  1. Cashback is eligible for new sign-ups (new Optus) customers only. A new Optus customer is defined as someone that has no active service with them.
  2. All internet & mobile plans must remain connected for a minimum of 120 days from sign-up date to be eligible for cashback.
  3. Cashback is ineligible if combined with any third party offers from Flybuys and/or any other rewards programs, and ineligible on negotiated deals via email/chat/phone. The transaction must be completely wholly online.
  4. Cashback is ineligible on tablet + SIM packages, and on 4G home internet purchases.
  5. Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  6. Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  7. Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

    Better from Flybuys offer but carry risk that it won't track ?

    For NBN, the Flybuys offer is better (only need to stay connected for 3 months):
    - 100 Mbps - $150 worth of points
    - 245 Mbps - $160 worth of points
    - $780 Mbps - $170 worht of points

    Optus will increases prices on all Prepaid plans from 28th April, matching Telstra's move in Oct last year.

      they also increased prices on post paid plans during contracts several times over the past few years, even having the nerve to say 'well ackshually its not technically a 36 month contract you signed'.
      Never will trust them again and will go out of my way to discourage people using them
