[Westpac] Get 4-6 Months Free Trial of Uber One Membership (Normally $9.99/Month) with an Eligible Westpac Mastercard @ UberEATS

2340

Well, I can confirm at least that both Westpac offers from this deal are still active and can be added to a new account using your Westpac card that might've already been used to redeem this offer previously, as that's what I did.

My current Uber One 4-month free trial was ending so I tried these links again and they worked on my new account.

Just got 4x months, thanks OP

Thanks HamBoi! Got another 4 months sorted which stacked on the previous free Uber One Mastercard promo too :)

Couldn’t get either to work with Citi prestige

    • +3

This deal is specific to Westpac cards only

      • +2

Haha. Read it too fast. Thanks. Thought the 6m was all world and platinum and 4m was westpac.

This worked with my citi premier recently. Give it a try

      • Thanks. Worked for me

      • Nice one - managed to score both - did the Westpac first, and then the Citi one which it says will provide 6 more months from 4 Dec!

      • Brilliant thanks, worked on my Citi Premier, extended till Feb 2025 👍

What do you even use this for? Is it just free delivery for food? Every time I’ve ever used a food delivery service they jack the prices of the food anyway so it’s still not cheaper than just picking it up.

  • +4

So, not 4-6 months, but 6-4 months ;-)

    • Agreed, I share your confusion

Worked with westpac for the 6 month. Cancelled already to avoid renewal (and benefits run til Dec 4th). Thanks OP!

  • Thanks a lot mate, just when I thought another one of these would never pop up again.

  • -5

What is the use of that? You're still paying for the food so what's the value?

    • There are sometimes random offers,
that is only available to Uber One subscribers,
and that alone is worth the "trial period" with Uber One.

      • OK thanks

  • Thanks OP !

  • Thanks HB! My previous trial was about to expire in 10 days. It allowed me to stack on top. Cheers!

  • Thanks OP!
Didn't work with the previously used card but managed to stack another 4 months using another debit card instead

  • Anyone know if Uber One benefits work when using Uber or Uber Eats overseas?

    • +1

No. I tried to use that in India. Didn’t work.
      Not sure about other countries.

    • No, the Uber One memberships are country specific.

  • Does this stack? My CBA MC offer is valid till August, can I use my WBC MC and get 6 months from August, or would it just be 6 months from start date?

  • +3

    "Something went wrong", too bad.

  • I have “another offer pending” so it won’t stack for me.

  • Unfortunately, you can’t use this offer since you already have another offer pending.

  • Worked for me, another 4 months free starting after my last 4 months free ends this month 🤩 thanks!

  • +2

Keep getting an error. ‘Something went wrong’ have a westpac card… tried removing and adding but no luck

  • Sharing in case someone finds it useful…
I cancelled my existing membership and got an offer to continue membership for next 3 months for $3 per month. Decided to continue.

  • tried with CBA card : Unfortunately, that payment method isn't eligible for this Uber One offer.

Does this work with the Travel Money Card (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/775837)?

  • +7

Anyone with a non-WBC Mastercard, the link in the OP from this expired thread just worked for me (CBA) for 6 months free. I hadn't utilised it previously obviously.

    • Thanks, also worked for me

    • Can't claim this offer
Unfortunately, the offer you're trying to claim will expire before your current offer ends.

    • This worked for me, thanks

    • Thank you. Worked for me using CBA debit MC.

    • Thanks worked for me. Can we cancel the subscription right away and still enjoy the benefits??

  • +2

It says "something went wrong" as stated above, but I have a bunch of $0 charges on my card (I tried several times).

    • Same issue for me

    • I had the same but it's working for me now, might be worth trying again

      • Thanks for the reply but still not working for me unfortunately.

  • +2

Worked for me for 4 more months using the same Westpac debit card I had already on my account from the last 4 month trial. Extended from expiring 13 July to getting another 4 months on top.

    Thanks OP!

  • +1

Seems like a few people (myself included) are having issues adding payment methods (I've tried 4 cards from 2 different banks, no luck).

  • Thanks. OP

  • Great

    Get 6-4 Months Free

I never realised how pedantic I was until I saw this I hate it 🤣

  • Can you claim this with an existing monthly subscription?

Can you use a different card to pay once claimed?

Can you cancel the membership once claimed?

  • 6 months free!

  • 4mths added to existing MC offer! Thanks!

  • +1

Not worth when the food prices are higher than if what you buy directly from the food outlets like restaurants.

  • Curious to know what Mastercards exactly are eligible. We've struck out with CBA and Westpac and been told each time they're not eligible for this offer.

  • Thanks Heaps OP! Got 4 months added on to my existing 4 months Westpac mastercard offer.

  • Can we cancel the subscription right away and still enjoy the benefits??

  • Thanks OP - just stacked another 4 months to my existing!

  • Cheers got 6 months free

  • +1

Looks like it might be expired now. Getting an error “hmm,
    Something went wrong”

  • Just added 4 months onto my current free promo, so it says starting in December 2024. Cheers!

  • Is this still available?

  • Tested just now, it works and I get 4 months free.

  • While the original offer (which I got) may have expired, I suspect the link is re-directing to a new offer for the same thing because I just tried it again with the same mastercard and got another 4 months free (to start when the existing 4 months expires).
