      I also never received the email. Checked phone app and not seeing any download, it still says that I'd get an email in 24-48 hours but I claimed longer ago than that…

    I had the same issue booking tickets kept saying "Could not find voucher" Uber must of sent tickets to someone else as well. Contacted Uber via fb msg and they responded within 5mins and sent out new tickets. booked and ready to go to the movies with kid for school holidays tomorrow

      Im having trouble getting my tix. The uber eats help is unhelpful. I signed up 2 days ago and cant get the code to work. I also contacted uber australia on messenger and havent had a reply. Who exactly did you contact on facebook.. uber eats or uber australia?

      I told kids they were going to movie this morning, and didnt realise this stolen voucher was a thing until they couldnt be redeemed.
      Did you manage to get hold of uber? I cant workout how to communicate with them. Thanks

    Hi! I've never done an Uber One trial but when I click the 'Find out more' button for the 4 month free trial, it goes to the generic Uber Eats homepage with only a 4 weeks free trial. I've tried mobile and laptop, having no luck!

        Thanks mate, but I can't see that banner… :( Do you already have Uber One and that banner is just to redeem the passes? I managed to get the promotion added and can see it there but can't see anything about the Uber One 4 month free trial (which is what I am after rather than the tickets!)

          No, I saw the banner and by then clicking on it I was able to signup to Uber On.

          Btw you can atleast get two months of Uber one, if you have Unidays access. Or if you want I can help you with that.
