You mean TechFast's imaginary i9-13900KF/RTX 4080 build that existed for 2.5 seconds?
BPC's virtually-identical build actually has more than 1 unit available and will offer the same gaming performance.

Seals it for me! How many did you order? Hope it isn't a price error 🤞
Reduced from $9999. Popped it on my Christmas wish list.
120mm AIO to cool an i9 13900k is a crime
It's 240mm.
Do you think it'd hold 45L empty or full?
this or budget builder's 4090?
How about no?
Jesus, even factoring in the inflated prices of 4090s currently, this monstrosity has a hideously poor performance-per-dollar ratio and offers basically zero real-world gains for 95% of gamers/users over more sensible builds that have been posted recently like this or this.
Plus custom builds don't have the usual pre-built OEM f**kery like lucky-dip no-name components, funky proprietary mobos, vendor-locked UEFI configs, no upgradeability, warranties that are void if the case is touched inappropriately, 1001 bundled bloatware/spyware applications, etc, etc.
To quote Jeremy Clarkson: "And it's honestly like looking at the menu of a Scottish restaurant: not much on it and nothing you want…"
I just want to Illustrate how bad a deal this is for you. Using the website pcpartpicker (toggling to Australia in the top right).
Oh, also, don't build what I'm sharing, it's just to make a point, it's a terrible build from HP or self built without a specific use case (competitive 1080p FPS, that's the use case).
This is, $1024, less. It's a terrible build again, but you'd have to be, the height of ignorance to buy it from HP.
If you want help with a PC build, please feel free to ask, you can spend half this much and get basically top of the line, happy to help.

$89 to this?
$79, and it was the cheapest main name case that was compatible, I didn't spend a long time building the list.
Anyway, please, don't buy HP.
What games are you looking to play? Happy to help build you a parts list.
Oo build me one! I'm looking for a PC for AI/ML, it needs a 4090 card and 64 gb ram would be nice. I'm unsure which CPU to get, from what I've read it looks like the best ones are only marginally better than previous generations, but much more expensive. I'd rather have it pre-built then build myself though if there's a good deal somewhere
@tabouli: Hi Tabouli, what games are you going to play and at what resolution? 7800X3D is considered the 'best CPU for gaming', but there are use cases to go Intel too. Within the generation a 7700/X also from AMD would be about 10-15% slower than a 7800X3D, in a CPU limited scenario (so 1080p), at 1440p and 4K the CPU is 'less' important so long as your GPU bound (usually ideal).
When someone is buys a 4090 tower, it is not about value of money, it is someone making a purchase with a big chunk of money to get that little bit of extra performance, so comparing mid 3K build to this box does not make sense at all.
The components themselves in this box is about 5.5K if you go out to buy it separately. So HP charge 10% of its brand and services; I would say it is reasonable, not to mention 4090 builds on the the market are all around this price. While HP services is not the best (no one in the PC industry is), I would put my faith in HP rather than local supplier if I am buying a 6K PC. So in that sense its borderline a deal.
I do have to say someone who spend the $$ of a PC on a GPU really need their brains checked, but again I can say the same of people who spend over €8m on a two bed flat in a castle in France….. just rich people's toys
Don't know why people are negging you… but you are 100% correct.
All OZBs care is about getting the cheapest component and put together a box, just look at the reply above…..
Their opinion why should I pay for assembly labour and testing. Branding and services? they are just rip offs. Until their self build computer has issue because of incompatible components or worse people don't know what they are doing and damage components then got rejected warranty. They then come on here or Whirlpool and go blah blah blah!!
In 2023 Australia, warranty is more important than anything, especially consider how little 4090 is in circulation, RMA will be a pain in the ass. Buying a branded tower does take that headache away.
I do have the say the warranty on HP is a bit stingy, I would expect on site warranty for this kind of product.
RRP $9,999? LOL
It’s better to build yourself at this price point
takes time & cost to seek & collect, assemble, buy & install windows. users do this in their own time & effort so it feels free to them
Fine, it's better to ask Nebula, Techfast, Evatech, BPC Tech who will all seek & collect, assemble, buy and install window, all for cheaper than the consumer can seek & collect, assemble, buy and install windows themselves.
This is a terrible overpriced 'deal'.
Just FYI as I do understand this concern. My recent build I bought 100% on ebay, 2 sellers, everything arrived in 2 days, I bought it on a Wednesday night, delivered Friday. I built it that Friday evening, done.
I'm a bit confused.
A $6,000 computer.
Is there a bargain somewhere, that I've missed?
