    • Hey romel78, we cross-checked your application, the reason for not geting your gift card is that you have cancelled your your application with the retailer before staying 45 days.

      As per the terms and conditions, In case the request for a switch or connection cannot be completed or a request is made for the cancellation within the first 45 days from the date of activation the transaction would be deemed invalid.

      If you have stayed with the retailer for the expected time period, kindly send us the monthly bill for December month with Exetel at [email protected]( that was when your sign-in application came in).

        what a load of bs not to give someone their voucher is this your famous line you spill to everyone? I have not left exetel I'm still with exetel and happy customer never left…
        I can provide evidence easily but I'm not going to do it here for privacy reasons.

  • Signed up 5 months ago, received 2x $50 woolies gift cards after 2 months or so. The only thing that was iffy for me, was supplying cc details on econnex website that looked like it was designed last century. Otherwise the T&Cs were adhered to.

    Now to decide on where to switch next before Exetel increase my fees by $20/pm

    Based on their last posts, I wouldn't recommend this deal at all. Have a read of this comment on their privacy policy in particular.

    I signed up with Exetel through these guys and was supposed to receive $109 cashback via Shopback. Did everything right but it didn't track. I even disputed it with Shopback and was basically told "too bad"

    Where ever you turn to, be it Cashrewards or ShopBack, they all use CIMET / Econnex for the comparison and sign up.
