  • Got one of these last deal, they are nice on a Mac mini.

  • Missed it

  • I have this one. It's really good for sub 200 bucks.

  • I got a "new" one in the original deal. It came including used Logitech instruction manuals inside. Mmm… The monitor worked fine though and continues to do so. Also, it's not IPS, so no one is jealous of it. Sit in front though and it's quite good. The power button is stupid, but you get used to it.

  • Bought one in one of the earlier. Slow wake up, but otherwise fine.

    Unbeatable for the price.

  • Any chance let us know when the next batch coming?

  • Yes . I require 2 of these . A storm just killed both my screens at home. Will there be any more?

  • I love these monitors. I prefer them over the more expensive ultrawides monitors. ACT are a great company to buy from too.

  • Received this morning and tested, seems all fine so far. Just the label on the monitor says Grade B, and the surface seems not as good as previous one, and some (slight) light leaks on the bottom corners

    • Mine as well, but on the website (took a screen shot it says grade A)…

Please disregard those stickers, they should have been removed. They are part of the check-in process and don't reflect the way stock is sold.

Thanks OP, understand it but feeling not that good

They are part of the check-in process and don't reflect the way stock is sold.

That sounds ambiguous. Can you elaborate on that further? Do they get checked-in as B but then get "cleaned up" to an A standard?
Wouldn't they be relabelled for picking then?

          Interested also.

So advertised as grade A on the site but received with Grade B stickers and light leaks, and the rep reply is to disregard the sticker.

Do we also disregard the light leaks on something sold as a Grade A refurb?

@crazyperpman: Only 2nd day of receiving the monitor and it's starting to do some weird flickering.

@Calmago What should I do? I would imagine Grade A standard shouldn't be like that. Very worried. :S

back in stock, coupon still works! not sure how many units, may just be cancelled orders

  • Received this morning.
Looks like item is DOA (tested on both Windows and Mac) and getting no display.
Pressing the control buttons of the monitor gives no option, but the white light flashes once.
The courier box looks OK(no dents or dings), and seems to be well packed but the monitor had loose panel.
And I can hear some rattle, moving item inside the monitor.

OP's deal seem to be well received/liked by the people, so had ordered one.
Maybe it's a one off - but my unit doesn't look well loved, has tape gunk around the monitor, and panel gaps, not sure if this is Grade A quality.

      "Grade A"

Dealt with support. Excellent support team, had a pleasant experience.
Unfortunately, because there are no more stock, I am getting refunded.
OP - keep churning these deals.
Maybe pass on the message to the QC/QA team to see if they can improve on few things(eg: some alcohol wipes to remove tape gunks, bubble wrap/tape on corners for snug fit, condition grading etc).

Will buy again based on my experience with support - maybe this was a one off, willing to give benefit of the doubt.

      • Given others including me have issues I don't think it's a one off.

        • Hmm…it does sound concerning based on below/newer reports. Perhaps OP can clarify.

  • Got mine this mornign too, OSD doesn't work so can't change the inputs etc from HDMI, same thing sticker with "B" panel has broken open as well. Dealing with support now….

  • Received mine this morning. Cosmetically in average condition with scratches everywhere (screen plastics front and back, base and mount). Back panel popping off and marks on the screen. Yet to plug in but not super impressed for "Grade A" at this point.

    • Plugged in and half the screen is gone. Mark on the screen was impact damage. Poor experience. Will not be buying from this mob again.

And as I'm packing it away to return I see the white sticker on the back stating "Grade B" with several scratches etc. Just a waste of time and misleading product information.

        Rant over.

  • Same result as others, plugged in, half of screen is broken. Grade B sticker on back. Very poor experience, I figure these guys know most are broken and are selling anyway. What a waste of everyones time.

  • Received mine this morning. working fine. Iit's so big on my desk (upgrading from a 19 inch). Feeling dizzy after browsing web pages for 10mins.

  • Just received my today. big dent/chip on the screen. awaiting for return ticket…

  • got mine too. same as others, one has frame pop out seems some plastic inside is broken . Does not even want to test it

the other one has a big scratches on left top screen…

not impressed….waiting for support ticket response

  • These suck. Awful display.
