ongoing promotions that are available for you.

      • Ask them specifically to make an adjustment to your account to enable the promo code, they just did it then for me

    • No dice- sent them a message and the response was:

      "Thanks for reaching out.

      This promotion is only valid to the Uber account associated with the email address where the promo email was sent. That said, kindly send us a screenshot of the entire email message that you have received including the 'To' and 'From' section."

        Chrome on desktop: After clicking the link a new tab opens and tries to do something but closes with no information given.

        Edge on desktop: After clicking the link a new tab opens and tries to do something, then closes with error message "Hoyts-Vouchers.pdf can't be downloaded securely". You can point to that error and click the … (More actions button) and select Copy download link. Paste that in to Edge browser in a new tab, and the tickets download successfully.

    I register Uber eat and the promotion pop up. When I click the link to join Uber one, error message said “oops something wrong”

    For those trying to redeem the vouchers online, the code & pin need to be entered in the 'choose your tickets' screen prior to the checkout page (where you would normally add a promo code). Instead of selecting 2x adult/child tickets, scroll to the bottom and select 'voucher' then enter the details there.
